My Granddaughter and I had a wonderful day of “Back to School Shopping”. So, of course, that includes eating too! She has never been to Fazoli’s but has always heard of their endless breadsticks. She was excited to try it and was not disappointed. We both had the $6.99 lunch specials. It was a great way to top off our shopping day. She even had leftovers to eat later.

We have been enjoying the family meal deal. It's such a great value. Julia was awesome!! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. She was amazing!

I used to love this place. Lately it isn't as good.

3/14/23 Was out in blue springs so we stopped in for dinner. I can't say they was very busy. Service was kinda slow. Tried the new sandwich. Was good. My experience was fair. Way better then 291 Independence location.

I usually go through the drive thru on my way to work, the food is always good the drive thru attendant is always pleasant and cheerful. The only complaint I have is the couple of times I have come thru the drive thru I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce with added meatballs, I get plenty of paste and meatballs but there has hardly been any meat sauce. I will in the future ask for extra to make sure they put enough on the paste

This is your typical fazolis with one major difference and that is the staff, specifically a worker named Lidia. She is the most polite and attentive fast food worker I've met! Hope this establishment recognizes they have a good worker and do what they should to show her recognition!

Was looking for a quick pizza and breadsticks for an easy meal for the kids tonight. Started at Little Caesars who had nothing hot and ready for usual for the Blue Springs location. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were taking care of at Fazoli's getting a pizza and breadsticks. That's not even one of their main items. Will definitely make Fazoli's our stop next time we need a quick pizza to go.

I think that Fazoli’s is the best deal in town. The staff is nice, service is great the food is always delicious. Lydia was my server and she was great!

This was a pick up catering order for a staff luncheon. We ordered prior to the event. I spoke with Stephanie to place the order. She is knowledgeable and professional. When I called the day before to confirm again she was very helpful. When we picked up our order right at 11am when the doors opened everything was boxed up and ready to go. Stephanie got us rung up in a professional manner, explained what items were in which containers and helped us carry it out to the car!! We will certainly do business with Fazoli’s Blue Springs again. And Stephanie is a fantastic representation of your company! She is to be commended as well as anyone else involved in preparing our large order!! Thank you

Super friendly service (Caitlyn and Lydia), very courteous. My husband and I like to split an entree and they offered to split it up for us. Wentvabove and beyond! We live coming here!

The girls that work here are always super nice. The only thing I dislike, is that the payment asks for a tip, even though there is no “server staff” here. Quick meal and nice people.

The food was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. It had been a few years since we had been there so we were surprised that there were no more plastic plates. Our meals were served in actual dishes and plates.

It's been awhile since my family and I have stopped in. Service is just as good as I remember it last time. Food hot, service friendly, smiling faces. Can't wait for the next time we come thru the area. Stephanie and her crew do a fantastic job with making sure we never run out of bread

Blue Springs is our favorite Fazolis! The food is always hot and very good. We get our order very quickly and the employees are friendly! Lydia is super nice everytime we go!

REALLY good the last time we visited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are very much looking forward to our next visit and hope they experience is just as positive! And, within 30 seconds they went to one star. I pulled up to the drive through window as several of the employees were sitting on the floor laughing. Really? I need fresh food. Not food received after you sat on the floor. I gave you five stars not too many weeks ago. It's amazing how quickly that can change. 😡 Update...Have been in line more than 10 min... and not one car has moved. Argh! So much for being fast and friendly. 🙄 Very friendly, fast, and the quality of their food is consistent! We never have to wonder if it will be good...it always is!!

I had a call in order, came to pick up in store. Stephanie was super nice, read off my order to make sure it was correct, and that everything was there. Amazing service

Every time we come into Fazolis Stephanie has our order memorized and ready to go before we even hit the counter. The guest service is amazing and the store is clean and everyone is friendly.

Love their food & their breadsticks take the cake. But the last few times we have been there the meatballs were not on my fiancés plate, just the meat sauce.

I asked for the staff in drive through to please ask them for adequate sauce as that has been an issue previously. She stated that she did; however, once I started eating it was obvious she did not.

Julia at store 5928 was extremely nice. She told us to use the app in the future to save money. I downloaded it because of her.

I live this restaurant. The employee's could take a course in friendliness and customer service. The food is great always hot.

Tried the new linguini and ravioli. And my wife tried the garlic chicken and ravioli. The garlic dish was the same size portion as the other but cost twice as much. Wife said totally not worth it.

I visited this Fazoli's today and had the baked ziti and it was delicious! I had friendly and speedy service with fresh and tasty food. I look forward to trying something else on my next visit. Thank you!

Didn't come for the food, however it's decent. What I'm more concerned with is current employees like Anna for example leaving obviously botched reviews as if she was a ordinary first time customer, and it's sort of alarming that scrolling through the reviews literally just about every single review that sounds like a group rehearsal is all directed specifically for a miss Julie, let's be real if an individual had such a substantial ability to make every guests feel the need to remember her name and go out of their way to leave a review specifically for her and in some cases employees doing the same thing this lady would not still be at fazolis with an assumable average crew member pay, makes me wonder what's really going on here. Who is it that you guys are owned by? Because your Independence and Lee's Summitt locations both say by Fazolis Systems Management LLC , Your website clearly at the bottom states @2022 Trademark of Fazoli's systems Management LLC like all other businesses web pages but for some reason in a couple previous comments and a website named buzzing I believe a UP Properties LLC a company of an alleged whole entire whopping four employees owns Fazolis and that Fazolis is there only location in this area, but like previously stated when I talked to your neighboring stores they both claim that your location is under the same ownership as there's...

Blue Springs Fazoli's is always on point. Fazoli's employee Julia is the best. She is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

The employees were SUPER helpful 1) curing my indecisiveness on what to get for dinner 2) telling me how I can save money on my breadstick obsession (er - I mean next trip to Fazoli’s) and 3) just generally brightening my day with smiles and friendly small talk. I love happy, helpful people. :)

Wonderful experience here! Their chicken parm is honestly my favorite chicken parm dish. The cook Justin did a wonderful job making the dish. I wanted to make sure they knew how happy I was with the dish and the best breadsticks around and his manager Stephanie was so pleasant when interacting with her. Very welcoming and very clean place! I wish it was healthier so I could eat there more often but other than that, it’s perfect!

I heard about the new keto pepperoni flatbread. Haven’t tried it yet but I wanted to share my experience. Julia is sweet and very professional. You are all lucky to have an employee like her. I do not know her and I am not related. I just wanted to share good service when it’s given. Hang onto her. She’s a gem.
