If I can give this place 0 stars I would. This experience has been horrible. Carly was so quick to take my family and I’s deposit and amenities fees, urged us to sign the lease without ever viewing the place, while I sent constant emails of when we can see the place. There were times where Carly would ignore my emails or give us some excuse as to why we were unable to see the place. Finally we were able to see the place THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVED IN. They lied about the floor plan. First they stated there’s a loft. There is not! It’s extended hallway. They never stated there was a washing and drying machine downstairs, but there is. Taking up pantry space in the kitchen. The maintenance people rushed the paint job, painting all over the appliances, the fire place, and more. This place was filthy as well. I understand we need to clean ourselves but this is so unacceptable and disgusting. There were a couple of dead roaches found. There’s a while in the floor and they decided to cover it up with carpet. They left trash from the previous tenants as well. Which is so disgusting and unacceptable. I can go on and on with all the discrepancies and such. Also, there was hair stuck in the drain clogging it. This place is gross. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

This review took me some time, I wasn’t sure where to start so let’s go with management 1st. ALSO the biggest reason I left the complex will be the last paragraph at the end of this review 1. Management- The owners of the complex, down to the community director, down to the leasing agents, and then maintenance workers. So I moved in May 2023 and ended my lease early this past December. We had a work order put in for us before we even moved in, in May to fix a screen door. Do you want to know when it was fixed? December right before we moved out. They visited the property over 5 times to “look” at the door only to not fix it the next time they came back. We had multiple MOLD maintenance requests put in because they delivered the property without rectifying the mold issues. The bottom of the toilet also was corroded. These people just cheap out and don’t let you see the property until move in day and show you a Demo. HUGE RED FLAG. Maintenance team is terrible and clueless. I’m an average civilian and know more than these guys YIKES. They also left a dead groundhog in the grass for over 2 months until its corpse completely decomposed lmfao. Next the leasing agents are terrible and nonchalant. They make a million promises, quick to take your money and resolve 0 issues. They must be puppets put out on the front lines to take all the blows because there’s a ton of people who complain in the complex and you can’t reach anybody else outside of the agents. I can go on but let’s proceed to the next problem 2. THE PEOPLE - This complex has a lot of people who really don’t give a damn about others. Leaving their dogs poop on the ground, they also put poop bags into other people’s empty trash cans DISGUSTING. Food everywhere, trash everywhere, people flying through the complex full throttle in their cars early morning and at night. Not safe for kids at all. People fighting nonstop running in the streets I cannot believe I skipped the bad reviews all the 5 star reviews are paid for by the complex. 3. Quality of apartment - I touched on this in the 1st point, but everything is cheaply done here and covered up or left broken until the next sucker moves in 4. LASTLY THE BIGGEST REASON I MOVED OUT - This was the death sentence. Issues before I even moved into the complex. My upstairs neighbor was the worst person I’ve ever MET. She was a drunk, delusional, smoked pot and cigarettes ALL DAY and would not take care of her children. Imagine being woken up at 5-6 AM everyday even on the weekends. I didn’t even need an alarm clock. This woman said to my face they have a trampoline upstairs and the kids JUMP OFF OF IT AT ANY TIME. Soundproofing is not a thing in these apartments so all you hear are 2-3 kids running full speed throughout the apartment and jumping day in and day out. I complained to management which like I said they SUCK, for 7 months straight. No eviction, no transfer for them, just kept giving us excuses on why they couldn’t do anything about this. We had evidence of them making so much noise everyday and nothing was done. This lady also threatened me and my girlfriend taking pictures of us then saying we would find out soon why… mentioned this to the leasing office and nothing was done. The cops were called over 7 times with multiple police reports. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been in 5 different apartments and this has never ever happened to me. Nothing remotely close. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES NOT EVEN FOR FREE!!!!! They couldn’t pay anything that would be worth living there I am so serious. If you were thinking of applying just close the application out and forget this place even exists. This place is TERRIBLE

This is a lovely community but they have a serious issue when it comes to maintenance. There is a portal where you are supposed to put in requests but nobody ever comes if you use the portal. I have to call the office for them to ask the maintenance team to come and fix stuff and even when you do that, a lot of times they don't show up. I have had issues in my apartment that I have been asking to get fixed for over a month now I have put it in the portal, called the office, and gone to the office in person to make requests, and still, nobody has come to my apartment to fix any of these issues. It's very frustrating. There needs to be an improved system for requesting maintenance issues. We pay a lot of money towards rent to live in this community and it is a pity that that does not always reflect in how quickly and efficiently our issues are being attended to. I'm giving it one star because the community is lovely but what is the point of living in a place that looks good on the outside but everything is falling apart? The management team needs to do better.

I haven't moved yet but so far Carly Solomon and Sinia Maldonado have helped me a lot with my process they have been very professional And nice.

Steven C the maintenance man is awesome. He stuck to his word. Came in did the job and did it right. Very friendly man. He picks up after himself leaving no mess. He is your go to guy! Thanks Steven!!

Been here since late 2019. I would never do this again. I've only been a renter 4x in my life. Renting on Li is worse than NYC, Long Islanders seem to rude and VERY ENTITLED. Management has no people skills at all and nothing seems to be important when it comes to satisfying the TENANTS. There's always EXCUSES never an actual REASON for not getting something done. Some members of the staff are PETTY and VERY VINDICTIVE. I hope to be here no more longer than 14 months. I wouldn't recommend this place to an ENEMY!!!!

I’ve been living here for a little over a week. Not one day has gone by where everything worked. First the dishwasher wouldn’t lock, they fixed it, then it started leaking. They “fixed” that, and then by the second use it was leaking again. The toilet was also clogged upon move it which was so weird. The dryer is also not working as my clothes would stay wet after drying. Maintenance came to “fix” that as well when they replaced the faulty dishwasher and cleared out the dryer vent and then left without saying goodbye (and leaving Dryer lint everywhere behind the washer and dryer). I washed my clothes later than night, dried them, and they remained wet, again. The dishwasher, dryer, toilet, and a door were not in working order upon move in, yet they wouldn’t allow me to view the unit before moving in because they were “renovating.” The leasing agent told me she walked the unit before I moved in and everything worked, so I guess it all must have just magically stopped working the day I moved in, how strange! As I write this, maintenance was supposed to come yesterday to fix my dryer. I called last night to ask for an update, was told I would get a call back and never received one. Still waiting for the day that I can use all of the “luxury” appliances I’m paying thousands in rent for. Two stars because the actual living space is beautiful, but too many issues when I’ve only been here one week. Extremely disappointed.

The leasing agent is very rude and unhelpful. They push you to apply asap without noticing you the details, and then after paying the application fee and uploading a tone of documents, told you you're not eligable. They charge a fee for everything including packages and trash removal. They offer a rent discount if you leave a 5 star review, that's why there are so many 5 star reviews. Read the 1 star reviews if you really want to move in.

I just wanted to share a few words of appreciation for Steven, one of the property staff members. His enthusiasm and dedication to his work have consistently impressed me, and I thought it's important to let you know about the excellent service he provides. Steven has been really helpful in several instances. For example, he brought in a courier package for me when he came to fix something in my apartment. He also makes sure to notify me in advance when he needs to enter my home, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, he went above and beyond by helping me clean the duct of my dryer even though it wasn't part of his regular duties. His proactive approach to addressing potential issues is commendable. Overall, I am grateful to have Steven as part of our property staff, and I hope his outstanding performance and contributions to the community are recognized. Please extend my gratitude to Steven for his exceptional service.

I just wanna give a major shout out to maintenance specifically Charlie & Elias for going above & beyond today when i had an emergency gas leak with my stove early this morning. They made sure that i got a brand new stove before the end of the day. Charlie also fixed a few small things around the house i needed done. Very much appreciation for the maintenance here they definitely don’t get as much credit as they should. I am so thankful for the work they did today!

Thank you Steven for fixing our kitchen cabinets! It was so nice to meet you, very friendly and helpful and pleasant to deal with. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the tiny bits left on the area he worked on and made sure all was spick and span. It is comforting to know as a new resident that our community team members are approachable and reliable. Keep up the good work!
