When
I
arrived
there
was
only
one
customer
ahead
of
me
and
she
was
in
the
process
of
picking
toppings.
I
approached
the
counter
and
was
ignored
for
an
extended
period
of
time.
Eventually
the
person
cutting
meat
for
online
orders
said
they
would
be
with
me
soon.
I
continued
to
wait
for
some
time
while
3
employees
focused
on
nothing
but
online
orders
even
though
I
was
the
only
person
left
waiting.
After
another
few
minutes
the
person
who
cooks
the
cheesesteaks
asked
me
what
my
order
was.
I
barely
got
out
“56”
before
he
turned
around
and
started
making
something.
I
wasn’t
asked
what
kind
of
bread
I
wanted,
what
size,
or
if
I
had
any
other
sandwiches.
Another
customer
arrived
and
the
person
at
the
meat
slicer
immediately
starts
taking
the
persons
order
even
though
I’m
still
standing
there.
I
asked
if
I
can
pick
my
bread
and
size
now
and
was
told
the
only
bread
option
for
cheesesteaks
is
regular
and
regular
size.
I’ve
always
been
able
to
change
it
so
this
was
strange.
Another
employee
said
that
no
I
can
pick
those
and
informed
the
cook
of
my
choices.
They
rushed
me
down
to
the
cash
register
to
get
me
out
of
the
way
of
the
next
customer
even
though
I
still
wasn’t
done
with
my
order,
then
made
me
wait
even
longer
to
pay.
The
customer
service
is
horrible
here.
I
ended
up
with
an
incomplete
order
with
a
soggy
cheesesteak,
which
was…
can
you
guess?
On
the
wrong
bread…
Place
your
order
online
if
you
want
to
eat
here,
otherwise
you’ll
be
there
forever
and
maybe
they’ll
acknowledge
your
existence
eventually.
