Fancy theatres. Axe throwing. Food delivery. $10 tickets at 10:00. Being old and going to movies before noon never was so relaxing. Totally worth the track from south Minneapolis.

Today (November 26, 2023) my wife and I had a challenging experience with the self check kiosk process in Eagan (seemed to not easily accept our rewards card as well as our CC) and upon requesting the assistance of the front desk manager we were met with unbelievable indifference. The young man sitting at the front desk seemed bothered and put off by our request for help. Rather than asking how he could help he simply dismissed us as he seemed our request was beneath him and our way of asking him was not what he wanted to hear. We generally have had wonderful experiences for years at this facility but we feel overwhelming disappointed in the overall lack of professionalism and appreciation for our business. Customer service is not easy and typically necessitates a level of empathy - a characteristic the manager seems to lack. Youth does not excuse poor behavior. ZERO STARS for the manager!

Movie theaters are back and better than ever. Great atmosphere and staff in general. The food options are quite surprising and very good, with one example being a brie and honey pizza.. (at a movie theater..?). Always clean, always great service, and the heated reclining seats are fab. I only go to this theater.

Great experience. I believe his name was Tim. He was very helpful. Got us a combo since the kids ordered drinks and popcorn that would work better as a combo. Then when I returned mid movie for a popcorn refill he saw me and came around from the back to help me out so I didn't have to wait in the line and miss more of the movie.

Lines moved a little slow, but that could've been incompetent customers lol. Seats are comfy, screens seem to be new, and the lobby is quite beautiful for a movie theater. Online Ordering my tickets was simple. Saw Oppenheimer on the Premium Large Format screen, which I wasn't familiar with. If you can't get to IMAX or Dolby, it's a great alternative that is much better than the standard Digital screens in most auditoriums at theaters. The sound system is way better and compares well to IMAX and Dolby Cinema (it's a Dolby sound system at Emagine).

Man do I love this theater clean, good staff and a lot of food and entertainment options. The reason why I only have 3 stars (and not 5) is because the popcorn leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not the traditional buttery salty goodness every other theater has. It tends to be dry,chewy and flavorless. I typically end up at the Marcus who has perfect popcorn instead even though I prefer this location. Might seem silly but We love our popcorn.

It's a good theater. There's a bar. The seats are comfy, and they're not too close to the screen so if you get front row you won't regret it. Sometimes there might be a chair that doesn't work but that seems like they are otherwise maintained.
