There service was good. The food was great and the bathrooms were clean.

Nice service and delicious meal. Fries were very fresh and hot. Very satisfied with overall experience at this Blountsville location. The tree next door at edge of parking on drive thru side gave us a giggle as it's branches served as arms waving and the middle trunk of the tree has been broken and someone has made it into a head with a smile. Very funny as it watched us eat lol

Had the Big Jack, which was a basic double cheeseburger with all the fixings. Nice little addition was Russian salad dressing... french fries were crispy and hot with cheese salt. 👍

Stopped on the way to my destination and was so satisfied I stopped on the way back home. Unbelievable service and efficient. This is an example of how all fast food restaurants should be. A+++

Food just not fresh. Staff was friendly enough. As busy as they were food should have been fresh and hot.

Walked in at 9:30 pm and walked to counter. Young guy with glasses and Curley hair said we are closed and how did you get in. I said door was unlocked and his hours said open to 10:00 pm . He said we only have 3 people working so I decided to close early. I said ok walked out and went to McDonalds and got my wife and I-something to eat.

I love this Jack's location! Fries are always hot and fresh. My food is always correct! Friendly employees as well!!

Usually don’t have issues here but they need to make sure their chicken is cooked all the way…. Got a raw chicken biscuit today on my way to work.

I ordered a large sausage egg and cheese breakfast combo. The hashbrowns was nothing but crumbs. I think I might’ve had seven hashbrowns in total!

Great food. This is one of my favorite jacks. And it's always fresh food and not like others that's been under heat lamps and severely dry.

People were walking around like they don't know what they r doing. The lady in front line was taking way to many orders to keep with them all. Kept loosing people's orders. 3 people in front of me was waiting for there order for 30 min an it was sitting on the shelf the whole time

My grilled chicken sandwich had chicken Jerky instead of grilled chicked.. it was either waaaay over cooked or waaaay old.. either way it was waaaay gross
