Always a plethora of options. The staff have suggestions and their smiles make the process of going inside to get coffee not such a task. They are friendly and kind and helped me try something new!

The only reason I’m giving this one star is simply because the hours open don’t match online. The coffee is great and my preferred destination. However when I show up an hour before it closes via the website and get told that they closed 3 minutes ago, can leave you a little miffed due to a need for coffee to get your day started. (Power to the night owls on graveyard. We still exist just hate the sun is all.) Hope this helps others.

What kind of coffee place only has one espresso machine.... And it's broken.

mandie has been super rude the last few times i’ve came in, to the point where i don’t wanna drink caribou anymore!! please hire people better at customer service and people that can actually make drinks!!! used to be my favorite coffee……

I came in yesterday and the lady who made my drink was being a little rude and snarky. I’m lactose intolerant and I ordered my drink with alternative milk, but it was made with regular milk, and when I tried to ask her politely to remake it she just ignored me and walked away :(

the manager there, Mandie was quite rude. I had complained that my drink was made incorrectly but she did not seem to care. I presume this is because she is the one that made the drink. the PSLs here were bussin at the other location.

Good coffee, well Turtle Mocha, and coffee cake. Pleasant conversation for a few hours in comfortable chairs. Google said dine-in was not available. Wrong, Google.

Great service, they were more than happy to make me a experimental drink we made up. So good she even made it before I paid to make sure I liked it and It was awesome. Amazing I will be back!!

Great for grabbing a coffee while shopping!

I go to the one at HyVee on 40 and 7 in Blue Springs Missouri. They have good coffee and I drink it while I'm shopping. They also have free refills if you haven't left the store yet.

The only reason this is recieving a one star is the inconsistency of the hours of operation. Normally great service and amazing coffee! My favorite destination. This location just does not operate when it is said online that it will be.
