This
morning
my
2
daughters
and
my
self
went
to
this
specific
dunkin.
We
also
traveled
from
out
of
state.
The
line
was
long
which
was
not
an
issue,
pulled
up
to
the
drive
thru
and
tried
to
order
3
simple
drinks
one
was
LG
Carmel
Iced
coffee
cream
n
liquid
sugar
with
cold
foam.
2
small
iced
coffees.
The
lady
kept
saying
she
was
confused
and
had
me
repeat
the
order
multiple
times.
Each
time
I
showed
understanding
and
compassion
and
was
respectful.
I
get
to
the
window
she
realizes
that
my
skin
tone
is
white
she
is
a
big
black
lady
no
name
tag
her
while
demeanor
changed
and
she
hands
me
the
1st
coffee
I
said
thank
you
nothing
in
response
from
her.
Then
she
hands
me
the
2nd
coffee
said
thank
you
again
nothing
in
response
just
a
rude
glare
like
it
is
irritating
her.
The
3rd
coffee
was
wrong
I
told
her
it
was
wrong
she
said
"
I
can't
take
drinks
back"
I
asked
her
for
the
correct
drink
while
still
keeping
my
composure
and
being
respectful
correct
drink
was
handed
to
me
she
didn't
apologize
or
anything
once
i
was
at
the
window
but
while
she
was
taking
my
order
and
I
had
to
keep
repeating
it
she
was
polite
and
apologetic.
The
whole
time
as
I
was
at
the
window
was
nothing
but
rude
facial
expressions.
Needless
to
say
the
LG
coffee
was
sour
tasting
therefore
was
spoiled.
IlWe
are
consistent
Dunkiners,
actually
we
go
to
dunkin
daily
and
I
have
never
been
treated
so
rudely,
disrespected
or
made
to
feel
racially
profiled
by
a
worker,
this
is
a
disgrace
to
Dunkin
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
dunkin
I
will
go
elsewhere
for
coffee.
