Friendly and professional. The building is home to a number of practices that offer a variety of services to include, but not limited to, Medical Imaging (Xray, CT, MRI, Sono, Mammo, PET, Bone Density), an ENT, and an orthodontist are just a few examples here. The location is easy to spot when driving on route 101 (Sills road) when traveling in either direction. The parking lot is fairly large and finding a spot even during peak hours is never usually a problem. There are multiple entrances depending upon where you park that are wheelchair accessible.

This 1 star review is for the call center that doesn’t know what time the actual office is open and staffed properly to do the test. If you are thinking of scheduling an appointment CALL THE ACTUAL PLACE first and ask what times they do the test. Make sure someone will be there at the time you want to schedule the test. Then call the call center and make the appointment because if you leave it up to the call center you’ll be sitting in the waiting room for an hour or more when it could’ve been avoided.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They canceled my appointment when I was five minutes from the office, costing me $80 in Ubers and forcing me to cancel a follow-up appointment.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist made me feel welcomed. The technician was polite, professional and accommodating. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen at all. The place was very clean and organized. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. I highly recommend this facility!

My first time there and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. I was taken in on time and my tests were done and explained to me thoroughly. I give 5 stars to Lenox Hill Radiology just keep doing what your doing because it is very warm and welcoming.
