I am very upset I was censored on the complex’s app. I had tried to post about the playground, which has been closed for several months. I explained in my post that we pay up the wazoo and I am becoming frustrated that nothing has been done about repairing it. The property management blocked my post and messaged me in private that the playground will be repaired. Very upsetting to me. I have had it with the censorship!!! (First amendment dudes!) Also, the dog feces around the complex is getting way out of hand. It would also be nice to have several large washers in the laundry room. Not to mention, the basketball/tennis court is falling apart. Where does all our money go?

Look, you want to live in Suffolk County, you're going to pay a lot to live here. Honestly, besides the rent being a bit expensive, this place is absolutely beautiful. The pool is clean, landscape is well taken care of, maintenance always responds to phone calls and takes care of any issues, and the neighbors are so kind. I really got lucky with my apartment. It's completely updated and everything is brand new. I really love living here. It's my little home. My one and only complaint is the price of rent, and if you want to re new the lease, the rent increases a bit.. seems a bit backwards to me but what do I know. They charge you far more than what you get! I wish I could give less than 1 star! I lived there for one year and it was my worst experience ever! As the apartments are surrounded by gardens you have all sorts of bugs everywhere in the home. Some huge spiders that I had never seen in my whole life, roaches, and snails!! All these creatures get to come to your apartment!!! The maintenance service is terrible and none of my issues were addressed. When you call their maintenance office it takes them forever to respond to you. If that’s not enough to change your mind, be careful about your security deposit! Because they don’t return that either!! Although I returned the apartment nice and clean they charged me more than my security deposit for replacing the carpet! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Find elsewhere to live. These apartments are filthy and are infested with roaches. They will take forever to rectify the problems you are having in your apartment as well. My girlfriend is pregnant and they do nothing to rectify, compensate, or make good on the conditions they have their customers living in. Stay far away from this complex and the many others you see on the island. Fair(field) warning.

This apartment complex is by far the least responsive I’ve ever lived in. While maintenance is wonderful the administration of the building is otherwise lacking if not incompetent. We had feral cats, fleas, giant bugs, and received the apartment in utmost uncleanliness. Due to the flea infestation had to find another place to live for ten days and a year went by without proper response to a request for either prorating the rent or receiving a refund for that time. Leasing is completely incompetent, we had an outright refusal of showing of units when early in the process, and after we left there wasn’t the common courtesy of helping with any packages that were delivered by mistake to the old address or anything at all. For this complex you are one more person who happens to live there and your issues or problems in the unit are of no consequence to their administrative bodies.

I am very disappointed and honestly disgusted that countless crickets and even a ROACH has gotten into my apartment somehow even though we keep it extremely clean. They NEED to do more heavy duty exterminating asap, but it’s sad because I know they won’t no matter how much people complain. It’s not fair we have to live with these disgusting things. I am ready to up and leave if we see any more. It’s a horrible thing to worry about bugs being in your living space. Another issue I’m concerned about is safety. There were 2 cars who had all four tires stolen just a couple nights ago. How can we feel safe knowing that’s been happening?? PLEASE put security cameras around and have patrol at night. I just feel for the amount I am paying I want to see ZERO bugs and ZERO crime. I will say one positive is maintenance responds and have been helpful with some fixer upper things we’ve needed done. Just PLEASE EXTERMINATE. It’s not fair

Great place if you like giant hopping bugs. Ever seen a cave cricket? They’re horrifying. Dont know how they get in. But I’m on the 2nd floor & they’re in here pretty frequently. They don’t exterminate here. I have to buy my own & spray my own apartment.

EASILY the worst place I’ve ever lived. We had roaches for months that were never resolved by Fairfield. We ended up having to get rid of them ourselves. The exterminator is only on site once per month and if the issue isn’t resolved the first time he won’t be back for another month (no set date, just sometime randomly during the month, during business hours). Another resident’s dog bit mine and I informed management multiple times, including pictures of my dog’s injuries. Nothing was done. These, among many, many other issues, caused us to break our lease early and pay exorbitant fees to do so. No concern was shown for our issues or our safety at any point.

One of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to renting an apartment. Dina is fantastic and she helps with everything and anything, really appreciate everything she’s done! So grateful to have a a great person to be able to text or call for help! Definitely 5 star service !!
