    We had a fantastic customer service experience yesterday with the sales associate by the name of Thom. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and was absolutely great with our boy Nikko! He helped us pick the perfect harness for him and it made a world of difference on our walks.

    I bought 2 camel shrimp and one punch of macro algae for my saltwater tank. I properly acclimated my shrimp and both died within two days. My macro algae is dying after 3 days. I've never had this issue when buying creatures from a shop. I also say very small baby watchman gobys that were too small to be purchased and most likely wouldn't survive the transfer to a new tank, and one of them already has scoliosis. I them couldn't get my money back or replacement shrimp when I called because they came from a saltwater tank. Never buying Saltwater creatures from Petco again, my recommendation is going to New Richmond Ace Hardware. They have a saltwater and freshwater section, rodents, birds, and lizards/snakes. They are all very well taken care of, and I've NEVER had an issue of my fish dying when I bought them from there. The woman who gave me my fish though was wonderful. Very polite and educated on what she was doing. Shout out to her for being a wonderful person and employee

    You can find many nice fishes there plenty of nice fish tanks.

    I will preface this by saying my dog loves coming here to get his nails done, and the staff is usually so kind and accommodating. Now the downside: We pay for VitalCare, which is a nice benefit, but we're never able to utilize it due to 'short staffing' in the grooming department at this location, which has been going on for at least the past 4 months. I called corporate to try to shut off my monthly payment and can't because it's an annual subscription. Because it's for a nail trim, I'm unable to book him an appointment since those are 'walk-ins only'. So frustrated.

    Cannot do 0 stars, so I will do 1 star. In person reservation was made for a groom, but upon phone call confirmation it was not. In addition, apparently my dog has NEVER been groomed at this location even though we clearly know he has. Very disappointed with this Petco. I'd advise using groomers from a different location.

    I walked in and made an appt for my dog a few weeks ago and I called today to confirm and they said they have no record of him ever being serviced there (he’s been there at least one time before) and they can’t get him in for a couple more weeks. I booked this appt before a holiday and because they had a special going. They won’t even book the appt when available with the special. The lady put me on hold to service another customer and my call went straight to voicemail. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
