Love going here! The staff is very friendly and help me with all of my needs! Ash has cleaned my chain a few times and I love the way it shines when he is done with it! I’ve always been a little hesitant buying a ring because my fingers are on the bigger side but Ash has also helped me pick out a ring and sized me perfectly and I love showing it off!! Many compliments! I recommend this store to all of my friends.

I don’t even know where to begin! I have worked with Sheri every time I have gone in there for the last 15 years. She is very personable and she knew exactly what I wanted. She is so easy to work with and she knows her stuff. We made it so easy for my fiancée. All he had to do was call her up and tell her to order the ring. She saved everything in my profile. I had two rings in my profile and when they were talking she explained why she would go with one ring over the other. So my fiancée ordered the ring and proposed to me on Christmas Eve. Sheri was one of the first to know that it happened. Kay is the only place I will buy my jewelry from because the staff is easy to work with and it doesn’t take long to get the product. And if you are unsatisfied with it they will make it right. We will be back to get my band!

ordered a ring online, says i can return it to a Kay jeweler retailer if i'm not satisfied. Walked in and they said no it's a custom ring so you can't return it. Went back to my computer and filled out a return order and sent it back. Got 100% refunded today. River Hills Mall Kay Jewelers you can shove those diamonds up your you know what!
