Best hookah lounge in Illinois. Comfy couches, hookahs are always perfect. They replace the coals often. Ari the owner always makes sure everyone is happy and satisfied. Highly recommended A++

Very misleading five star reviews, the hookah has the worst pull no smoke no flavor at all. And don’t even get me started on the tea, it comes in this very cool chemistry looking vase and the employee gave this whole speech about how they make the tea using steam and what not but it was the worst tasting tea I’ve ever had, stale and very disappointing. Wasted my time and money.

I've been coming here for many many years. The owner and the staff are some of the best people. There's a fantastic atmosphere and it's a great place to just hang out. They serve a variety of flavors and are always open to requests. In addition, they also have a variety of food and teas on the menu. Great experience every time.

Aria lounge is THE BEST place for Hookah. My friends and I have been coming here for over 10 years, and always have a great experience. The owner and staff are very accommodating., and provide great service. Each group has very comfortable and private seating area. They have a wide variety of hookah flavors and beverages. Highly recommend!

The customer service was absolutely amazing. Richie the guy working answered my call ahead of time. He told me my flavor combination was available and attentive to my needs with coals and refills. I would go back again.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Aria lounge has such a nice atmosphere and an amazing staff. The associates here are really friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have good time. They have a great selection of flavors and the hookah is very smooth. And they just recently remodeled with brand new seating which is even comfier than before!! And the owner Ari is something else! Funny guy who takes care of everyone that walks through the door. Will definitely be coming here more often!!

If you’re looking for a place to hang out with friends or if you need to just get out of the house, look no further — this is the place. When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted and seated. The employees are helpful and accommodating to your needs and preferences. Often times you’ll find yourself making friends with the people around you! The owner is there often, one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet! The hookahs are clean and the flavors are delicious. Highly recommend.

Chill lounge. Friday and Saturday night had some regulars and no blaring music. Perfect.

My experience was not worth 3 stars, but I’m giving one star extra because of the server we had, Ophelia. She was overwhelmed with guests and was running around back and forth trying to meet the needs of the patrons. I ordered a mango smoothie but received a frozen icee instead that didn’t have any sort of taste, however, the $12 tea was definitely good. When asking for a glass hookah I was told it was broken, and all food items were over @ 10pm (15 mins into the arrival). I ran back a few times to the bar to ask for things so I didn’t burden her with requests to swap out the charcoal - though she did replace it 3 times on her own, although I was cleaning the ash myself on several occasions. Although, my first visit to an Illinois/Schaumburg Hookah bar didn’t go too well - I’m waiting to visit the other ones in town for a more fruitful experience.

Aria Lounge is a great place to get hookah. The atmosphere is incredibly laid-back and comfortable. The seating areas feel a little more private and cozy than other places, which I love. The flavor selection of the hookahs is great and I've always had a smooth smoke every time I've been here. The staff is extremely attentive and provides good recommendations based on what flavors you like. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating. He will personally go from group to group to make sure everyone is being taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It's my absolute favorite hookah lounge and I've been coming here for years. I'd never choose to go to another place!
