Great little breakfast/coffee spot that moved up the street this week. Best quiche in Kansas City! Reasonably priced. Nice expanded space. Good coffee.

Delicious food, great service, beautiful tasty pastries, they helped me get some dairy free options as well. They have agave straws!

The food is amazing. Best biscuits and gravy my husband has ever had (he says mine is better, but he lies) and the veggie quiche had an amazing crust and was fluffy and well seasoned. The coffee is solid and the pastries are delectable.

This cafe is perfect. Ordering is easy, the staff are helpful if you need/want a recommendation, and the atmosphere is calming.The food is consistent and delicious!! The food also comes out not very long after ordering. This place is very timely. Additionally, I think this is the best coffee I've ever had. I have a huge sweet tooth n need my coffee sweet, which most cafes and commercial coffee spots can't achieve that well. But this place does it. Love coming here before work. It's the perfect start for my morning!

Great restaurants with local foods tucked in the Colonial Gardens so you get a garden view as you eat. Salads, omelettes, frittatas, sandwiches, and a kids menu...all very tasty. The staff are friendly, too. Take time before or after your meal to browse through the store or walk through the plants.

Finally got a chance to make it in. Good experience " Do yourself a favor and get on in here!

Went the weekend of Taylor Swift (which meant approx 140k extra people were around) and they were BUSY but food, pastries, and coffees were hot, fresh and delicious. The salad greens were obviously locally sourced by how fresh they were which was super impressive to me.

There’s a reason it’s packed. This food stands up to the finest French bakeries in KC metro. Well worth the wait for the food!! Reasonable prices. Very clean. Nice environment. Will definitely be back.

Amazing and fresh food. The made from scratch gravy was some of the best we have ever had. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back!

Love the Bean Counter Cafe! Beautiful surroundings and great food. To be around nature in that type of setting is amazing. We also walked around the garden and store, saw the odd-looking chickens (silkie sister chickens) and was there when Peter, an employee fed them. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Across the street they have the "Farm Experience" which is only on weekends. Overall I had an awesometime. They also have live music outdoors on Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm and Saturdays 12p to 3:30pm. I have enjoyed many good times at Colonial.

I loved everything about the Bean Counter. Awesome location, inside a nursery with nice employees. The food was alright, the wait time was a tad extreme. In all it was decent.

What a wonderful little stop for lunch! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food was an A+! My panini was hot, my salad was the freshest I've ever gotten at a restaurant, and the (what I believe to be made-in-house) ranch was absolutely divine! The busser was working constantly to keep the tables spotless, and all the employees seemed happy to be there and served with a smile. I will definitely be going back VERY soon!

Met a friend for lunch at this newer location. Great selection of items for breakfast and lunch. Everything was so fresh and tasty! Staff was so inviting and pleasant to deal with.... They even let us stay to talk after they had closed for the day... Didn't push us out. Place got very loud with everyone talking, so that may be an issue for people with hearing difficulties.

Best tuna sandwich I've had in awhile. Can't wait to go back and try out more options. Very cute and cozy atmosphere featuring local grown produce!!!!

Darling little cafe inside Colonial Gardens. We enjoyed brunch there today. Good B&G and Paninis.We grabbed a strawberry cream cheese croissant to go and wandered through the nursery. We will definitely be back on a sunny Saturday to enjoy live music outside on the patio.

I am sure food & service is good at morning rush but I had a much different experience at 2 pm. They said they still could do the Blueberry French Toast. I ordered 2 PC instead of 4 thinking 4 might be too much. Got 1 thin slice ( cut in 1/2)of toast with burnt crusts. No real egg custard just mostly grilled toast. Very nice warm blueberry syrup to cover. Added was 1 teaspoon of a curd & maybe 4 blueberries both chilled as just pulled from fridge. That was IT! Not their best & kinda sad to serve something like this. I asked the only employee I could find about it & to ask manager & she said " it's usually not like that" & walked off to clean tables. My husband's meal was fine & the restaurant was clean & attractive. Likely will try again based on my husband's meal, just will go earlier in the day.

This place is amazing. A cafe tucked inside a flower shop. The best outdoor seating area. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich o'henry style (with gravy on top.) Will definitely be a frequent here.

My daughter with food allergies loves this place. I'm not joking I don't give five stars across the board to any place. They nail her food allergies to the very best of their ability with dairy and gluten. They have a wide range of things that they provide for food and Special tea drinks and the place is always clean always nice and always friendly. A couple weeks ago I took a large group in here on one of their busier days and they still manage to get our whole order. Correct and get it all out to the table in a timely matter.

Bean Counter Cafe is located in a gorgeous nursery and outdoor goods market place with a fantastic patio. Such a fun place to hang out and enjoy amazing coffee and baked goods. I sampled several goodies Halloween weekend and was shocked to find out several were gluten-free! Every single item I tried was delicious in flavor and texture. Highly recommend!

Located downtown Blue Springs, with a charming atmosphere. The food was so delicious. I had a sandwich with sourdough bread, egg, sausage, avocado, spinach and swiss cheese. It was absolutely delicious. I had the hash browns covered in their yummy, wonderful sausage gravy! Best breakfast in all of Blue Springs!

The food was so yummy!!! Coffee was amazing & the overall vibes were so fun!!! It was our first time there and I will 1000% be returning. Everyone working was so so kind! Keep it up!!

It seems to be consistently busy on Saturdays but totally worth the wait. Lovely atmosphere and I got to sip my coffee while waiting for food. The food and coffee were both delicious!

Amazing food, very friendly staff and has a comfy coffee shop feel to it. Good place to go with the family, or alone to relax. They've got fresh fruit smoothies, coffee of all kinds, in house pastries and best of all, breakfast and lunch all day! (The cordon Bleu sandwich here is the best I've tried yet.)

The food was delicious. I unfortunately had my order mixed up, so I didn't get exactly what I ordered. It is very busy right now, but it still didn't take long to get our food. I would recommend splitting something because the portions are good size.

It was really busy but the line to order went smoothly. Really good friendly service. Food we had was good. Absolutely no complaints. Great little neighborhood place to eat and relax.
