This place! All I could say is wow. My family just relocated from queens, NY and chose this office for my 4 children because of reference from our pediatrician whom is affiliated with this office. We had been pts at our previous office for over 18 years and they are the greatest but this office is to say the least terrible. The dr and Np are great but the staff and how the office runs is very unprofessionally. Anytime my children have been Ill I am told there are no available appt no matter the time I call! And prompted to call the next day at 0830 to see if I can get an appt. Or lastly been told multiple times to take them to UC, like what?! I have an infant and would prefer her to see her pediatrician! Needless to say, I am a RN myself and always support my fellow healthcare professionals especially during these times, but I will be making a complaint and finding a new Peds office that can properly care for my Childrens health needs!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED AND HAVE SUGGESTED THAT I TAKE MY CHILD TO A WALK IN CLINIC. I WOULD RESEARH OTHER PEDIATRICIANS IN THE AREA By mistake I gave this office a second chance. BIG MISTAKE. Shame on me. Never again!!!

I moved from queens few years back, and this branch of Cohen pediatrics was nearby. So I decided to go with them. The staffs are horrible in their behavior, not friendly to the kids and they work for pediatrician office 🤦! The doctor and staff are not good as well, they do the basic and try to rush. But the Nurse or doctors are better than the front desk staff. Not good at all! My kiddo is 4 and everytime I went there, these people was just bad and not friendly. #northwellheath should figure out to train them on customer service.

All of the staff has always been very kind and I have never waited for an appointment. They always get me right in that day. Jemmie is amazing and takes the time to explain everything that is going on with my child.

Sitting here waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak to a receptionist. Unbelievable!
