The whole top floor smelled like cigarettes including my room. There were pubic and head hair in the bathtub. Toilet had urine on the back. I went to ask for another room and none were unavailable. So housekeeping came and cleaned the toilet with toilet paper and water NO DISINFECTANT! So I had some disinfectant wipes and did it myself. I wonder what hidden treasures the bed has?

Worst hotel room ever. First room had dried mud in the carpet, mildew smell, and the bath was stained and broken. Second room was bigger, but sheets and pillow cases had black stains, shower had broken plastic, and bath had spiders. Asked for refund, but they would not refund the first night. Losing 60 bucks to not catch whatever diseases that place had was money well spent. DO NOT STAY HERE. Cascades less than a 1 minute drive away was cheaper, and was clean and comfortable.

Worst place to stay. This hotel should be shut down ASAP. As soon as you go in you get this sketchy feel of the place. The room is so so so outdated and smelled bad. Roaches in the room. The walls look like they are molding. The bed and sheets stink. The bed was a king but under the box springs are two twins holding up a king sized mattress. We left and sketchy people were basically partying and being very loud.

Very very outdated, old furniture, the tv was 15 years old no flat screen. In room bathroom was dirty. Water pressure in shower was low it took 15 minutes to rinse shampoo out of my hair. No alarm clock and no hair dryer. Just the worst. Absolutely miserable experience. No lockes on outside doors. Didn't feel safe at all. Never again.

Staff was nice, but not worth the price. My husband booked the room since our normal choices were booked and we spent 2 nights. The rooms are significantly dated and there were stains on everything, from the mirror to the dresser to the sheets and towels. The pillows were basically non-existent; I took one from the other bed and it still felt like I was sleeping without one. Everything has recently been painted and not very well, considering there were paint stains on the floor and carpet. The ceiling was chipping, and there were 2 very different colors of lights (bright white LED in front of the mirror with the sink, and yellow light in the bathroom and where the beds were). As for the extra stuff, the pool and elevator did not work. Their breakfast was as minimal as they could make it and nothing was available to drink except for coffee or the milk for cereal (no water) unless you paid extra. And the people who hang around the place (mostly loitering around the back of the hotel) are sketchy at best. Overall, this hotel looks like it's falling apart, and I would recommend staying as far away as possible.

This hotel is by far the dirtiest place I've ever stayed at. To start, I was supposed to have 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each but was given 1 king in each room. I asked for cots and they said they didn't have any. Luckily we had an RV in the parking lot for people to sleep in. There were no locks on the bathroom doors and the "hot tubs" in the rooms were boarded over. We also noticed a few rooms with the door handle were broken off. Just a complete dump. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is less than a mile from Memorial Stadium.

Four rooms booked with 2 double beds each....upon arrival, found only 1 bed in each room. Heat and A/C did not work. Three out of four rooms did not have TV, Microwave, or Fridge as advertised. Every part of the room was filthy (cigarettes and stains everywhere). This hotel is a trainwreck manned by half-wits. Staff would not assist with the missing 50% of the beds we paid for, but badgered me constantly regarding payment while my coworkers slept on the floor. Not even a fire could help this place. Attached are pictures of the "manager" asleep behind the front desk barefoot with her child after she called me for the 4th time that morning to pay for our rooms. All you expect from a discount hotel is a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in. Best Value Bloomington couldn't remotely handle that request. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The rooms were relatively clean and kept up, but the whole hotel had a musty smell to it. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good, and the lights seemed to blink off for a couple seconds and blink back on after. The whole place could use some major updating, but the stay was neither great not terrible.
