Well it was a long wait but worth it. Seems like they try to fill all the drive thru orders before dine-in. Workers came by and handed out a free meal coupon for waiting, So they are good with me. Nicely done Culver's. Cod sand and my shake were both good, but pricey. Parking lot / drive thru is crazy bysy

I was very impressed with the young people I saw working. I’m a high school teacher, and I know good leadership skills when I see it. They were communicating effectively with each other, and seemed to have a system down. I was most impressed with the patience and kindness shown to a new employee who was learning. Caden, especially, stuck out to me as a young man with good leadership skills and patience. The food was wonderful. I chose to go here for my birthday because the service and quality does not dissapoint.

The food is good here. Service is usually pretty fast and good. At times it can be busy at this location.

My order has NEVER been incorrect or messed up in any way and is usually ready in under 3 minutes. Burgers are my favorite of all fast food around here and the custard is DELICIOUS! Staff are usually young but have always been kind and used manners.

I don’t know if they take a class to be so sweet but every time we come here everyone is so nice! I have never met and had a great experience in one place so many times but we will be back many more times. 😃😃

Always outstanding! Did you know if you mix in a few shots of diet root beer in with the regular it has a hint of a root beer float flavor??? A kid shared that tidbit of knowledge and WOW it was no lie...lol But great job to the friendly staff.

On June 6th, we went to Culver’s on 7 Hwy. I asked for a strawberry shake. A young man made it and it was FABULOUS. Lots of strawberries and mixed perfectly. A BIG THANK YOU TO THAT TEENAGER for going that extra mile to make it so wonderful

I like Culver's a lot! But the cheese curds are so small anymore, you get mostly breading instead of cheese. And this last visit, it just seemed pretty chilly, in the dining area. 🤷‍♂️ We wanted to escape the cold wind, by eating there, and it was cold inside too.

The people that take orders were extremely accommodating. I wanted a combination order they don't have and she was so kind to do it for me. Food was fresh and seriously Hot Off of the fryer. The atmosphere was nice peaceful and clean

First and last visit. Used mobile ordering for pick up. The images and description didn't align with the products in reality. I ordered the burger on the grilled sourdough bread which I first added as a double then changed to a single because I mistakenly imagined a normal size. I removed the onions and added mayo. The image showed what looked like 2 slices of cheddar cheese. When I finally opened the package what I found was a petrified piece of meat thin as paper and roughly the size of my palm.. So about a 2 inch circle of paper thin meat smothered in onions and what was once probably a similar looking piece of cheese because only this residue of melted yellow in the very center was bonded to the bread and onions which I had to scrape off , leaving the grilled thin falling apart bread and dry falling apart paper thin piece of meat... No mayo was ever added either. For this and the smallest side of cheese curds I paid $11! Curiosity satisfied... I have no interest in returning.

I was there around 1:25 and waited almost 20 minutes for just a chocolate shake in the drive through. Even after flagging two employees who could've easily walked in and got it, they still didn't. It wasn't until a young man named Xavier came out to see why I was still waiting and immediately came back with it. He was very sweet and apologetic. I'm thankful he took the time to see what the issue was, but im definitely disappointed in my overall experience.

Noah was by far the most helpful person there. He was very charming, kind, and understanding. He suggested the flavor of the day and it was actually really good! Give this boy a raise!!! He works hard, and manages the place amazingly. Shout out to Noah!

9/11/23 Great place for food. Had no issues. I don't get to eat at Culver's often. But they was friendly and understanding I couldn't make up my mind.

My granddaughter order was wrong so I expected to have to pay again but the nice lady remade her cheeseburger correctly without charging me more. The kids love Culver's so much. Thank you

My last post was 2yrs ago, but I realize that it reminds me alot about Braums. Fresh burgers and crinkle cut fries. Yummy. Since it was a late dinner, no dessert this time, but they are very good. Speedy service!

Culver's offers a variety of delicious food options. One of their signature items, the Butter Burger Cheese, is reminiscent of a Freddy's steak burger, but offers far more flavor and accompaniments. The fries are very flavorful, well rendered, and memorable. The bagel bites are one of the greatest representations ever concocted, especially when paired with the Wisconsin cheddar cheese sauce. The prices are very affordable and fair given the portion sizes. There are not too many eateries out there these days that offer such prices for the quality of food Culver's delivers. The overall culinary experience leaves customers wishing for more, as the food is masterfully constructed and prepared. If you are looking for a delicious meal for a fair price, then you owe it to yourself to give Culver's a try.

We went there after my grandson's Awards Ceremony for school. I had never been there before. They, my daughter and her family, love it because they can order off of the kids" menu and each order comes with two different free items on a paper stuck to the sack your food comes in. I would not have known anything about the outside paper for a free scoop of ice cream with a topping. You just have to take that half of the lpaper up to them and order it. I think it's nice that we can order small portions for people like me that don't order big meals. The food was very good. I had a two piece chicken strip meal with fries, a drink and my free ice cream. The chicken strip are HUGE! They aren't strip at all. They were very good. I use Buffalo Wing Sauce to dip just about anything in and they had that for me too. A lady came by and asked if everything was good and if we needed anything. The lady that waited on us behind the counter came out also a little bit after the other lady to see if we needed anything too. I was impressed with the place because I didn't know what to expect.

Excellent Hamburgers and fries.. This place is like a throwback to old days how burgers were made...

Such a fun crew, and great food. Grab a burger, some crinkle fries, and a concrete custard, and you will leave full and happy.

You guys made my day. In light of all that is wrong in life, your doing it right. While sitting in line, waiting for my order, I saw several special needs kids bringing orders out, even a gal in a wheel chair. All with smiles on their faces. Good for you Culver's for employing those who are truly grateful to be earning an income and it was freezing outside. Note to other employers...that is how you do it!

Culver's is truly great. They have mastered the fast casual experience. The food is awesome, there is always an employee to help you with concerns, and the price is in line with other similar restaurants. I enjoy every trip. Great place.

All workers are pleasant and fun. Food was hot and tasteful. Custard was delicious plus they have plenty of toppings. Price was fair.

Use to not having to check my order because they were always so good about making our orders perfect. Last two times they have forgotten items. Just need to pay a little bit more attention, but the food is always good

Its a better than average Burger place with good salads and the best GF buns. Their frys are not celiac safe but I can take some cross contamination and dont usually have issues with them. Use coupons when you can and be nice to the kids they work hard.

I love their food. All of it. It's definitely worth what you pay for. I usually cannot finish all my foods. They also have amazing ice cream.

I've personally never been a big fan of Culver's. Took my kids here recently because we had a free kids meal coupon. When we went to order there was several employees behind the counter kind of just standing there, there was no line it was just me and my son, kind of just waited there until one of them finally noticed us. The whole order interaction was kind of weird the employee kind of seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, maybe he was new im not sure. The food was okay, like I said im not a huge fan of this place. Their icecream is pretty good though. It's by no means a bad place to eat, just not my thing.

Culvers is always such a treat, you really can't go wrong. Their butter burgers are delicious as well as their sides like onion rings and crinkle fries. They have delicious ice cream treats too. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they usually have a long line but it moves quickly. They revamped their drive thru and now it's a breeze to get in and out.

The food was good, I DEFINITELY recommend going drive-thru only though. I did a mobile order not long ago and had to go in after waiting outside for 20min (I was on the phone and hadn't realized the time) and the 2 times I've been inside they forgot parts if NY order in a rush to get to the next customer. The burgers I got when I went inside also looked like the work if McDonald's employees ( the buns were in 2 different directions both kf which were nowhere near centered to the meat.

Not sure what's going on at Culver's. We love going here. Plenty of help. It wasn't very clean, the food was so greasy, bun was awful, it's not usually like this. 😢 Fries were not even warm. I asked for ketchup, did not get.

This is our new go to. Since Midwest doesn't have Del Taco or Carl's Jr. Or even In N Out. This place is about as good as it gets for fast food. Kids love the concrete mix ins available. Sourdough burgers pretty good!
