I have to write a review for this business! I literally had a perfect experience. I selected Razny because of all the 5-star reviews. Customers raved about the exquisite products, amazing service and over all experience from start to finish. They were spot on! What an elegant store with stunning products! The best part for me was the service and repair area. I was fortunate enough to be helped by their extremely knowledgeable service employee Adam Cholewinski at their Addison, IL location. He was helpful, detailed and couldn't have done a better job assisting me. He had my ring worked on by jewelry craftsman that work on site and who've been with the company for 30 plus years. The work they did made my 38-year-old wedding ring with diamonds look absolutely brand new again! All I can say is don't hesitate to visit Razny Jewelers!

I am delayed in writing my review but still need to write. We attended the wedding banned event after seeing an add with no expectation of finding let alone buying. The service we received from the moment we walked in the door was phenomenal. After working with Matthew Our decision was made to purchase both our wedding bands. The jeweler worked with my husband to create a custom band that came our beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the band I chose with Matthew’s help. However the superior level of service did not end with our purchase. The high level of service continued after our purchase when I brought my engagement ring in for cleaning the week of our wedding. Razny Jewelers did an amazing job resetting my diamond ring. The process was wonderful. The jeweler made a mock up of the new setting so I could see what the finished product would look like. Went there to fix the size of my fiancé’s engagement ring. They said they’ll have it done in a week. Took them 2 weeks to finish. Went back there to get the ring and it didn’t fit. So they had to readjust the ring again and it took another week. They didn’t even give us a discount. Then they fixed my fiancé’s bracelet, which cost $100 to fix and they didn’t even do a good job on that.

My husband, Mike Chesney, was close to desperate to acquire a Rolex watch. After speaking with a few other stores, we decided Razny would give us the best chance of purchasing the elusive timepiece he wanted. Because of Eric’s wealth of knowledge and positive attitude, we decided to put our trust in Razny. Although Eric made no promises, we believed in his ability to do his best to get us the watch. Having been told by two jewelers that Mike could wait 1-3 years for his Rolex, Eric found it for us in one day. It was a miracle (and a testament to Eric’s skill!). I have purchased several Rolex watches from Roberto at the Addison store. What keeps me coming back is Roberto's professionalism. He is kind, listens to what I have to say, and provides suggestions. I have never felt that he is trying "upsell". Roberto has responded to emails and answered calls on his cell late in the evening and during his days off. I will continue to shop at Razny and with Roberto.

If I could give Razny Jewelers an infinite number out of 10, I would. Let me start off with saying 2020 has been a wild ride for engaged couples. With the constant changing of plans and weddings - learning to "go with the flow" is a must. For me personally, I went through 4 different wedding plans in one year. Because of the constant changes, my fiance surprised me with a new engagement ring setting and wedding band (once the final wedding plans were coming together). We designed a beautiful A. Jaffe engagement ring and setting - both custom to our desires. We went with the jeweler my parents have been going to and their friends. I wont go into the details or name drop - but it was a mess from start to finish. Our wedding bands were made wrong (mine 3x and his 2x). And customer service and our sales rep honestly did not care. It was as though they received their payment and that was it. And when they finally did set my diamond - I cant even comment on the work haha. Lastly, I did not receive my final setting / band until the day before our wedding. I was devastated. The beautiful diamond my fiance proposed to me was hidden by prongs. I immediately googled what could be done, and started calling jewelers that carried A Jaffe. Upon calling Razny, RIGHT AWAY the team started helping. I initially called their Hinsdale location, and the team set me up with the Addison location for the in-house craftsman - yes they have someone who is in house and has an amazing shop to ensure craftsmanship is done with the utmost love and respect to the jewelry. They listened and actually cared about my story and helping. They put me in touch with Nancy (she is a true blessing) and Nancy reviewed what needed to be done to get the ring looking great for our 4th wedding plan. The team took my ring in within the hour, got to work, and within 20 minutes (with several checks in between to consult my thoughts and ideas) my beautiful diamond and setting came to life. They not only shaved the prongs on top, they also slimmed down the prongs on the side (we have little diamonds on the side - and the work to ensure these were safe and secure was unreal - perfectly done). I was a total mess, but the team brought me champagne and calmed my nerves. For once I actually felt like a bride getting married. They also took care of my family that was there to help and be morally supportive. The entire process made me so grateful and become a customer for life. Do not look anywhere else. Do not think twice. Choose Razny for any of your jewelry needs. Their work is impeccable and their attention to detail is spot on. Just look at the before and after of my ring! Today, I purchased a beautiful Breitling from Razny Jewelers. It was a very positive experience. The store has a huge selection of luxury brands watches to choose from, but the Breitlings really stood out to me. The staff their was very friendly but my salesperson, Shirley, was outstanding.
