placed
my
order
with
the
guy
there
but
he
didn't
give
me
the
gym
membership
discount,
so
I
asked
him
about
it.
He
told
me
"oh
well
it's
too
late."
(Which
that
reply
shocked
me).
Then
he
said
"we'll
do
it
next
time."
So
then
I
asked
him
will
he
just
stamp
my
card
twice
since
he
didn't
give
me
the
discount
like
he
was
supposed
to,
then
he
told
me
"no,
you
just
bought
one
$8
drink".
He
told
me
I
should
have
told
him
beforehand.
I
told
him
you
guys
normally
ask,
that's
part
of
your
scripting.
Then
he
said,
"well
I
didn't
ask,
you
should
have
told
me".
I
said
to
him
again,
"well
all
of
the
other
employees
always
ask
when
they're
ringing
me
up".
He
said,
"I
know
I
trained
them
that
way,
I'm
the
owner
of
all
of
these
and
i
came
up
with
the
discount".
So
I
said
to
him
"you
train
them
to
do
the
job
but
you
don't
do
it."
He
said,
"it's
just
$0.75".
I
replied
to
him
"and
it's
just
my
$0.75"
I
asked
him
again
"so
you
train
your
employees
to
do
the
job
to
ask
the
question
but
you
are
not
required
to
ask
the
question."
He
didn't
have
an
answer
and
he
told
me
"have
a
nice
day".
The
discount
wouldn't
have
been
a
big
deal
if
he
was
not
so
rude
and
displayed
terrible
customer
service
skills.
