Placed an in person order for three sandwiches and waited for 25 minutes. Once I got home two of the three sandwiches were correct the vegetarian sandwich was a chicken with bacon and barbecue sauce. At this point now the stores close so it’s not like I can get the correct sandwich made or get refunded

Messes up the order a third of the time. Won’t even refund. Their customer service is horrible. The driver had to come 3 TIMES before because they screwed up my order that many times. Absolutely ridiculous. Such a disappointment. Only reason I order is because my boss likes the food. Otherwise I wouldn’t order from this location anymore. Please get a staff that knows what their doing. It’s such an inconvenience to call every other order because they’re missing a sandwich or a drink. Plus they do nothing when they mess up the order. Not even an apology. I’ve complained to corporate and they help you, the store however, doesn’t.

I like to go here on occasion when I'm in this part of town because normally I only have Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes available. Unfortunately my last experience was very underwhelming. There was only one slice of turkey in my sandwich, and a tiny bit of lettuce and the rest of the fixings. Looked nothing like the photo on the menu -- basically just a mostly empty loaf of bread. What little substance it had tasted good though, so...

First they came for the Erupter. Then they came for the Quatro. And then they came for me! Seriously though, my included photos are from when they still offered the Quatro. They also got rid of the brisket. Wonderfully original sandwiches like the Quatro and Erupter or that delicious brisket mac n cheese is what truly made Erbert’s and Gerbert’s special, not the dumb stuff on the walls. Oh well, at least they still give you that extra bread piece, which is exciting.

Ordered food from this place a couple times this week. The subs are really good, better than Jimmy John's I would say. I wouldn't recommend the Mac & Cheese though. It reminded me of the pre-made stuff from the grocery store.

The staff was all very friendly, I wasn’t at all impressed with the food.

I dont understand what happened to this place. I ask for ez sauce and i get a bottle of bbq sauce dumped onto now wet bread and lettuce. I think maybe four or five slices of meat per sandwich and two slices of the thinnest cheese you can slice. Happens every single order i get. And now stores are asking to give tips for pick up orders..maybe make good sandwiches and that is justified. Or pay qualified "sandwich artists" What a joke. Go elsewhere

Sandwiches that are often overlooked by the other big chains. Stop in if you want some quality subs. Healthy and fresh. Plus fast and efficient service. Great place!!!

Absolute rubbish place. Quality control is non existant. Ordered 50 bucks worth of food, got 1 sandwich and 2 pickles... not even close. I called and was told I could come pick up my missing food I ordered delivery on, or get refunded. LOL! Refund me, don't worry, I wont order again. EDIT: Then they didn't even refund my card as requested. What a joke.

Love the fun stories on the wall that go with their funny sandwich names. But really we go because the sandwiches are delicious! And if you sign up for their rewards, you get a $5 off coupon for every $50 you spend. I love the Girf (turkey, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo). My kids love the Boney Billy (turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo). My husband goes for different things. Last time, it was the Philly cheesesteak. The sandwiches are all 8-inch except for the kids' meal 4-inch. They have an assortment of store-brand potato chips (don't expect to find Cheetos or Doritos), a soda machine, and a few delectable cookies/bars to round out your meal. Oh, and they also have soups, but I haven't tried them yet because I love the sandwiches so much! While there, check out the clocks for local time, Cairo time, and Venus time! 😂

Went here on a quiet afternoon, ordered a titan and Jacob bluefinger. We received two titans, didn't realize until we left. We weren't upset about it but it was a little annoying, but what was worse was the fact the sandwiches were barely filled. Both sandwiches had a single slice of turkey & one slice of cheese, it was very bare bones. The bread was also weird, one side was hard (you could knock on it) while the other side was soft.

My first time going to Erbert and Gerberts. The food was good but the 3 men working there were so pleasant. The made the sandwiches very fast, they were good, the place was clean and they were extremely friendly and curteous.

Always had good experiences here. friendly staff, always clean, with the details on the orders correct which I feel like is hard to find places like that

This is my absolute favorite sandwich place. The food is delicious and has so much flavor.
