    This afternoon I drove to Dunkin Donuts with my kiddos the guy treated us very badly when I ordered. I asked the guy who was taking my order the guy in the picture said I don't know I asked him can I talk to the manager he said he was the manager of the day. Okay, why don't you ask me what happened to me? He said they had a long day 🤔 that's why you treated the customer badly??

    I understand everyone is short staffed out there. I understand some are dealing with a staff that maybe completely brand new without training. But there was pretty much nothing right with my order. Burnt hash browns, a heart donut instead of assorted mini, TWO muffins instead of one and I’m pretty sure the coffee was not what I ordered either. The breakfast sandwich was good, I can deal with the coffee. But it’s just overall disappointing. One mistake I can let pass but this many is just a poor job by the whole crew. Won’t be buying from them again.

    Drive-through is terrible here. Service inside is fine when it’s actually open - which you don’t usually know until you park and walk up to the door, then see the tiny sign that says “Lobby Closed”. Manager is not helpful resolving order issues. Bloomington location is much better in every aspect - friendlier staff and faster service. Update: Had an issue with an order here and the corporate office said the store would give me a call back regarding it. Never got the call.

    I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this place just has really bad customer service. I got a brown sugar cold foam cold brew. As I see the person who I assume is the manager making it he got angry and said that her the headset in front of me and everyone else in the front of the store “ Stop setting the brown sugar we are done with it!” But I could see the syrup and cold foam containers. I’ve worked in fast food as a manager. We sell the products until either one of two things happen. 1. We completely sell out of it. 2. The button gets taken off the system. I wouldn’t ever say In in front of the customer who ordered something to not let them order it and be obliviously angry. I don’t normally work in this area except for one day a week so from now on I’ll just go out of my way to stop at the west st.Paul location to get my coffee

    I normally get wonderful service at this dunkin. However, I came in this afternoon and was met by one of the rudest employees that I’ve ever encountered at any dunkin location. He barely made any eye contact or acknowledged me while I was ordering, and made it extremely difficult for me to use rewards that I had been saving for about a month. I hope this experience never happens again as it was incredibly disappointing to receive such poor customer service at one of my favorite coffee stops.

    Two times now I've been to this Dunkin' and neither time they've asked if I was apart of their loyalty, so both times were missed. I asked if there was a way to add it from the receipt, and the gal at the window simply told me no, and that it needed to be scanned before my card, so there was nothing she could do. Every place else I go always asks if you're a part of the loyalty, but not here. What a bummer!

    This could’ve been a great experience, but there were two serious problems: 1. The coffee was terrible 2. The donuts were terrible The black coffee was disgusting & the cold brew drink was embarrassingly sweet and tasted fake. To top it off, the “donuts” were a tremendous combination of stale & crumbly. Not sure if they could even be called donuts—maybe it’s why they changed their name to just “Dunkin”. We were dunking their products into the garbage & I’m pretty sure a raccoon &/or drunk bear would pass on these items too.

    4 versus 5 star only because their breakfast sandwiches aren’t served hot or even warm. They’re almost cold and the cheese isn’t melted. Had them a few times and the same every time. Customer service is good though!!

    I know everyone is shortstaffed but however, I also work in food service...and the service here is subpar. I asked if they still had the Mango Refresher & I was curtly told "nope." So I bought a bottle of water. Then he went to the back. Literally said nothing. Not hey sorry about that we have this which is similar or we have this which is pretty good too...or even have a nice day! I'm also a Barista, if you don't like your job do something else.

    I had a GREAT experience at this dunkin. Specifically Alex was great with customer service and explaining the choices. He had a great smile on his face and made my visit worth while, I will be returning.

    This morning my 2 daughters and my self went to this specific dunkin. We also traveled from out of state. The line was long which was not an issue, pulled up to the drive thru and tried to order 3 simple drinks one was LG Carmel Iced coffee cream n liquid sugar with cold foam. 2 small iced coffees. The lady kept saying she was confused and had me repeat the order multiple times. Each time I showed understanding and compassion and was respectful. I get to the window she realizes that my skin tone is white she is a big black lady no name tag her while demeanor changed and she hands me the 1st coffee I said thank you nothing in response from her. Then she hands me the 2nd coffee said thank you again nothing in response just a rude glare like it is irritating her. The 3rd coffee was wrong I told her it was wrong she said " I can't take drinks back" I asked her for the correct drink while still keeping my composure and being respectful correct drink was handed to me she didn't apologize or anything once i was at the window but while she was taking my order and I had to keep repeating it she was polite and apologetic. The whole time as I was at the window was nothing but rude facial expressions. Needless to say the LG coffee was sour tasting therefore was spoiled. IlWe are consistent Dunkiners, actually we go to dunkin daily and I have never been treated so rudely, disrespected or made to feel racially profiled by a worker, this is a disgrace to Dunkin I will not be returning to this dunkin I will go elsewhere for coffee. Thank you for your time.

    The best drive through coffee in the world. The app is terrific too, i have saved my favorites in it and in two clicks i get my coffee and it's always ready by the time I get there. The staff is very friendly too. Go Enjoy!

    My only complaint is that they often replace an item I ordered with a different variation or something entirely different. They do this instead of telling me it's sold out (mobile order). I do feel this is an intentional swap, versus a mix-up. I could be wrong though. Moral of the story: check your order for accuracy before leaving.

    Horribly slow drive thru. Majority of donuts not even available. Poorly designed drive thru. People trying to back out of parking spaces blocked by the ever growing drive thru line. Then to top it off there is a driveway near the order station where others can sneak into the existing line. People at the end of line honking and getting very angry. Overpriced tiny donuts for an over extended wait. Definitely NOT worth it. Go to mom and pop shop...you'll get better service and quality.

    I pre-orderd 5 dozen donuts and 2 coffee caddies by phone for my son's birthday party and had a fantastic experience. Not only did they allow me to reschedule the order last minute when the birthday boy got sick and had to cancel his initial plans, but the morning of the party when I was frazzled and barely on time they had everything ready to go when I arrived and even helped carry it all out to my car. They packed the donuts but also had creamer, sugar, napkins and plenty of cups. It made the whole morning run smoothly and I'm so appreciative!

    I decided to try dunkin donuts. I usually go to Starbucks, but I wanted to try something new. The young red head girl that said, she was management. I believe she is too immature for a position like that. She has anger issues and no patience for new people. I was asking what type of Caramel drinks they have. She replied, "we can add caramel to any thing." She was saying it in a Sacrastic tone. Look, there Menu isn't very clear. What type of Flavors. Then you have kid being disrespectful, I am just trying to figure out what I would like to order. Your management inexperienced with customer service. They should take anger therapy. These are very minor situations in life to become so angry about questions. Thanks, I will be staying at Starbucks. The coffee tastes watered down, the egg sandwiches don't come with basics like Salt and pepper. Go to Starbucks many flavors very tasty!

    I just wanna acknowledge how wonderful mr Alex is, not only did he remember who I was and my order, he made my day start off great.because I was already in a rush to work! not only did I not have to explain it. It was already memorized so all I had to do was pull forward. Talk about great customer service,and valuing your customers. also last but not least the great smile he has, and the wonderful attitude early in the morning thanks Alex! you rock!!!! If you want to have a great day go to Dunkin and ask for Alex he’s amazing.😇

    Stopped through the drive thru to grab a coffee and food before work, decided to grab some donuts for staff as well. Everything was great and the whole transaction was smooth and fast- I can't remember his name, but the drive thru employee with longer blonde hair and a beard was so energetic and upbeat that I almost didn't need my coffee anymore! Way to spread joy, keep it up!

    Was disappointed to go in and all they had were boxes of assortment, a dozen glazed and like 4 trays of vanilla and strawberry frosted donuts. Thankfully my family loves glazed and I could get some munchkins as well. None of my family likes strawberry and 1 person has a strawberry allergy so I couldn't risk the assortment boxes. The guy helping me out was super sweet and the person doing drive thru was trying to be helpful.

    I absolutely love this place! I go here often to get hot breakfast items, sweet treats and some energy usually in the form of Iced Coffee. The staff runs the joint like a well oiled machine and they treat me like a valued customer every visit. Would highly recommend stopping in to grab a bite and saying hello!

    Tater tots were not fully cooked, cold in the center. Dunkin also has no idea how to make a chai, I’m either given coffee or straight milk everytime i’ve tried to order one. My cold foam that is extra was also forgotten.

    I have no clue why you guys witten as open until 8pm when you guys close at 7:30. I drove 20 minutes from eden prarie , when i went there, there were whole family who were curious about why store's whole doors are closed. I have no clue why you guys closed before 7:30. I dont know who run the place, but you guys are so disappointing. never going again. Will suggest cub food donuts for others

    A week ago I visited this local dunking donuts... and honestly the place lacks service and food most of the time they don't have donuts... I asked for an ice Cafe with sugar they didn't put anything on it... besides it didn't taste like Coffee was just pure water...

    I love their donuts. But this time I ordered 6 plus one more. I got the box of 6, but not the 7th. And the breakfast taco--while the filling was tasty, there was about 2 tablespoons of it. Nothing like the picture! DON'T ORDER IT!

    I love the coffee and donuts when available, and will continue to go there (richfield) since it is the only one around but I am not very impressed with the drive through service. The employees were busy chatting, and didn't bother asking to take payment or hand me the coffee that was sitting by the register until they were chit-chating.

    I come to this dunkin when I stay at my bfs because I <3 dunkin but this one is so bad. The employees are great theyre good at their jobs but if I had to work here I would hate it. They never have everything available. One time they had no food or cold coffee available, just donuts and hot coffee. If I had to work here and tell people that I would be scared of someone getting angry with me. They get our orders wrong often as well. Its super weird but their coffee just isnt as good as the dunkin I usually go to. They definitely make it different. Idk whats going on but management needs to step up or fix whatever stops there from being a full menu. Im not coming here again.

    Traveling from Canada, through to Niagara Falls. Finally stopped for some Dunkin for first time in our life. Got as much off the menu as possible to enjoy a little of everything and it was PUMPKIN season so wife was happy. Server was extremely nice to us and chatty.

    Donuts and coffee were good. Didn't look in advance but there isn't much seating which wasn't great for us. Ordered half a dozen donuts and the sign said they were $6.25. When asked why our total was more than expected the cashier said the computer says $7.99 and that the sign must be old. After a some back and forth she finally went to get someone to help. They reduced it by giving us the senior discount. We decided to not tell them that my mom, who was paying, should have gotten that discount on top of the correct price

    We asked for a black coffee with sugar in it I’ve asked for it before…the worker instead of explaining to us that they couldn’t do that said “then that’s not a black coffee then dear” in an extremely condescending tone. Although the sugar is in it, I felt extremely disrespected by her tone I’ve worked in costumer service myself and understand that sometimes the things people ask for maybe a bit too much but this was just a bit of sugar in black coffee
