Dr. Irfan Abid and Nurse Linda are a great care team. They listen well, are willing to help, and help me keep track of my health. Their Smith Ave. St. Paul office is convenient for me, and has a good validated parking setup.

Dr. Acharya is the most compassionate Doctor that I ever gone too. I am so glad that I am in her care. Dr. Acharya is very kind and is amazing. I always look forward to going to my appointments to see her and also her Nurse Jackie who checks you in before Dr. Acharya comes into the room. Jackie is also very kind and compassionate. I always look forward to seeing them both. After seeing Dr. Acharya and Jackie I always feel better and in a better mood. They both are great and a good pair to be working together. Jackie always has such a great humor. Thank you Dr. Acharya and Jackie for always helping me. Dr. Acharya and Jackie always makes me feel great and makes me feel comfortable and accepts me for who I am. Thank you. I would recommend Dr. Acharya to anyone.

They do amazing work! However, you do need to have the insurance to support their services. If not, I can imagine how stressful it would be to get this great care that they offer.

I would give zero stars if I could. Be ready to get the run around for test results. Be prepared to pay a $175 'office visit fee' if you ask the Dr. any questions at a physical. You are expected to only speak when spoken too.

Dr. Katz is my Endocrinologist at United Medical Specialties in St. Paul. I’ve been under his care for almost 17years. He’s the BEST!! He listens to everything I say and is very patient with me. He’s also very kind and really compassionate. Not to mention, (he’s really smart!) …..he really knows his stuff!!!

The worst provider I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Condescending, arrogant, a poor listener, and judgmental are a few of the ways I’d describe this provider

Dr. Baker and his nurse made me feel well cared for and important. We worked together to get me in to see Dr. Baker very quickly with a change in my condition. Dr. Baker discussed treatment options and we mutually decided in how to move forward. We have a clear follow-up plan and open communication if my condition worsens.

A tumor was misdiagnosed at this Alina clinic as a benign skin tag. I got a second opinion elsewhere and it was diagnosed as a precancerous growth. I had to have major surgery. Yikes.

Great clinic with top notch staff from the front desk to the doctors. Perfect for downtown residents. I’ll miss the convenience of the internal medicine clinic. It closes in October 2021.
