Went to the location for the first time today to get a client help. I had heard great things about this place and was excited to check it out. The staff in the donations center named Sue made us all uncomfortable with her hostile tone and stingy attitude. We left in shock of how poorly we were treated. I will not be going back.

I never shopped here because years ago I was told by staff that the furniture items were reserved for a particular culture of people in need who live primarily in the Eden Prairie area. I thought they were kidding. I understand that people need help, but this was just the last straw. I never went back!

It's a very nice thrift store. Well organized. High quality donations. Great selection.

Great shopping experience. The store is small, but the decor items are just eclectic enough that you can find one or two unusual items per visit. This is not a bargain basement type thrift store, but I’m surprised at complaints about the prices as they are very reasonable for fine 2nd hand goods. My last visit consisted of two items, one wood carving for $5, the other a unique piece of wall art for $25. Largely inexpensive.

Great place to shop for amazing deals. I always find something of value or just something I really want! Check out the daily deals because they change regularly on what color price tag will be around 50% off!!

I love this thrift store. Quality items, reasonable prices. A very neat and clean store. Well taken care of. You know the people that work there care.

Found a fantastic Prom dress for my Daughter (New with Tags from Macy's for only $20!!) The staff/volunteers were all AMAZING! They have fitting rooms, which is Great for a thrift store. Found many, many wonder items. Plus there was a great 1/2 price sale on winter sweaters and scarfs. Even the other customers here are wonderful. I dropped some cash while checking out and the customer behind me followed me to the parking lot and returned it to me.

Just went here with my two boys not one person greeted us or spoke to us when checking out! Had cute things but because of zero customer service we will not be back. Very disappointed on how this world has become this way

The prop shop has two different stores. One that you go thrift shopping at, and the other is by appointment. One is free and the other is not. Call check and ask. You can also donate here but you also have to schedule an appointment for that.

A little on the pricier side as far as thrift stores go, but it’s for a good cause. There isn’t a huge selection of clothes over a women’s dress size 10, but I know they don’t really have control over that. The jewelry selection was much nicer than most thrift stores. Very clean. Best find was a Calvin Klein raincoat for $35.
