The way they treat their fish is disturbing. what type of business has dead fish on display.my 3 yrs old daughter started crying.. we expected to see clean healthy fish ..but was greeted with this. it's disgusting . Shameful.. I can't imagine how they treat the other animals.. smh this company should be ashamed ..I'm sticking with aquatic / pet land on golf rd. You won't see this there

PetSmart carries all my cats needs and then some. The staff are pet loving people are often have very helpful and wise tips for new pet owners like myself.

My cat Cheddar got groomed here and I was a little nervous because he’s never been groomed before and got some matting after having to wear a surgery suit. The staff were very supportive and Traci was incredible with him, did an amazing job. She also went out of her way to pick out some good brushes and gave great advice! I’m definitely coming back because of the staff’s care and for Traci’s grooming!

Aly is the best trainer! She always helps out of my dog class. She is always available to answer my questions. Thank you Aly!

The grooming service here has been great. JJ does great with Ella but the entire team is awesome!! And of course, our baby benefits from going here because at pickup she gets a toy or two or three...LOL! Well worth it!!

This PetSmart is one of my favorite locations. They have a nice staff, a lot of variety in canned food and it's a clean area.

They have a button for the fish area so you aren't standing around like an idiot waiting. Also staff do a good job with answering your questions and offering up advice.

What can you say about Indianapolis Motor Speedway? It's the best beautiful place. Got to watch a race today, NASCAR. I'm going to try to go to the Indianapolis 500 next year.

The trainer , Lauren Tracey, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have been training with her for 1.5+ years . We have passed all the classes and she is making more classes with new and old lessons. Our dog loves it and I keep him socialized and not just stuck with the family. We have to work with and learn about our dog and how to handle him.

Jackie did an awesome job with my dog❤️ I recommend her if your dog has wavy, curly coat 🐩 I’ve been coming for a while now and I totally think she’s done a amazing/better job with my dog

people are very nice here, excited for the vet tech to start so that i can get my cats medicated food here!

Staff helps reach items on high shelves. Very easy to price match in store but you can't if doing an online order. Prices on like items are higher than Walmart but not by that much.

Love this PetSmart for most cat needs and accessories as well as crickets for my tarantula. I go elsewhere for my reptiles, parrots, and bunny needs though. Their selection for this is meh. Employees are great overall. Very helpful and nice! Cat grooming though, don't do it if you expect your pet to come out looking evenly trimmed. 😑

I had the privilege of working with Lauren to help train my 4 month old puppy. So knowledgably and fun to work with, my pup learned how to sit in the first 45 minutes we met. I am very impressed and would recommend her to anyone looking for dog training!

Have shopped here for years. The employees are professional, helpful and friendly. Ordered online and used curbside pickup for the first time. It was a very easy, smooth process.

Huge selection, I like that they sale food items at clearance prices when they are close to expiration, it allows me to try new things. The best part is walking around and encountering beautiful pets with handsome owners🫣🤓

It's a petsmart. They might as well rip out register 2-5, because they will not open them. Lot full of cars, seven people in line, and still just 1 cashier. Customer service at it's finest.

John and Tracy were absolute dolls, John assisted me with all my snake questions and needs for the past couple times I was at the Schaumburg location, and maintained the same outgoing and friendly behavior every single time. He helped me choose my dream pet ! He had so much patience and his honesty with each product no matter what the price was absolutely astonishing. He made me feel as though I knew him forever, whoever was with me felt the same way as well, “he’s so sweet” “he’s amazing” “super helpful” they would say. I’m sure everyone would leave a review if they knew how haha! Likewise, Tracy connected with me throughout the checkout and we chatted about our cats which was super sweet. She wished me a good day and waved goodbye which absolutely made my night after a hard day of work. I rarely write reviews but this was an out of this world expirience . I will definitely come again, a million more times. As a person who works in a restaurant, I have never seen such ability to connect and making a customer feel as comfortable and welcome as John had. I am beyond proud of these two especially John with dealing with all my questions…. sorry! and would really hope they get some kind of recognition. I hope both of you have an amazing day. Jackie is my pups groomer and she is just the best! I trust her 100% with my baby. She is always patient, kind, and busting her butt working hard! The associates throughout the store are kind and helpful as well!

If you’re thinking of spending big money on a fancy training facility that does all the training for you, STOP. I made that mistake before I realized that Lauren is best trainer money can buy!!! She has 15+ years of experience and her classes are fun, educational, and they work! I had a feeling I’d hit the jackpot with her classes when one of the students who’d been bringing their dogs to her for years said “Lauren isn’t in this for the people, she does it to help the dogs.” I think that’s definitely true because she’s shown me how to train not just for a more obedient dog, but a HAPPIER dog. I suspect if she wanted she could become a private trainer and make big bucks. I’m glad she stays at Petsmart where it’s affordable.

Store is clean. Employees seem upbeat and thus far always helpful. Lauren the trainer is amazing! She is so good with our 8 month old rescue, Gracie. Lauren was recommended by the store manager when I was in there once talking about some issues I was having with my pup. Thank you Lauren, Gracie thanks you too. Great job!
