Your
front
desk
CMA
who
did
the
covid
test
was
extremely
rude
and
unprofessional.
I
called
to
express
I
was
running
20
min
late
(due
to
a
dead
car
battery)
for
my
pre-surgical
covid
test
the
next
day.
I
asked
her
if
this
was
going
to
be
a
problem
or
if
I
should
reschedule?
She
said
it
was
fine,
come
on
over
and
thanks
for
letting
her
know.
I
arrived
there
at
10:50am,
my
appt
was
at
10:30
for
a
nose
swab.
The
place
was
empty
when
I
arrived
and
I
wasn’t
greeted
with
a
hello,
just
a
‘you
can
sit
down,
we’ll
call
you
when
we’re
done.’
The
CMA
was
training
the
front
desk
girl
and
being
very
demeaning
to
her
and
condescending
that
she
didn’t
know
how
to
do
something,
right
in
front
of
me,
without
any
regard
to
how
this
might
make
her
feel.
Another
patient
came
in
and
the
same
girl
was
equally
as
rude
to
her.
Once
she
finished
showing
the
front
desk
girl
how
to
do
some
thing
she
asked
both
of
us
what
we
were
there
for,
and
we
both
stated
that
we
were
there
for
a
pre-surgical
Covid
test.
She
asked
what
time
our
appointments
were
and
blatantly
said
to
me
that
I
could
wait
until
after
the
other
girls
test
because
I
was
late.
She
then
said
you
told
me
you
were
going
to
be
a
few
minutes
late
and
you’re
20
minutes
late
so
now
you
can
wait.
I
didnt
deserve
or
appreciate
being
talked
to
that
way
or
being
made
to
feel
like
I
was
a
naughty
child.
The
way
she
treated
me
throughout
the
entire
appointment
was
very
rude
and
standoffish.
There
was
zero
professionalism
displayed.
She
even
answered
her
cell
phone
while
doing
my
test,
and
she
never
once
asked
to
see
my
ID
or
any
identification
to
prove
that
it
was
me
for
the
Covid
test.
Later
that
day
I
got
a
text
message
stating
that
my
results
were
negative.
The
entire
experience
was
so
unprofessional
and
I
would
never
recommend
this
clinic
to
anyone.
I
also
let
Minneapolis
plastic
surgery
know
that
they
should
not
refer
their
patients
to
this
facility
as
it
does
not
mirror
the
quality
of
care
that
they
show
their
patients
upstairs.
