I bought there food with WORMS!!! Temperature in store is higher than its supposted to be for food storage. And i get something with discount and on checkout they charge me price without discount and after i told them it took like 15-20 minutes to figure out whats going on. Place is dirty.

Scheduled an appt with a vet tru the app but she did not even look at my pet because she was too busy texting. She had attitude and ZERO compassion towards my puppy. Im not even sure she was licensed vet since she did not want to examine my dog. She could do vaccines only! The entire staff was rude and arrogant because i insisted to talk to the vet since she cannot examine it. I was barely able to have THE VET suggest a diet. The SMELL inside the store… HORRIBLE!!! Like something died in there and it’s covered in pop. The worst petco store ever

Petco workers are giving wrong information about Betta fish. They say that you just need a half a gallon tank for the fish. But in reality you need at least TWO gallons for one Betta fish. They keep the poor fish in less than half a gallon tanks. The fish are in plastic cups. And the works also say that the fish will live around 6 months. But that's also not true. Betta fish live up to TWO years or more. I feel like the employees don't know the information on how to take care of fish and this is why their fish (that are bought) die fast. And I feel so bad for these animals.

Smaller Petco than most others but has everything that I need. All stores I guess has the identification tag machine in it, make your pet tag in minutes.

Went in thinking I could purchase the product at the online price and the cashier explained, they do price match so all you have to do is show them the online price. Walked out with the product desired and with no hassle. Excellent customer service!!!

It's small. Went in for a hermit crab and didn't have them. Bought hermit crab food for my hermit crab and found him dead the next day. I've my hermit crab for over a year and he was healthy and happy until he died

The store is small and do not carry a lot of products. The staff at this location is very helpful better than the staff at 199 IL-83, Elmhurst, IL 60126 location.

Had a same delivery order was told by Petco employee won't be delivered until next day. Not acceptable needed it today was told doordash fault. Was delivered by doordash today. Your employee were not helpful. Bad service!!!!!!!!!

I just love the customer service here at the Petco in Wood Dale Illinois the team members here reach out to me and always ask me because I’m a regular customer how my animals are doing always so concerned how are they doing and they show pictures and they’re like oh my goodness they’re getting so big. Oh my god it’s so cute. I have three rabbits, a ball python. It’s almost 4 feet and two lovely parakeets.

Decent pet store , usually has what I want . A little higher prices then other places but good for convenience at least for me .

Petco sells the Aqueon brand products. However, when I looked for the Aqueon Forge Aquarium Stand it's NOT on their website. I can purchase this item from many, many different sites, but NOT Aqueon's pet store, Petco! No wonder I keep going back to Petsmart!

I think the employees here seem happy and helpful almost every time we have been to this store. That to me is golden.

Love all the pet stuff they have dog stuff and bird stuff and dog stuff and hamster stuff and gerbil stuff and bird stuff and lots of other stuff for animals like birds or dogs or cats

I can always find the specific food my cat eats at Petco. We also adopted our cat from an event sponsored by Petco, so I want to support a business that gives back and cares about the community and animals!

Over price like most things we got a litter cat box for 10 and some change...I think we could of gone to the dollar store and would got it for a better deal...the kid at the register was very informative and cool😎👍

This isnt my usual store, but decided to stop by after work. We had Great experience with Angelo! He was very polite and assisted us in the fish area. :] going to be regular customer now.
