fiancé
and
I
had
an
amazing
experience
at
this
place
for
my
birthday!
The
craft
cocktails
were
exceptional,
and
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
unique
champagne
cocktail
I
ordered.
What
sets
this
place
apart
is
their
dedication
to
catering
to
vegetarians.
The
variety
of
vegetarian
and
vegan
options
was
astonishing,
and
they
even
had
a
dedicated
vegan
menu.
We
kicked
off
our
meal
with
the
cauliflower
and
gruyere
soufflé,
which
was
a
spectacular
surprise
–
who
knew
cauliflower
could
taste
this
good?
For
our
main
courses,
we
tried
the
bone
marrow
and
duck
confit,
along
with
the
pistou
linguini
(no
jambon),
and
both
dishes
were
superb.
My
fiancé
declared
that
the
duck
was
one
of
the
top
5
meals
of
his
life!
To
top
it
off,
we
savored
a
delicious
cheesecake
that
wasn't
overly
sweet.
The
exceptional
staff
made
the
experience
even
better.
Dakota,
our
waitress,
kept
us
entertained
all
night
and
offered
fantastic
recommendations.
Even
the
head
chef
paid
us
a
visit.
This
meal
was
a
delightful
treat,
and
we'll
definitely
be
returning!
