I go at least twice a month, really good food at a great price, you can't beat it. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is fun.

I don't mean to be a negative guy here, but I went on a Sunday with some friends to hangout, I ordered the french fries with cheese and bacon. I got food poisoning. I'm still in pain and this is unacceptable. I'm not lactose intolerant as well. I have great memories as a kid over there but this ruined it for me, I am never coming back.

I realized I order far and it got to my place quick. I foremost need to thank the DoorDash Driver for delivering my order, he did deserve the extra tip. Also to Chili's for making my meal so very delicious.

I used to be a frequent diner at this location but I had not visited since the pandemic started. Visited for dinner on a Sunday night. The staff was great but they were clearly understaffed. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait and it was closer to 50. They did not have many servers working, and one server was both serving as bartender and waiter for all of the booths in the bar area. He was phenomenal and friendly, but obviously had his hands full and we had to wait awhile to get our order taken. The food was great, and the staff was friendly and trying as hard as they could, but they were overworked. If you visit right now, allot more time for dinner than you normally would.

First time ever at chili's great service, amazing waitress and food was surprisingly good. Will definitely be back and a plus its next to dollar tree and walmart so it's a triple shopping killer.....

Ashlee our server on TBL35 on Easter Sunday April 9, 2023 around 2:30 PM was extremely rude. I asked for a lemonade refill while politely explaining that the ice has melted and the drink is now flat. She went to the back without realizing that I was behind her as I was walking towards the restroom, I heard her mockingly tell the kitchen staff “Guess what guys! Ice melts!” and My family is a regular at this branch for many years now and we never had an issue. Today (TBL 35), we were there celebrating easter and a birthday with my family when our service dog barked softly once. WE PRETTY MUCH HAD THE SIDE OF THE REASTAURANT TO OURSELVES. After a few minutes, a man in pink shirt (presumably) the manager said that our dog is being disruptive and threatened to kick us out of the restaurant. There were virtually no one else in the restaurant and our service animal did not bark loud enough to do anything (disruptive) to anybody. WE felt truly disrespected and it just left a terrible experience for our family specially today.

Went there on 6/29 about 4pm or so. Sat in the booths by the bar. Our server was Brittany. Who was fantastic by the way .😊. But there was a manager named cc something like that. ( I heard him say he works in the Ramsey location before coming to Riverdale )He passed outr booth multiple times. And did not even make eye contact or ask how our meal was. But the booth in front of us he knew the people and went back to them multiple times and checked on them . ( how is that fair? ) then he proceeded to hang out at the station by the front door. Came back to his friends table again. And still nothing we me and my friend. I feel as a member of management he should check on all tables and guests not just his friends. Maybe Brittany can give him some lessons on how to treat all guests . She is fantastic she needs a raise. 😊

Ordered multiple dishes including shrimp pasta but got chicken pasta and have to drive back to get the exact one. Most of the food was salty.

Food was good, reasonably priced and our server was so friendly and attentive. No complaints 👌

This was far better than what we expected for. The waitress was very sweet and accommodated everything we asked for. Surprisingly, the black bean fajitas very nice.

Meagan was absolutely amazing!!! She was kind and patient while we decided what we wanted and was extremely helpful. By far the best server here! Food was good too :)

Worst place we ever went with my friend’s service dog. The food is not that great with the server never even smile. My friend’s service dog bark once to get her attention and some manager, I’m not quite sure of his position came and told us that if the dog barks again she will be thrown out, we told him she’s a service dog and nonchalantly said service dog should not bark. I wanted to tell him that the dog is trying to get her attention but he walked away and didn’t get a chance to tell him the dog is just telling her something. The night before we went to eat at a 5 star restaurant in Manhattan and she barked and nobody said anything while this restaurant is not even 3star. The dog is not even having disruptive manner. I just want to ask this individual why he didn’t stop a child crying so much at that time who is being disruptive. Pardon me if I’m comparing her service dog to a child. I don’t want our race to be an issue here but he’s arrogant especially the way he approached our table. Thank goodness I’m not from there. Definitely not recommending this place.

Very rushed by staff and manager even though we arrived an hour before closing. Also don’t order a side of fries? You get double this amount for a dollar at any fast food place.

Dined in with the wife. She had some avocado burger with fries and 86'd the jalapenos. I had the ribeye with broccoli and mashed potatoes, 2 margaritas & 2 martinis. Drinks were fine, service was good until we were forced to pay on the table tablet thing after our waiter disappeared. Tip is calculated after tax, my medium rare was well done... Thank God for the marbleization of the meat to get me through. Skimped on her fries, but I couldn't finish the sides. It's a chain, expectations are as is.

The manager caught an attitude with me when I jokingly suggested that they remove the signs that say curbside pickup, since they no longer offer it. If your day sucks that bad, call in sick.

Did curbside pickup. Food was delicious. Only problem was no tortillas for the fajita. Thankfully I had some at home. Ordered guacamole and did not get that either.

Food was good. Half rack of spare ribs were somewhat dry. The menu is a little confusing. The service provided Samantha was outstanding! She was polite, attentive and accommodating.

Tasty. I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped in for an early dinner. Everything we ordered was flavorful. Staff was great. We love the table tablet stations for the games.

I just ate there an hour ago and I’m quite disappointed. I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life as a waiter and still do. The waitress Ashlee was the only reason there’s 2 stars. My girlfriend is deathly allergic to cheese and after explaining that, her burger came with cheese and we had to wait another 20 minutes for a new burger at which point I was already done. When asking to speak to the manager, he seemed annoyed I was even asking to talk to him, he didn’t say sorry or anything and shrugged me off as he walked away. This is the first and last time we will eat here. Be better. And my burger was mushy as an add-on.

Just your basic Chili's location. Staff aren't exceptional or even particularly friendly. They seem to be more interested in their phones or personal conversations than actually serving tables. There always seems to be a wait for having your orders taken and receiving your food.

Hadn't been to Chillies in over 20 years. Better than I expected they had smart devices with games on each table which kept my kid occupied. He loved kids sliders. I hope they had better beer on tap options.

The server was awesome. However, They could use a more attentive and understanding manager for sure. Called them last week after potentially exposing their server to COVID. He pretty much laughed me off the phone when I asked if they had protocol for their server's safety. A bit off putting if you ask me.

Great place. Was there for the first time 2 weeks ago and went again within the week. I just LOVE the captain's castaway drink, so yummy! The burgers are phenomenal and their fries are so good. You have to try the rice and beans. The service is friendly but not so attentive and that happened with both visits... and it takes a while for someone to even know your waiting to be seated. I saw a few people leave as they were waiting while I was seated. But the food is pretty delicious. I'd recommend giving it's a taste if you havent yet!

We were seated immediately. Our server, Liz, was pleasant and very helpful. She was always right there when we needed anything. She politely made our dinner with friends extra fun. The food was great! We definitely will return.

We did To Go when we were there last. We had a girl named CeCe who was absolutely wonderful. She is very good worker and sweet. Chili's is lucky to have her. The food was very good and the speed of preparing and delivery (to the car) was great. One small thing though, they forgot half of the condiments for my food. It has happened in the past but not constantly. Other then that everything was perfect

Just ordered food via Doordash. Food was cold. Not because of delivery, but because it was either precooked and not warmed up all the way or not cooked all the way. Burgers were dry and cold and the cheese on the cheeseburgers wasn’t even slightly melted. Just meat with a slice of cheese. Also items were missing from the order. Very disappointed.

Always have a great experience at this Chili's. Friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices and love to drink specials. My waiter / bartender was friendly and very attentive

When I got there the manager greated me and I was seated fast as well as served fast. Every one was very polite place was spotless and I noticed manager was on floor making sure every customer was served at a reasonable time, not seen in other restaurants. Will definitely recommend 💯%

Some seats were a little torn up, but the manager and server were great. Service was quick considering there were only three people working (cook, manager, server) and our lunches (and $5 margs) were spot on.

I had this combo plate that was awesome. It had ribs,boneless chicken wings,half a short rib quesadilla and roasted Street corn. It was called a smokehouse combo. Plus our waitress was outstanding. I wish I had her name. She said she usually tended bar. She got everything they way we wanted it,which I understand is her job but I had alot of special requests. Plus my mom is picky on her rareness of her burgers and steak. We will definitely be coming back.
