Lady at reception does not look pleasant nor does she guess you time to talk, yes we ran late we tried to call the number on online doesn't work. She speaks while you speak finally reschedule our appointment but we will not be going or recommending the your company change your reception she is definitely not pleasant it looks like you are bothering her. If you don't get client's your don't have a business please don't look like we are bothering you.

By far the worst spa expensive I have ever been to! A horrible couples room. With no space at all. The therapist was practically walking into my arm all the time. An aircon in the room which was extremely loud. The blinds brought in bright light. The beds squeaked and the room smelt like varnish. Absolutely lacked the spa aesthetic. To top it all off the service was poor ! And the ladies had no etiquette. The hotel Auberge partnered in this deal is an absolute waste of money! Spoke to the guy that owns this place he acted as if he was unaware of the hotel being so bad in this deal. He promised to get back to me. It’s over a week and nothing . It is extremely misleading so to the point where I actually feel robbed ! Would not recommend! Don’t waste your money here.

The absolute WORST experience!! From the receptionist booking treatments who was extremely rude and non chalant over the phone to the unprofessional therapists. Dirty bathrooms, smelly towels, unsatisfying treatments. The therapist definitely had no idea what she was doing. I asked for another therapist and she was worse and irritable during the treatment. The spa itself has such an unpleasant atmosphere. Complete waste of money.

I had a really terrible experience here. NOTHING was aesthetically appeasing and it felt like we were in an abandoned room, as you can see by the pics.There was absolutely NO ambiance and the room smelt of paint. The hangers in the cupboard were all different and the cupboard looked like it needed a deep clean. The candle that was burning has clearly seen better days, even the candle holder was screaming for an upgrade. There was not a product in sight, just the massage oil in an open brown bottle. The aircon was on and it was making a terrible sound. I eventually asked the therapist to turn it off when we were well into the massage. We were then left in complete silence until eventually she started playing music. I was FREEZING for almost the entire massage. The room was so cold. I had to ask my therapist to cover my feet and body with a towel. I needed to go to the toilet because of the cold and pressure. There was no gown or slippers. Luckily, I had my own slippers but had to cover myself in towels to go to the toilet. My therapist wasn't bad at all, she did a good job but the circumstances didn't allow her to shine. Also, we went into the room at 9am, had to change, they eventually came to the room, AND THEN, still managed to finish a '60 minute' massage at 9.50am. This was not a great experience. I raised my concerns with the owner who in turn simply refunded me the voucher. This place can do much better and the Hotel can too.

Worst Spa Experience Ever! The therapists most definitely do not have any professional training. There is absolutely no atmosphere in the spa. It is very noisy and not relaxing at all. We were booked for a 60 min massage that ended 20 minutes earlier. I think the worst was when the message ended that the therapist without any shame said, "if we want to leave them something, we can put it on the counter". I'm very disappointed and will definitely never return to this spa.

Would not recommend. Worst experience we have ever had or treatment received. The welcoming was basically non existent. The lady at the casuarina reception blatantly cursed the Lords name infront of us, when asked questions. She was rude, impatient and very unprofessional. She would not even give us her name. The actual treatment was a rub and not a massage and I can do a better job by rubbing salts/scrubs and oil on myself. These ladies unfortunately had no technique to the treatments/massages. The whole point of going to such a wellness centre is to feel relaxed, be pampered and receive a decent massage. The therapists did not explain one of the treatments or tell us what they are doing during the process. All other places we have been, the therapist would explain the part of the treatment, what it does, the benefits etc. They kept quiet the whole way through and when we were done, they asked if we have a tip for them we must just leave it in the room.

I had a really good experience at this Spa! I had a good 2 hour pamper package with some salt rub sauna thingy and really felt refreshed afterwards. The actual massage wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. It was good. The only thing that really didn’t sit well with me was that she kept going out and coming back and massaging me with cold hands 😭😭😭 I think that’s one of the worst things to do to a client coming for a relaxation. So if there’s anything to change I’d ask them to do that. Otherwise great space and vide and a friendly bunch of ladies ❤️

I booked via wikideals, the staff was friendly and warm. Melissa my masseuse was great! I received all of the items included in the coupon. They didn't run late, they provided gowns, gave the full 3 hours of treatment. Overall great experience! Would book again.
