Very poor management and customer service. Mother-in-Law made a reservation the 1st of April for my daughters graduation. Gets a call a day before they fly up to tell them they have been moved because they overbooked. I am a Lifetime Titanium Elite Marriott member and was put off by this. After talking to the hotel and explaining they booked because of having the mini kitchen they said they would try to find them a room and honor their reservation. About 2:30 I get a call they are good to stay, next day at 11:00 AM (as they are arriving at the airport) they are now not staying and booked at a Hampton! Talking to the staff they can’t give me an explanation of how someone gets booted but people who booked after are still there. The hotel is not 100% occupied by Marriott rewards members so they just talked in circles. I am sure she booked so far in advance the rate was cheaper so they kicked them out to get a higher rate since it graduation for several local schools. Here is a hot tip, have 160 rooms then you don’t take more reservations than that.

Rooms and lobby were nice. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Staff didn’t have uniforms nor name tags. They also didn’t thank us or even mention our rewards status (lifetime titanium). Not a big deal, but it’s the small things that separate a nice hotel from a lame hotel.

Fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Really appreciated the gluten free and dairy free options at breakfast!

We stayed here at the end of March for a spring break getaway. The outside of the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Olin, welcomed us and was extremely friendly and helped us check in. The hotel had hand sanitizers in numerous locations. The pool area was very large and clean. They did not have a clock or restroom in the pool area you did have to go down the hall. They had a basketball hoop outside as well as a large fire pit and chairs. The continental breakfast was excellent. The lady was extremely friendly and made you feel at home. They had hot foods as well as those to just grab and go. The inside of the hotel was very clean well-maintained cozy they had fireplaces in the main area. We had a one bedroom studio which was very nice and clean. Location wise it was perfect! Restaurants, shopping etc all close by. We definitely plan to go back!

Stayed here for about three weeks in June. Staff was friendly, but a few of the staff members need training. Example - asked if they had more than one washer and dryer for guest usage and the answer was 'Oh I don't know that. I don't have nothin to do with that'. Other staff issue was just plain rudeness when they were unable to answer billing questions. Speaking of billing - their system is whacked. I had a hold for the first seven days of the stay plus the daily incidentals put on my card when I checked in and then the hold went off my card a few days later. Then the next week there was a hold for $400 on Sunday, a hold for $1700 on Monday, and then a hold for $350+ on Wednesday. The $400 hold dropped off on Thursday and on Friday a firm charge of about $2500 for the first 10 days of my stay posted and the other two holds went away. Same sort of thing happened the next week of my stay. The system can't decide what and when and how much to charge. Very strange and you just don't know how much they're going to take out of your account at any given time. Ultimately the billing was right at the end but the multiple holds were a bit alarming. My room was facing the courtyard, with a fire pit, grill, sitting area, etc. The first weekend there was a traveling sports group of families staying in the hotel and they all congregated in the courtyard until late the in evening, so lots of noise penetrating my 2nd floor room. The second weekend was a baby shower in the court yard, so again lots of loud, noisy people directly under my window. The bathroom fans ran 24/7 at a low hum (could not be turned off), but reminded me of white noise so just left it. The light in the kitchen was possessed - dimmed and brightened randomly while turned on. The sleeper sofa was tired and the cushions were literally sinking down into the foundation of the sofa. Bird poop everywhere (outside) due to the gazillion birds nesting under the eaves. The hotel is the middle of a heat sink and the entrance is set-up super strangely. The new manager was very nice and helpful trying to help me figure out the billing which is unfortunately automated. The cleaning staff picked up the garbage/take out bags and used towels I left outside the room pretty quickly. Plenty of towels as needed. Pool and whirlpool are very nice. Laundry is expensive. Only part of breakfast I had was the coffee which was warm and not particularly memorable. No tea selection other than black tea. Cable sucks. Beds are decent. All in all not horrible, but not the best.

I travel to Oakdale for business and this is my first choice of stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping us out with some issues with the online booking and getting us settled in the rooms as quickly as possible. The rooms are maintained well and my only suggestion is to stack up a few of the missing weights in the gym. Hope to see you guys soon again.

Great place to stay! It's as I expect for a Residence Inn, my new favorite chain for consistently good quality. This location is up to the standard. Friendly evening front desk clerk yesterday, wish I would have gotten his name but thank you to him. Room clean and very quiet, dishes and towels all in order, bed the usual comfy Marriott setup. Pool and hot tub whirlpool were clean with plenty of fresh pool towels and it was welcome after a long day of airports - my only issue was that the whirlpool jets are very weak but it was still good for soaking muscles. Location is very convenient, easy parking. Will return if in the area again 👍👍

Nothing but good things to say about this Residence Inn. The front desk was quick to reply to in-app chat and upgraded me to a suite because of my status. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and quickly checked in. Rooms are standard for a newish Residence Inn. Everything was spotless and functional. The ceilings are a bit thin as I heard someone stomp around for awhile, but I think this was more related to just how loud the individual was rather than how thin the ceilings are. Breakfast was slightly above average--eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Didn't use any of the other facilities like the gym or pool. Location is convenient to the highway.

Rooms were fine, breakfast was weak. I like to work out and the workout room was missing many weights. If working out is not important, it can work.

Big nice and newer rooms. Our TV in the bedroom didn’t work, not a huge deal because we were just here to sleep but they also didn’t give us any complimentary water, which is a first - platinum elite members and stay all the time ☹️

Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and very big. Swimming pool area was really nice and they have a outdoor grilling area.

They don’t come clean our room for our 7-day stay. We have to ask at our forth day. Breakfast serves the same things over and over. Fans are on 24/7 in our room and they are noisy. The thermostat screen is not working and we didn’t even know what temperature is being set. Our room view is all the outdoor AC units of the hotel. Didn’t even bother to open the blinds for 7 days.

There is quite a bit around this hotel, so you don't lack for food, grocery or entertainment options. The rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love my stay here for a month. I work travel and this was the first hotel my company book. I loved staying here. The staff is awesome from the nice housekeepers to friendly front desk staff and the sweet breakfast preparers. I recently attempted to rebook but the prices had increased beyond my company's hotel allowance. 5 💫💫💫💫💫 for Residence Woodbury

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend away. The room was clean and very nice. We loved having a kitchenette to cook in and be able to save dunge money eating in our room. They do have a nice continental breakfast here as well. The pool and soda area were also clean and looked to be accessible for people with mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Average complimentary hot breakfast. No special gifts for Gold Elite. The rooms are nice. The only negative is that the towels smell funny.

There are several restaurants and shops in the Woodbury area. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was pretty standard, but included - so that's a plus. The rooms are modern and clean. Recommended!

Decent Hotel. Room wasn't the cleanest, we had trash on the sofa sleeper. The Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable accomodations. Family friendly. Conveinant location. Handicap room is spacious and accessible. Ample amenities include pool/hot tub, breakfast bar with hot food (coffee is amazing!), outdoor patio with fire pit, outdoor basketball hoop, laundry, wifi and work spaces, small store in lobby. My room also had microwave, stove top, full fridge and sink. I was even able to make a tasty Thanksgiving dinner. Really appreciated the breakfast attendant - she is friendly and really seems to care about her job and the guests. She went out of her way to make breakfast a home-like experience. Food was served hot and fresh. Breakfast can be eaten in the lobby or in your room. Needs improvement: Offer recycling bins in facility. Offer compost bins near breakfast bar. Offer a bell/buzzer near front desk - asking customers to yell to get staff attention is unprofessional. Hard to get room cleaning services - need more clear directions or communication.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The hotel had a nice pool and decently sized gym. Included breakfast was great and the bed in the room was comfortable.

My daughter lost a diamond cross necklace. It dropped out of her bag in the hallway. When she called a few hours after check out the housekeeping manager said yes they had found it and she could come in to get it. When we got there all of a sudden magically nobody could find the necklace. They took our information and after 24 hours I heard back from no one. When I went in they said that between them finding it and my daughter calling someone had stolen it off of their office desk. Super disappointing. But at least the manager was honest! Theft is never a good thing as an establishment! information and I didn't hear back from anyone after 24 hours.

I like this hotel. This was our second stay. The room is great, but we asked for a second blanket and they gave us a sheet. The breakfast is pretty good for everyone else in my family, but I'm allergic to whole wheat so there wasn't much I could eat besides eggs and the chocolate milk was moldy.
