If you have special Need kids or kids that our medically complicated. Don’t waste your time they pick and choose who they want as patients. And will cancel you last minute even though they know they have no intention of seeing them. Guess they want easy street life. Must be nice to pick and choose.

Very unprofessional front desk. Physicians and clinicians are rookies. People who don't have insurance or want to pay upfront don't tell you the hidden fees even though you ask them! They send you the bill later and ask you to pay like a bounty hunter—horrible SCAM. Be aware! I don't recommend this location.

My experience with the Physical Therapists has been terrific but I am not impressed with the Orthopedic Surgeons. My daughter had surgery on her rotator cuff. She was not improving with the PT and work hardening which she went to for about 2 years so the surgeon suggested it was a nerve issue. When asked to order a MRI with the dye, he refused. She went to Tria where they did the test and found a re-tear and an old tear. The Tria surgeon was able to successfully fix the tears but some damage had been done by waiting so long and she now has permanent limitations. My experience was a bit better at first. I had frozen shoulder and after it did not improve in 6 months I had the manipulation done. With PT (and a wonderful dedicated Physical Therapist) I got to the point that my mobility is pretty good but not without pain. I had an MRI, saw my surgeon and he seemed to be able to attribute the pain to some issues in the shoulder and suggested that surgery could resolve most of the issues. He was retiring and referred my to a different Dr who claims that the MRI did not show much. The response from him was to wait . (It has already been 20 months). In other words, take 2 aspirins and call me in the morning. I would recommend Tria Orthopedic surgeons over TCO any day.

A huge Thanks to the TCO staff. I had my surgery on Monday 11/27 and it was so incredibly smooth. The pace, professionalism and bedside manner were second to none. I felt in the loop, listened to, involved, and well informed the whole time.

Very thorough and gave multiple options on how to deal with my knee. When I asked for his professional opinion, he told me what my best option is. I was impressed by him.

You could not ask for a better place to take care of your Orthopedics needs. Super professional staff - great care & follow-up. Highly recommended.

The staff and from my doctor, NP and physical therapist are fantastic. I could not give any better recommendation then if I or my family needed to have surgery or physical therapy this is where I would go and recommend for family and friends...
