This place is beautiful Everything's on 1 floor and one of the worker's, Caroline had made my wife and my experience delightful. She saw us struggling with a cart from next door that we just picked up from right outside and she had taken it and given us a brand new Burlington cart! Now we can fit more stuff we didn't come in here for Thank you!

I love the prices but today 12/13/23 I became truly angry. A male manager was putting things away when 15 people were standing with only one single elderly cashier left to handle that all by herself. Some women in the front of the line began to call him out but he straight up ignored the pleads of people asking him to get on a register. A trainee answered for him and said she could not do it herself because she was not trained to use the register SOOOOO basically that trainee and 3 other trainees plus the manager were there sorting the extra merch laying around behind the register and talking to each other about their day and some apparently funny story was told because they were laughing out loud and for some reason the manager did not think 15 people standing at that point for about 20 minutes meant...oh idk maybe open the register but no he just heard the people calling for him to do something but he did not answer but turn his back and kept on folding whatever....10 minutes after that at this point 30 minutes and after the elderly cashier came across an issue is when he finally open a register and began to actually be helpful ... Do better Burlingston Patchogue there is no reason to have one single elderly cashier be doing all the work ...That male manager with the "cool" 90s haircut pickup artist wannabe clearly did not care ...again why did he turn his back to not look at people ...bring someone who gives it F about his customers.

I'm not thrilled with this Burlington at all. Everytime I go into this store the selection is slim to none. I now go to other locations and not this one anymore.

Lots of goodies for less $ good selection of clothing, and sneakers, and much more, great savings need a bit more organizing other then that it's worth checking out?

Found some decent items here, feels like it fits right in here with Marshall's and the home goods in this shopping center. I ended up buying a new tea pot for my fiancé...

The Burlington in Patchogue is always a complete disaster. It's like walking into a rummage sale and everything is a mess... Never find anything decent there, never a good experience.

I give just one and reason because the person who needs be kind manager she it’s very mean she doesn’t help employees to ring up she need more people to work at the register it’s not ok when it’s a line and only 3 at the register when she can come and work as everyone else

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and mostly neat. Line to check out was very long and only four cashiers.
