Took my dog in for a groom and they did very well. I made an appointment for my other for grooming. I also bring them here for the traveling clinic.

My husband brought our dog in for a nail trim/grind and had a great experience with the girls in the grooming department. Our dog isn't the biggest fan of having his feet touched like that but they were patient and tried their best to get it done. They ended up not being able to finish the grinding, but offered advice (and a refund we declined) on how to make him more comfortable with the experience. We will definitely be bringing him back to this location!

I love bring in my fur babies to this store to the doggy self wash. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. This store offers a variety of services such as grooming, curbside pick up and delivery to name a few. Rather buy local. Support local!

Great Store, I Love their delivery service too. Same Day or next day after you order right to your door with a hand written note. So convenient and I really appreciate the delivery person who brings the heavy litter right to our doorstep. Thank you so much! Also go on their email list then send $10 coupons and great deals! Curbside service is very convenient. The product is brought directly to me in the comfort of my vehicle in a short time wait. The employees are always smiling.

It truly is the nicest Pet Supplies plus that I have shopped at. The store is definitely newer, supper clean. It just gives the vibes of a higher end version of Pet Supplies Plus. They carry large variety of Frozen Raw Meat and food. I have a GSD and it can be hard to find the quantity and large size bags or boxes, brands selection etc. They carry a pretty large Variety. The ONLY reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I looked on line at the closest store that carried the product and flavor I was looking for. None of the stores closer or that I usually shop had or even carry the product. The website showed that this store did. I was really excited and made the drive. I needed to purchase a one month supply for my 85 lb GSD who was leaving for a one month Dog Bootcamp out of state. Even though the brand selection was considerably greater than any other PSP store. To my great disappointment they did not have the flavor I was looking for. They had every other flavor and even the large boxes EXCEPT the one I needed. Unfortunately I had to purchase a flavor I hadn’t tried. GSD often have sensitive stomachs. I really didn’t want to send him away w a month supply of frozen meat he haven’t tried yet. My options were sadly limited. The shelf tag with the barcode appeared to be missing in the freezer. All other flavors had bar codes. I spent nearly $300 on a flavor I hope he tolerates. It’s a four hour round trip to the trainer where he is staying for a month. How can I get higher % coupons when I’m spending that much? Thank you

I can’t wait until this place goes out of business and turns into a Petsmart. I’m pretty sure this place hates their customers and their employees. I tried to return an unopened bag of cat food but my MasterCard didn’t match the card number on the receipt so they refused to return the item and would only offer me store credit. Even though I have proof of purchase… Okay fine. Now I’m going to open the bag so they can’t resell it and then collect store credit. How do you like them apples?

I came here because I bought some food that was recalled and so I brought it back. Didn't know what food to choose from as a substitute so a manager came and helped me by the name of Adrian. He was overly helpful when I tell you this man knew the nutrition value of the brand that he was suggesting even the store brand he suggested was amazing I truly believe that this man is a manager for a reason. Thank you so much Adrian for your exceptional help because I needed some advice when it came to another brand of food.

The first time I brought my sweet dog Missi here, I was apprehensive as she is a dog I adopted out of horrific conditions, where she had been abused and neglected. Her demeanor is super shy, yet incredibly sweet. She has such fear of people, yet she never, ever acts aggresively. She simply fears people because of what she has lived through. She has anxiety to where she shakes, breathes very rapidly, and is terrified when I leave her. This is why I was apprehensive in bringing her to get groomed, but she REALLY needed it! I have to say, I'm am so glad I chose to bring her to Pet Supplies Plus in Villa Park. The young women there were AMAZING with her. They took the time to listen to her story, and were incredibly sweet and gentle with her. I have ZERO hesitation now when she needs to be groomed because I KNOW she is in great hands and she always comes out of there looking beautiful and smelling incredible. I am so grateful at the way they understood and took to her, not to mention their grooming her is always perfect. Shes still shy when we go, but she no longer shakes or is terrified. Thank you to all of them! I would absolutely, positively recommend bringing any dog here!

Out of the three locations that are within a short drive from my home, this Pet Supply Plus is my favorite to frequent. Service here is excellent. Good prices on Arcana Cat Food. Which, if your furry friends do partake in, you know that there are generally no additional discounts granted to this "premium" brand. I find that their app can be extremely slow and sometimes difficult to load points, which is frustrating. Pretty computer savvy - in a time of automation, can this not be loaded monthly from store records to app without having to go in and manually load your coupons? I do not know anyone, who does not want money off their pet's food. Especially when prices seem to increase weekly. While I do appreciate the rotation of new products for my elderly Chiweenie and 2 cats, as of late it has become more difficult to find food that fits into their dietary requirements. My dog loved Small Batch biscuits, only for me to later read about the hazards of garlic in her diet. The biscuits were initially attractive over other raw food alternatives as they offered a boost of fruits and veggies along with meats. Regardless of what your canine friend tells you, they should not live on meat alone. Not finding a good alternative, I've since been making my own food for her. No more wheezing at night. Still travel here for my 2 feline companions food. Unsure if the Arcana freeze dried treats sell well at this location, but they have not been stocked as of late. have had to hit Petco recently to keep them happy. Would prefer not to purchase at big box pet stores if possible.

Had a great experience getting my dog groomed at this location. The employees are extremely welcoming and friendly. Plus they do a great job making your pet look as good as possible.

We get our pups haircuts here and they LOVE it. I mean, we love it too because the groomers do a great job, but it's more important to us that THEY love it. Here's a picture of our little potatoes after their most recent cut.

This is my favorite Pet Supplies Plus in the area. Pet Supplies Plus has been my favorite pet store for years. They usually send out coupons through the mail, email or you can find them on their Facebook/Instagram page every Friday. They also price match most online retailers which their competitors don’t do. They have the best quality crickets out of all pet stores around. Employees are always so nice and ready to help. I like how they added clean up stations. The retail part of the store is always kept clean and organized. I love the dog wash but it’s not always clean. I think it needs a deep clean once in a while. Other than that, this store is awesome!

I have been shopping here for quite a while, and the customer service is great, and they have the items that I need for my pets. I recommend this store to other pet owners.

I take my pet here regularly for grooming and he is always so happy to see the staff during drop-off and still entrusted when I pick him up. I can tell from that and how well he is taken care of that he is in good hands.

We really enjoy using the self pet wash. It makes washing the dog a little more pleasant. We buy our toys and treats from here as well. They seem to have a good selection of products.

Had an appointment scheduled for weeks (because everywhere is so booked out) to get a much needed haircut for my dog. When arriving to the front desk and signing in, they asked if my dog was on any medication, to which I responded before her grooming appointments she takes a 1/2 tablet of 0.25 Xanax (extremely small amount). The receptionist then said they no longer could take my dog for her appointment since she is on a sedative and due to company policy they can’t groom her… I know my dog is not the only dog that needs a little bit of calming before a stressful event I.e. grooming. Perhaps when people schedule appointments, there should be a statement regarding any prescribed calming medicine is not allowed, so someone else doesn’t run into this same situation with their pet. Very extremely frustrated, and I understand there are company policies, but my dog’s vet prescribed this medicine specifically for “stressful events,” and grooming can be very stressful for dogs…first and last time I will ever make a grooming appointment here.

I love using the dog wash. I have a 100lb rottweiler and it easy on my back to bath him. Not all stores have great dog wash stations.

Well stocked, good choice of products for all kinds of critters. If you sign up for their membership, you'll usually receive a discount at checkout. Well worth it. Dogs are allowed inside.

Awful customer service and curbside experiences at this location on multiple occasions, besides the fact they claim 1 hour curbside pick up and it takes hours to fill an order at this location. My first experience after waiting hours to fill the order and I picked it up only to find out I was missing items and they gave me wrong items. My second experience is after confirmation that my order was received and 9 hours later still had not even received an email that it was ready or any contact what so ever stating their may have been an item out of stock, when calling the location on my way there after work to pick up my order I find that they are missing several items from my order, ( which were listed as in stock at the time of the order, and the items that I needed most) at this point I was frustrated that no one attempted to even reach out hours prior, and I didn’t call sooner since I was trying to be patient and give the store employees time to do their job and fill the order. After talking to a “manager” I was told someone did call me but my number “didn’t connect” and instead of the employee trying to call again or the manager taking responsibility for the situation and trying to rectify it she just placed blame on whoever was there in the morning. I asked them to cancel the order and I wanted my discount code back so I that I could get what I needed from a different location, but they said I would have to call customer service. I was also told by the manger that because they are a Franchise that other then getting an email from cooperate nothing would even come of my complaint. So it just seems like they will continue to keep conducting terrible curbside pickup with missing items and long wait time with no communication clearly not valuing their customers. While calling the cooperate customer care, my phone rang with this locations number, so when I finished my voicemail I called them back only to be put on hold for about 10 min and told that “no one called me” Do not support this location as they clearly don’t value communication and customers, spend your hard earned money at a different location or different store all together! Curbside pick up should make your life easier not be a stressful experiences.

Store is great and the people are really nice. Self serve dog wash clearly has a drainage problem and it's pretty gross. Empty shampoo bottles too. Not worth the $14.

I’ve been bringing my pup Levi here for a year now and I love it. I always schedule his visits with Ana. She does such an incredible job with his grooming. She takes her time and is extremely patient with him. She’s been able to help him over come the fears of grooming. He used to hate nail trimming , now he doesn’t even flinch. She always educated me on things i should be doing to help him . As he’s my first pet. Highly recommend this place especially ana she’s very thorough , profesional , patient and kind.
