Super great staff. The food was delicious. We got street tacos, American tacos, burrito and tamales and flan. Everything was super flavorful and good.

I came from Houston Tx and there’s really good Mexican food out in Texas and this place is REALLY UP THERE with some of the best places in Texas. I give it a 10/10, will definitely come back here when I’m back in the area. I LOVED IT. Real authentic Mexican food! The birria tacos where the bomb! The place is so clean and pretty!

Small Mexican restaurant. Really good authentic Mexican food and great staffs. Plenty of parking space. Ordered the taco combo came with rice, bean, 3 taco, and drink for only ~14 really cheap compare to other places in twin cities. Also order large deep fried corn tortilla dish that was really good! Similar to machete but different breading. Definitely come check this place out amazing food!

This is our go to spot for Mexican food. Food is always consistently great. Service is excellent. Menus are VERY easy to read when you get inside. When it is busy, it gets busy. So, expect a long lines when it's busy but it is totally worth the wait. Parking is extremely easy. Overall, an awesome place to eat and enjoy Mexican food.

Came here while I had a chance after work being that I'm from out of state (Florida) and WOW!! I Love tacos and this place helped keep that love. Excellent staff and the manager was super friendly. The food was delicious and very filling. Nice decor and clean restaurant. Affordable prices are always appreciated and that they had! If I'm around the area in the future, I will sure be stopping here for more.

A followup visit, this time was quite busy, Post-COVID. While there was no line at first, a continuous line started soon after and moved quickly. Our orders took a little longer this time, yet not that long, considering that they were custom built and baked, which takes longer than something just tossed into a tortilla and wrapped up. My order of a tamale was intentional, because I believe that if they make their own tamales and they are great, then the rest of their foods will also be great. It takes a significant time to make tamales along with loving care to make them great, a reflection of the care the restaurant gives all their foods. This tamale was great, along with everything in my order. A relatively new bar and grill that I've never been in before. Their COVID menu has a couple dozen traditional Mexican dishes and they have a couple of coolers with soft drinks, beer, and liqueurs. The food was very good, drinks and after-dinner liqueur very nice. Definitely worth regular visits.

The food is amazing quite frankly. We love the atmosphere in the cozy place with all the Mexican flags, etc.. Whenever we see the El Pariente food truck driving we wave and they always wave back which is good fun. We got our meals there tonight with one small error and they handled it with customer service that is literally TOP NOTCH like the good old days. They even wrote a hand written apology on our food box ! I can't say enough. We truly are looking forward to visiting again as this simple error and correction made us feel so appreciated as we want to see El Pariente succeed in our neighborhood too! Adios. :)

My expectations were greater than actualities. A friend raved about this place so as I was passing through I thought I would try it. Critiques rave of authenticity… I have had fabulous Mexican food, however, this missed the boat. After ordering I went to the bathroom to wash my hands to see the margarita special — 2 for 1. Wish I had I known that before ordering. Decided to order one for my husband and I anyway. That was the ultimate disappointment — so syrupy. Tasted like cough syrup with a splash of tequila. Oh well - I won’t be here again.

We had El Pariente cater our event and Bryant and his staff were awesome to work with! They are great with communication and getting everything set up and the food is phenomenal. We got so many compliments on the food. I would definitely recommend El Pariente for an event! Thanks again

Another great place for tacos. The food is amazing. My favorite tacos to get when I'm first trying a new restaurant is Asada,Carnitas,Pollo and pastor. Honestly, they're tacos stand out as the most flavorful tacos I've had in a while. I will definitely be back. Also a great place to sit in and eat.

I wouldn't sit down at this restaurant. It's not inviting in that way; there's less than 10 tables here. They seem to have a buffet on the weekend that I've never tried. But takeout is where they shine in my eye. The food always rocks, but it's common to be waiting in a line to pay for the food EVERYTIME.

Ordered chicken tomales. Just the masa alone has unbelievable taste. The chicken tastes great not dried out like a few Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at. Ty I will definitely be back. ❤️❤️
