super amazing atmosphere, okay drinks, but would never return do to the bartender. I was talking about recent events in politics with my friends and due to that the bartender tabbed us out with asking first. sad this place lets their workers discriminate which is illegal. hopefully this matter get fixed because I see major legal issues arising.

Really wanted to try the pierogi's that used to be on the menu when they had a kitchen, but still worth the trip. Exceptional crafted cocktails. Pre-prohibition and modern. Make it a stop on your list.

Flat, overpriced beers on tap. Probably should update your listing and site, nothing polish about this place and not a single bite of food in sight. Cocktails or bust here, but recommend just going bust. Go elsewhere.

Was a newly rebuilt bar, that has some history to it. Had a fairly large group with me, when we moved two tables together we got an attitude from the bartender, big time. When confronted about it she claimed it wasn't her issue but her bosses about us moving the tables. Needless to say we finished our drinks, moved the tables back and left to go next door. I would suggest the bar but only if there is a different bar tender than what we had. And FYI, they don't serve food.

Super cool bar atmosphere and decor. Excellent drinks. Didn't love the banter/dad jokes from the entertainment of the evening.

Great live piano karaoke! Soo much fun great vibes. The pianist is fantastic and it is so much fun to come here, way better than doing canned karaoke. Sing with a real pianist and live your life. Don't look back

This is based mainly on the girl behind the bar. The bartender couldn’t have been more uninterested in working nor helping us. She was on her phone, drinking water literally had to flag her down to get help in an otherwise empty bar. The martinis, gin was first and the vodka martini was made with the same ice so although it was a vodka martini - it had an undertone of gin. Not great. All in all a poor experience returning to a place for which I have such fond memories.

A great place to go and enjoy some piano music and relax. The environment in the bar is always everyone’s a friend and we are here to have a good time. The speciality drink list offers a variety of options for everyone in your group!

Please, for the love of God, tip the pianist if you go. If not, she will make you suffer for the duration of your singing and that is IF she plays your song. The dude they had sub like two months ago was cool like the other side of the pillow.

Packed to the hilt, service was minimal due to space restrictions, noise level was over the top loud (even over the live entertainment), drinks were mediocre at best (I've had the equivalent or better at dive bars) and extremely expensive. The staff is doing their best, but there's no level of control at this location and it shows.

I of course miss the traditional old Nye’s, but although new, it does still feel like a nice classic slice or northeast MPLS. Good for a Quiet conversation in a Cozy booth.

I love this place. Prices are a little high but the owner is wonderful (same guy that owns Manning’s in Como) and the bartenders are fantastic and fun to chat with during less busy times. Of course, the piano experience is unique and the only it’s place to find that in all of MN!

Was expecting the place from DDD, but they tore that down. After my initial disappointment I got a drink and asked for food menu....apparently food went went with the old building. The cocktail was overpriced and underwhelming. Pedestrian liquor selection. Bar tender was nice. Not worth the trip.

Went out on Monday night for some cocktails with family. It was pretty empty. Staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious! They were knowledgeable on their stock and alternatives that they didn't have. Would highly recommend!

Clean, elegant, and fun. All the bartenders are great (shout-out to Aaron and Ashley), and the cocktails are amazing. Try to visit Wednesday through Sunday after 7 pm so you can enjoy the Piano (Daina is a legend)

Nye's is still a fun place. People really get into the whole piano bar aspect after they've knocked a couple back.

Had a great experience coming here for the first time. Dan was filling in on the piano as their normal person was out. He played everything from Afroman to Zeppelin. He invited me sing my song requests with him and it was a blast. Craft Cocktails by their amazing mixologist are a must. She is a true artist! I don't normally get to see that much muddling, mixing, shaking, stirring, and garnishing at the types of establishments I frequent. I'll be back to this place many times!

Live piano music was fun but service wasn't great and I'm pretty sure the negroni was made with Aperol?

Great local atmosphere! Just opened this week and Tony one of the owners was on hand to welcome guests and appreciate their rerun to his family’s long established yet smaller and remodeled bar. No eating only drinking and the seating makes you feel like staying for more than one drink.

Great atmosphere..limited seating but the bar has good seats too. Will try the food next time. Cold beer and broad choice of piano tunes by request. Will be back soon!

Daina, the pianist, is hilarious!! Loved her & her singing partner's energy!! Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday!! There was a couple there who are regulars who made me and the group I was with feel so welcomed!! Shout out to the bartender who has a pet Chinchilla named Chad!! (I forgot her name)

Lovely and warm place. Great piano bar and quaint environment. Join Kenneth in a sing-a-long.

Had a really bad experience. My sister came here on the first night of her bachelorette. She was called on stage and the lady playing the piano (Dana) humiliated my sister. She had my sister do the “I’m a little teapot” dance, and then switched the lyrics to “I’m a little bimbo.” My sister was humiliated. Not a great way to start the bachelorette weekend. Not to mention Dana was not being nice to a lot of people. As my sister was about to do karaoke she said “I don’t want any more singers up here,” don’t go here for karaoke. They only want regulars or inner circle friends. She also called a few people out for being off key.
