Updated: I feel bad that I have to alter my review of Rockin' Jump now that it's a Sky Zone. Now that Sky Zone has bought out Rockin' Jump, they have turned it into a mirror copy of the other horrible examples of overpriced kid's play areas. Do not use their facilities unless there's a hypothetical gun-to-your-head situation. The eating area literally left me nauseous. The plasticware dispensers weren't being used and the food baskets they were using to hold utensils were dirty and only stocked with knives and forks. Most of the napkin dispensers on the dirty tables were empty. All of the tables looked like they hadn't been cleared or wiped off for hours. The staff was untrained and disinterested in even basic customer service skills. I ordered a pretzel and after ten minutes, I asked where it was and I was told it would be about six minutes. I then said it had already been at least that amount of time and he said there was some coming out right at that moment, clearly indicating I had to remind them that someone was waiting for their order still. I can't believe how terrible this company is at customer service, and I know they can't even defend themselves, because then they'd have to admit they need to start training their staff. Watching all of their staff walk around with AirPods in, ignoring their customers was just mindblowing-ly arrogant. Please don't waste your important consumer dollars here. Rockin' Jump review: I've been here with my family before and other than the slow service at the concession stand, I didn't think anything was off the rails. Then I started looking at the reviews here, and I noticed a pattern of the owner deflecting responsibility and making poor excuses for bad employee-training protocols. The training is a reflection of management, which clearly is well below acceptable standards.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I really miss Rockin' Jump. It was not overbooked and over capacity like what Sky Zone allows it to be. We booked my daughter's party on 11/11/23. We arrived and was never greeted or was assigned to a specific host. We waited in line for 20 minutes until we were helped. We were then told we don't have a cart and were not given complimentary lockers to set our coats in. For the price we paid, the service was under par. We were told we can go to our room 10 minutes prior to booked time over the phone to decorate but that never happened. I had to walk up to the party check-in desk multiple times to see if the room was ready. We didn't get to our party room until almost 6pm! This was unacceptable. We had 2 pizzas and 2 soda pitchers for 15 jumpers. We were told it was 1 pitcher/1 pizza every 5 jumpers which was also another empty commitment. I had to ask for EVERYTHING. We had to ask for the cake and ice cream and were not serviced at all. This demonstrates a very money-hungry business that do not care about the customer's experience. After being 30 minutes (close to 6pm, room was booked for 5:30pm) late to our party room, the manager had the audacity to rush us out while my daughter was opening her presents. We were only in the room for 45 minutes yet we paid for an hour. The environment is chaotic and not well managed. There was a significant lack of time management, inconsiderate service, and absent accountability. The manager was telling the next party it was our fault they were not in their room on time. We were made out to be the problem where in fact none of it was our fault whatsoever. Please save your time, money, and sanity if you're considering a party here.. you're better off setting up trampolines in your living room. Please do better, Sky Zone.

We have fantastic time at Rockin Jump, despite first time celebrating our kid’s birthdays there. It was an excellent experience. Joanna our host was very helpful and professional. She checked everyone in, got all our gifts and belongings in the party room, arrange the table setting with cakes and pizza. It was smooth and easy. The helpers at the trampoline park were very responsive and accommodating. Definitely be back for regular visits next time!

The workers will try and convince you to get a membership because it is around the same price but for a longer time. Do not do this unless you plan on coming often. The trampoline park isn’t that big and the snacks and drinks are overpriced. You’re 100% better off doing a one day pass believe me. If for some reason you decide to get a membership and cancel you will have to cancel each individual person that has a membership you can’t do it at once. Then you also have to cancel three business days before your next billing cycle. Their website doesn’t make it easy to see when your billing cycle is so be prepared to dig through your emails and be met with unhelpful replies from employees. I went once with my niece never went back and got charged twice. Because I canceled within two business days not 3. Horrible customer service, unclear billing expectations and the place is not worth it. I would give zero stars if I could. Please be aware of this and do not waste your time and money like I did.

This is the location we've been to many times every year for many, many years for birthday parties. So you definitely notice a change with sky zone taking over and is definitely not the same So be aware of that if you're used to rock and jump in the way it was. Not good customer things were definitely cleaner and better and more organized under previous ownership. Their areas to hang out for the adults declined. Hopefully with time sky zone can get things in order there.

Kids had so much fun! They have party rooms for birthdays and LOTS of options for the kids to have fun and explore!

We did not get what we ordered at all. Never even got into a private room. They told us the people ahead of us were refusing to leave and were 45 minutes over and the gm claimed he was going to call the police. He didn’t know how to handle it. Had our party in the main lobby area. No party decorations. No stickers. Did not receive any pizza or beverages- it was very stressful. My husband ordered the kids Dominoes. It arrived and we still didn’t have a party room. Gm refused to give me a refund on top of everything. He says he’ll refund it one minute, then comes back and says he can’t because he doesn’t want to get in trouble. I would not recommend if your looking for a stress free party option. This place was nuts. I had to ask him to bring my daughter her birthday shirt and the water bottles for her guests so we could leave as parents were picking up and they still didn’t fix this. Overall not a good experience at all! This review will not let me upload pictures or else I would have.

I went on a Saturday afternoon. It was a zoo. Line was super slow to pay. People at the front of the line not having waivers already completed on their phones holding it up. Crazy busy. Lots of birthday parties going on it seemed like. My son didn’t mind and had a blast. The food court area was the worst part. I must have waited 30 minutes and there was only a couple people ahead of me. The boy who was supposed to be there kept disappearing and taking super long to do simple tasks. Definitely needed better help there. Other people seemed like they were doing their jobs though.

Your kids will definitely burn energy here! Plenty for them to do but I did notice how much trash is left on the outside of the facility and inside along with very dirty corners and borders. Not enough staff to overlook your kids in each area so they will need adult supervision if needed. Expensive to get in and concessions are over priced but tasty. toddler sponge pit area needs new equipment. Overall good place to take the kids and get them to burn energy!

I have never left a review like this, but I feel extremely inclined to after reading others after my own experience. We had a party here on Saturday, I arrived about 30 minutes later, got checked in and basically stood in a mob of people waiting for our guests. Upon arrival of my guests there were lines and lines, the last guest to arrive was about 10 minutes late but they didn’t get their socks or checked in until about 40 minutes in. There was a line and one employee checking in all the parties. And they needed to check each child with the parent that signed the waiver / which defeated the whole purpose of signing the waiver before arriving. At 3pm we heard mumbling over the intercom so weren’t sure if it was for us or not, we were all gathered outside the room just in case. The pizza and soda was there but no employees, minutes later they called me by name to the front and said we were supposed to be in the room. The employee served pizza and soda to the kids and left, we didn’t see her again until about 3:50, when I asked if the kids could go jump til parents got there, was told yes. I began cleaning the room up and gathering our things. There was 0 customer service the entire party honestly, which is insane with the prices they ask for. After leaving I had gone into my purse knowing I had $83.00 in cash in it, with the receipt (I never carry cash so this was one of few moments). I opened my purse up to put the cash away, $60 were missing. I called in the day after to see if maybe someone turned it in, I do know it was my fault for leaving my belongings in the party room, and the manager suggested I talk to the parents that attended the party. There was only one parent with me, aside from my own parents who came for their grandchild. The parent was with me the entire time. The only time my belongings were away from me were while the card was in the party room. Ultimately, I feel as though I paid $300+ for 3 pizzas and 3 sodas, and for 20 solid minutes for all the kids to jump together. Rockin jump was MUCH more organized, friendly, I won’t be having a party there ever again.
