Awful. Not what it used to be. We ordered a few slices of pizza and they were beyond greasy. They tasted like they had been reheated several times. One of the slices had a hair in it, disgusting. I made it clear to the worker at the register, he didn’t bother to make eye contact with me, nor offer a refund. The $1.00 pizza at Costco is better than the almost $20.00 I spent on three slices here. Very disappointed, my friends and family won’t be returning.

Easy to see right off of Sunrise Highway servicing Bohemia and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Pizzeria and a restaurant. Big portions and a nice staff. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

Called for a reservation, but they do not offer that option, so that was disappointing. Upon arrival, the very sweet, helpful hostess at the podium said it would be about a 20-minute wait. We waited maybe 10 minutes and were seated at a booth, which we requested, which was nice. My husband tried a slice of regular pizza for an appetizer, and he said it was excellent. He ordered the veal parmagiana and penne with meat sauce. The veal portion was generous, with 2 large veal cutlets. He enjoyed it. I had the Seafood Oreganata, which included 4 shrimp, 4 baked clams, and a piece of flounder stuffed with crab meat and scallops. It was delicious. I had a salad instead of pasta as a side. Our server was also friendly and provided great service; drink refills were quick. For a busy Friday night during Lent, we had an overall wonderful experience.

Haven't eaten here in years so I'm not sure if it changed or this was just a one time bad experience but was not impressed with the food. Ordered a bunch of stuff, mozzarella sticks being one and when I got home, the sauce was all over the place. Whoever packaged it did not do a good job. Also ordered the garlic bread and mozzarella in which the bread had huge chunks of garlic under the cheese. Was not expecting that once my family took a bite. Always remembered the food being great but this time was totally taken back. For $50 expected different.

We spent $12 per glass of wine. That’s times 3 people times 2 which is a fortune. We are there at 5 pm which is topical Happy Hour which they don’t have Soo very Expensive!!! Go to your place that has a Happy Hour!

Avoid this place at all costs. First of all the pizza selection is terrible. There’s literally 10 slices at 6 o’clock at night when other pizzerias have full pies waiting for you. Secondly, the employees have terrible attitudes, and they talk back to customers. Perhaps the owner should manage his employees better, and teach them how to show respect to a customer. The place is unsanitary. As we were waiting for our pizza we witnessed the owner ring people up, take cash( he didn’t like the way his worker was making sausage rolls so he decides to go over after he accepted Cash and starts touching the food with his bare hands. It is disgusting and we walked out. I don’t care how long this place has been in business, it’s terribly managed. Please teach your Employees not to talk back to customers after they get called out for their unsanitary preparation of food. The health department should be called.

Food was good but expensive and more it you pay by card. Service was fine until our waitress came back with our change after we said no change and the remainder was her tip. She said this is not enough of a tip for the bill and starting asking for more. There was a sufficient tip but bluntly asking for 20% is just not appropriate. And as we left she followed my parents and trying to guilt them into leaving more money. Made it feel like we didn't leave a tip at all especially since this happen with other tables next to us, and one of which was about to pay as well.

First time here, don’t know why it took me so long to visit this Italian Restaurant. We arrived at 6 pm , we were seated quickly by two friendly hostesses. Our server was a nice , sweet patient woman. We ordered the stuffed mushroom’s appetizer. They came out piping HOT & delicious. We ordered two Lenten pasta and fish dishes for dinner. The shrimp scampi over capellini in scampi sauce was awesome. Although the shrimp were small. The mussels marinara was off the chart. We never made it to dessert because we were very full and both had left overs from our entrees. I recommend Savino’s for a nice Italian meal. Oh by the way. Took home a slice of the upside down Sicilian Pizza. Oh yeah well worth that as a night time snack.

We really enjoyed the food. We placed a takeout order. The penne ala vodka was delicious. We returned the next day for more penne and again it was delicious. This will be our go-to place for that dish!

Has become our go to place for a nice italian dinner. The food is great. Lots of excellent choices. There is nothing like ending the meal there witha cup of their coffee and a delicious dessert.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was treated so rudely. My pizza wasn’t heated up, it was thrown in the box, my credit card wasn’t handed back to me, and the box was left on the counter. (Also not handed to me) I will NEVER be returning here. I was treated with such disrespect. I am disgusted at how terrible the service was here. The pizza was gross too.

Honestly the best pizza and Italian restaurant in the area. All of their pies are great my favorite is their grandma pie. Their penne allá vodka is always amazing. Recently had a nice family lunch here for 7 people and they easily accommodated us. My whole family was very happy with their meals. Definitely recommend!

This place is the best Italian food in this area. Always consistently good , place is always very busy but they get the food out to you in a timely fashion and it’s always delicious. I can’t say enough about this place. I just wish they delivered but understand why they cannot.
