Isanti Rental tries to hide their errors and poor performing equipment behind posts leaving out all of the information. In our case my wife and sister picked up a 2 man auger. The auger did not run correctly and so after 2 holes I called them to get advise. They transferred me to the mechanic who asked if the gas was on and then the choke.i told he yes which was why I called him. He said without seeing it not much more assistance he could be. So I blew out the filter that helped but not much, then had to remove the air filter completely to get the rest of the holes dug. The time was about 1 hour 15 minutes including wasting 15 minutes on the phone. The machine was returned just about 2 hours and 15 minutes.At which point I had to help unload it and carry it into the shop. They started it up and it was blowing smoke and they said yeah the filter seems to be plugged. When asked if they were charging full price they said yes. I would hope they would post the facts instead of just there version of what customers experience. I will not use them again or refer anyone to them. I am disputing the charges which could have been avoided with a little customer service .

Great experience! Tracy was fantastic to work with and they were very flexible in time (pickup/drop off) that made it convenient for us and not having to make an extra trip. Quality rental equipment with everything going as planned. Thank you!

Spent over $800 on a chainsaw and $75 chain. I left without the chain, manual and tools. A few weeks later when i went to use the chainsaw, I realized this and went to explain the situation and was told too bad. Why would I paid $75 for the carbide chain, why would i go back 1 month later to try and get another one free? I am not a theif!

Great people and rates. They went out of their way to get pictures of their equipment in a timely manner so I could get the right supplies. I was 15 minutes late and I didn't get hassled for more money. Quick and helpful. Saved about $30 from others prices.

They were wonderful in helping me and my husband pick out and rent items for our wedding. They even helped load in our cars and were so friendly. Prices are amazing as well. I highly recommend coming to them.

Have rented stuff and brought work in before but totally disgusted this time. Brought 2 chain saws into get fixed on 4/7. I was told there were a couple ahead of us so wasn't too worried. Rcvd a call about 2 weeks later telling us we were 2-3 out yet. Then called a the lady said we were at the bottom yet. Not sure how that happens but picked up the one and left the other. Went back in almost a month later and they had not even touched it yet. Would be nice if they would have told us it would be that long. Thinking they kept putting us at the bottom of the line because we are not regulars. Won't happen again. Bought another chain saw (not from here) so we could at least do some work and brought the other two to a different shop.
