Put. Cajun. Seasoning. On. Your. Fries. $23 worth of food and there's no Seasoning on the fries. Can't cost you guys more than 10 cents to load it up for everyones order and we all know the prices have gone up much more than that. It's been like this for months. The tiniest dusting of seasoning that amounts to no flavor and dry, bland fries. If I wanted bland fries I'd order the regular ones and not the Cajun. Retrain the staff how to put it on properly, it wasn't ever this bad before.

So so many ways to have your simple burgers and weenies "lol" with topping, just be patience when you order

You really need to figure out the fry situation for delivery drivers. The fries are cold by the time we get to their house anyways!

Only location I go to the last one we ordered from in Burnsville had a bug in the burger gross. This location is amazing and love the staffs friendly service

I find it both hilarious and pathetic that you have 2 ketchup dispensers. 3 drawers of Ketchup packets. And 0 mustard!!

Burgers were delicious. But 2 single burger lettuce wraps and 2 small sodas was almost $30. Simply overpriced

If you are looking for a great burger it's hard to beat. A little pricey but great quality. If you go to Culver's you should stop and switch.

Love this place!!! Always friendly staff and the food is off the charts amazing. The fries are so good and it’s great seeing which farm they came from each day.

This is my favorite burger. I’m not sure if it’s the bun or the beef, but the combination is excellent. The choice of toppings is great! I get jalapeños & hot sauce. I’ve been going to this location for quite a while and the staff have always been friendly, kudos to whoever does the hiring. The fries are excellent. I get the Cajun seasoning. On the side if I’m sharing with others. The free peanuts are a great touch as well. Nice work!

This was my first time at this location, but I’ve been to five guys all over the south east. Shaggy prepared the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had from any five guys ever. All the toppings were evenly placed so I got a bit of everything in every bite. Patties were cooked to perfection, unlike a lot of FG burgers were they are so greasy the buns get soggy before you even unwrap and take your first bite. The fries were cooked to the perfect crisp and seasoned evenly. BEST FIVE GUYS

It's just the prices to me that are over board in my opinion . The service and atmosphere are also lacking from my experiences so far .

Just love Five Guys & always have, since back when you stood in line for 30mins just to eat their burgers. Still a little bumbed from the pricing. I had a "little" cheeseburger/fries/med soda & it was just under $19. For one person that seems spendy for having to eat lunch out daily it just seems slightly high. Even if they had some type of return customer reward would be nice. Either way, I will return! The staff was very kind and pleasant. Lunch was ready pretty quick.

Fantastic burgers, maybe even better fries. Ate outside on their patio on a nice summer day. Nothing else like it.

Please get some actual adults to work at this store so that no one else has to wait 40 minutes in a dead store for two sandwiches and some fries.

Great burgers, but expensive, and ordered ahead and still waited 30 min after it's ready time in the app. Seemed to be about a dozen teenagers standing around behind the counter doing nothing. Oh to be young and lazy again. Enjoy it while you can muhaha

The food was okay... I don't think it qualifies the high price they command.. Interior of restaurant was unkempt with half eaten food on the floors and duty tables.. 4 staff stood behind the counter doing nothing could of cleaned the place up

My first experience with this establishment was last year and it was not impressing. The club sandwich i ordered was anything else but a true club sandwich.

Running joke, is that only guys work here because of the name, but I walked in and noticed a couple of girls working. I turned and said to my roommates, "when they rebranding to Five Girls." Really good food though, would recommend 👍

Took my mother, my 2 kids, & my 3 nieces/nephew here tonight, and I was very happy with our experience! We had a friendly employee at the order counter who was very new to her job, but she did very well in handling our large order. Her manager was hands-on close by, & showed extra care & attention to everything happening - not only our order but others' orders as well. We stayed there to eat & had a wonderful time. Everyone was very happy with their food order & we LOVED how they dump what seems like a ton of extra fries in your bag. The kids loved making a drawing & putting it up on the board too! This was a MUCH better experience than I had at a different nearby Five Guys franchise... We will definitely come back to this location again the next time we are in the mood for a Five Guys meal!

This place never disappoints! Food it’s amazing , ambience on point, the view is breathtaking. Totally recommend for a nice dinner with a significant other or with the work crew.

Any burgers with fries are good, but if you plan on taking out,it better be in a sturdy bag. Too much grease will soak the bag quickly and easily break.
