Your front desk CMA who did the covid test was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to express I was running 20 min late (due to a dead car battery) for my pre-surgical covid test the next day. I asked her if this was going to be a problem or if I should reschedule? She said it was fine, come on over and thanks for letting her know. I arrived there at 10:50am, my appt was at 10:30 for a nose swab. The place was empty when I arrived and I wasn’t greeted with a hello, just a ‘you can sit down, we’ll call you when we’re done.’ The CMA was training the front desk girl and being very demeaning to her and condescending that she didn’t know how to do something, right in front of me, without any regard to how this might make her feel. Another patient came in and the same girl was equally as rude to her. Once she finished showing the front desk girl how to do some thing she asked both of us what we were there for, and we both stated that we were there for a pre-surgical Covid test. She asked what time our appointments were and blatantly said to me that I could wait until after the other girls test because I was late. She then said you told me you were going to be a few minutes late and you’re 20 minutes late so now you can wait. I didnt deserve or appreciate being talked to that way or being made to feel like I was a naughty child. The way she treated me throughout the entire appointment was very rude and standoffish. There was zero professionalism displayed. She even answered her cell phone while doing my test, and she never once asked to see my ID or any identification to prove that it was me for the Covid test. Later that day I got a text message stating that my results were negative. The entire experience was so unprofessional and I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. I also let Minneapolis plastic surgery know that they should not refer their patients to this facility as it does not mirror the quality of care that they show their patients upstairs.

I've only come to get a baby a COVID vaccine, and both times, the desk staff/nurse has been exceptionally rude. No clue what they have against me (it can't be my grandson, he's an adorably cute baby), and despite my trying to be friendly, they make me feel like I am an imposition upon them. And both times, we've been the ONLY people there the entire time! So it can't be because they are super busy. Won't return and won't recommend.

Dr. Grace is phenomenal. She was kind to my dad and super knowledgeable. The staff Rachel and Amanda were also super nice and accommodating. Totally recommend them.

Erika did a great job with my Botox injections. She has a great calming demeanor, instructive and was able to give me recommendations on what I needed. Found a good balance of not too much or too little for my first series. I will definitely be back for more in the future!

I feel that they take the time to listen to me and then use the proper level of care to ensure I am on the mend. This is the first primary DR. That I have had and now I am a patient for life. Erika and the whole staff have been excellent and professional since I began going to this clinic. Needed to find a new doctor’s office and I’m glad I found this one! Everyone is thoughtful and any concern I’ve brought up with Erika she is always happy to check into it without hesitation. Other doctors I’ve had in the past would always seem to make me second guess how I was feeling, but never once have I come across that here. They make going to the doctor a pleasant experience which is saying something.

Not a great experience in person as I wasn’t given the test I drove there for. But the most important part for me is that they followed up with me and offered to fix it when I expressed concern. To me that speaks volumes about them as a clinic and that they are striving to do better. Mistakes happen. I know next time will be better if I need to return.

I got covid & called the clinic to get paxlovid. The Dr was super helpful & made the process so easy. This is how healthcare should be. I have recommended this place to friends & family already. The doctor told me if I had any questions or concerns after to text her. You can tell she truly cares & just wants to help people.
