Food is good and it's a clean establishment. The prices are insane i know inflation is high currently but that doesn't justify the prices at Hill Top Bagel. A basic egg sandwich with a small coffee is twelve dollars! The most expensive places in upper class neighborhoods are cheaper. Other local places are seven or eight dollars for the same breakfast. This place is a rip ! Far too expensive

Prices are ridiculous $20 for 2 bagels with bacon and a chocolate milk. Plus didnt toast the bagels even though we asked. Even the cashier said “i know the prices are insane, im sorry” not to mention 1 1/2 measly pieces of bacon for what they are charging. Just absurd

Would not honor their advertised prices. Place has went down hill. Dark and dirty looking. Went to another bagel store and paid almost half of what they tried to charge me.

Don’t order here especially on a doordash or Uber eats order. They will take FOREVER with your order and then blame the delivery person. Just Wish a good bagel spot would open up already in the area.

Convenient enough after posting this video and not being able to eat half the breakfast we got half our order that was made wrong. Too late now the other half is cold. Nasty rude service here. Horrible food quality and repeated incorrect items. We ordered this morning and when the food got here it was wrong and had missing items. We reordered at our expense through door dash bc we wanted to eat together. The second order was wrong as well. Missing items cooked wrong ect. So we call this time and ask to speak to a manager. I was screamed at berated and talked over when I tried to resolve this. So this is what I paid for horrible service and raw eggs I couldn't eat missing items. Do not eat here. Not worth it. There are plenty of neighboring places that do not treat you this way and do not charge you for food you cannot eat.

My breakfast wrap barely had any eggs, peppers onions it was so thin, it was more wrap than anything. They didn’t press the other egg wrap on the grill like I asked and they forgot a side of hot sauce. The $37 on breakfast that I spent was not worth it.

I walk in there to pick up an order the lady at the cash register directed me to the back when she had nothing to do and could have easily helped me then the other kind elder lady sneezed Wiped her snots in a tissue and put it in her pocket she ran her hand on the water didn't dry it grab my order and gave it to me the bag was wet very disgusting but good food some how have to watch out

I ordered a bagel with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and cheese and received a toasted bagel with butter. Unreal. I had no energy to go back. Should have listened to my gut and just made breakfast home.

Very expensive!!! $10.24 for a bagel with lox SPREAD and a small cup of coffee!!! They must take great delight in watching customers grimace in pain all day when told the outrageous cost of their items at the counter. I guess they frown on repeat customers. First time I went there, being my last time.

They make some interesting flavor cream cheese ugh so gooood! Great place. Totally recommend. People are nice

Quality and care are reasons I will always come back here for food. I genuinely feel a part of a family every time I visit and will always recommend others to hilltop.

Great bagel place and the owner Rich is very civic minded and often participates in supplying bagels for fund raising events like the CRPS/RDS Walks

Sorry, great bagels, but the price increase is just too much. Even with overhead, when you compare, going to buy a pack of bacon, eggs, cheese, and bagels, it is still too exorbitant. So doing exactly that and buying our own for now. Otherwise great place. Great food. Great people.

Took a walk to the store this morning with my wife and dog to buy a couple of bagels. The owner noticed my dog and came out to give my dog some treats. Great owner and great bagels.
