    First time visitor to Jersey Mike's. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I tried the classic Philly Cheesesteak (#17). What a great sandwich! I live North of the River, and there are no Jersey Mike's in that area of the city. Next time I'm in Blue Springs I will be seeking out this restaurant for a quick, great lunch spot. 👍

    The lettuce was brown. We asked for fresh and he later poured the brown on top of the fresh. From then on the employee seemed to have an attitude. No supervisor. Gloved hands handling food and money, wiping eyes etc… just very poorly ran. Dad and twins used to be in there all the time and service was awesome. Not anymore!

    Just moved to the area and have always been a big fan of the brand. Stopped in at 5:15 on Friday afternoon only to be told after entering, "We just closed." "Due to staffing we're closing early." Stunned, I turned around and left only to go back in and challenge the statement and ask for a district or regional number. Imagine my surprise when the young man pointed out that the owner was there making sandwiches along with 2 other people. How does the owner shut it down on a Friday at 5:15? I get the staffing challenges. I'm in retail distribution. I lost 6 people this week (failed BG, rather work from home.......). To say this was a disappointment is an understatement. Everyone has staffing challenges. TJ Maxx across the street has ran with cashiers. You apologize but you make it work. Good luck.....your going to need it.

    We arrived at 8:30 to order dinner for our family, amongst coming inside we were not greeted but instead heard a yell coming from the back telling us they were closed. That being said there were three employees in the front that didn’t say a single word to us, we then looked online and it reflects closing time as 9:00pm, which the door also says. After that we just walked out not only because they refused us service but were very rude. We got outside and got into our car to figure out where we were going to, as we were leaving two employees flipped us off. We parked and got out to ask for names and the employees (manager included) stood there and laughed. There was also a woman leaving as we were who had just got her sandwich and informed us that they were very rude and forced her out before giving her what she had ordered.

    First time trying them, really enjoyed my sub. I felt like they used really fresh ingredients with fragrant, chewy bread. I think I prefer their quality over other sub places. Found their selection to be vast and not overly expensive. Can't wait to try them more! Edit: I really wish I could rate this place higher, especially this location. I wish I caught names but everyone was super friendly upon my last visit about a week ago and I think I had almost an emotional experience eating there. No joke, that cheese steak is amazing, oh my God, it is beyond cheesy and meaty and I think I'm in love with whatever kind of sweet peppers they add to that. For a while now, I have been looking for a good cheesesteak. Found some spots that were just okay and managed to make my own but I haven't been able to find good bread, the quality of meat isn't to my standards, and the cheese is meh... but not at Jersey Mike's. The meat, cheese, and bread quality are top notch. The employees are very kind and friendly and take great pride in their work. Cannot recommend enough!

    Very slow. Sandwiches have razor thin slices of meat, but they love to heap on the lettuce lol. Takes forever to get served even during a minor lunch rush.

    When I arrived there was only one customer ahead of me and she was in the process of picking toppings. I approached the counter and was ignored for an extended period of time. Eventually the person cutting meat for online orders said they would be with me soon. I continued to wait for some time while 3 employees focused on nothing but online orders even though I was the only person left waiting. After another few minutes the person who cooks the cheesesteaks asked me what my order was. I barely got out “56” before he turned around and started making something. I wasn’t asked what kind of bread I wanted, what size, or if I had any other sandwiches. Another customer arrived and the person at the meat slicer immediately starts taking the persons order even though I’m still standing there. I asked if I can pick my bread and size now and was told the only bread option for cheesesteaks is regular and regular size. I’ve always been able to change it so this was strange. Another employee said that no I can pick those and informed the cook of my choices. They rushed me down to the cash register to get me out of the way of the next customer even though I still wasn’t done with my order, then made me wait even longer to pay. The customer service is horrible here. I ended up with an incomplete order with a soggy cheesesteak, which was… can you guess? On the wrong bread… Place your order online if you want to eat here, otherwise you’ll be there forever and maybe they’ll acknowledge your existence eventually.

    Checked online for hours of operation, drove 30 minutes, arrived 30 minutes before their advertised closing time - and they had closed early. Everyone was in there, cleaning up, not caring they were closing early. Love this restaurant, but go to another location.

    I always like that they are well staffed every time I have dined in. Staff was friendly and quick. Never understand why they wright you order down just to hand it to the person next to them. Subs are very good. The largest sub size is a lot of food.

    This was my first visit and all because of the charity going to special Olympics. Of course it was busy and glad to see that it was for the special event. Respect what they are doing and appears they do this annually for a charity - way to go! Absolutely nothing wrong with the food ( sandwich) that I had, though I like the bread toasted for another layer of flavor. I am not a big cold sandwich eater, but anytime they are giving all the proceeds to charity count me in. Thank you Jersey Mikes for being so giving. Interestingly enough when we were walking out there were two special Olympics swimmers saying thanks as you leave. Just a good heart warming feeling.

    We went right before closing. They still made us subs. They were really good. We walked in at 8:55 they close at 9 so the customer service was very good they weren’t rude at all. Definitely will be going back! The sandwich itself it’s pretty fire I was skeptical about the size cause I can eat a foot long at subway but Jersey mikes sub are huge. Worth the price for sure.

    So we've been going here for quite a while. Recently I would say the last 3 or 4 months the consistency has totally changed. I don't know what happened, maybe they've gotten new management?! The sandwiches used to be full of meat and now I'm getting like one sandwich that's full of meat and now they have been like ⅓ less meat. Plus that's not even consistent, like today mine had tons of me meat and my sons had almost none. Today my order was completely wrong. I ordered the original Italian on white and I ordered the club sub on wheat. Both were switched around and the club was on the white the Italian was on the wheat. Then they added the bacon to the Italian instead of the club. Also the now Italian sandwich with bacon on it has the fixings for the wrong people. Like it's almost like they were trying to make it wrong on purpose it was so wrong lol! This is literally my third time of getting something wrong for my last three orders. Please Jersey Mike's go back to being the consistency that you used to be! $23 for 2 sandwiches that wasn't even good. Also, what happened to writing the names on the package? You have literally like six people making sandwiches and they don't have time to do those little things that they used to do 🙄. ..

    Wife saw a commercial for a Sub-in-a-Tub so I decided to stop and pick up something. I've never been to a Jersey Mikes before and didn't know there was one in Blue Springs. Horrible location, signage out front doesn't stand out and difficult to see...like a maze trying to get into the parking lot, surprised they are still in business, they can't be breaking even located there. I let them know up front I'd never been there before and what I was looking for, they promptly started on the Sub/Tub and my #7 from the menu board. A little surprised they don't have more add on's other than Tomato, Lettice, Onion, peppers and pickles...very limited. Both crew members serving me did a fantastic job, polite and friendly. Sandwiches a little on the pricey side for what it is, for that reason we won't return...no real value there when Subway blows them away on variety, options and price. Our order was good, not amazing but good. The bread was fresh and thick, the turkey thinly sliced was terrific. I would suggest having someone powerwash/clean the large spill spot at your door n the sidewalk, looks like someone dumped a drink tray and cola went everywhere. No one wants to walk thru that or dance around to avoid it. Gives the immediate impression the rest of your store is just as dirty.

    Had a wonderful experience here! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and felt so taken care of. Staff went above and beyond, not only did they take the proper safety precautions, they were so kind and understanding. I missed the girls name who helped and talked with me, but she is a star! I enjoyed a delicious jumbo gf sub here mikes way, if I lived nearby I’d visit frequently. Thank you!

    Very disappointed with our sandwich tonight. Normally your sandwiches are great but this time the bread was hard as a rock and the bacon was almost inedible. We ended up taking everything off the bread and putting it on our own bread and threw out half the bacon. My husband did say the service was good and the place looked clean. But again very disappointed with the food. 😕

    This is the 2nd time in 6 months that I have been to this location and they only had white bread. And a 20 minute wait! I waited a substantial amount of time before coming back (6 months) and th same thing! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD'VE! . . .Fast forward. Got coupons saying "new ownership " thought I'd try again. Tried to use coupon in app for free drink and chips. Wouldn't work. Ordered anyway. Showed coupon to employee when I got there. Said couldn't honor it since I already paid. WTH?! I said refund my 💰. Lost a 10$ sale and wasted food over chips/drink. I'll go to LS location! Different owner same sh!tty service!

    S/o to jersey mikes Subs Blue Springs for helping my family Host and cater amazing Subs to share with our family during the super bowl 2023!! Highly recommend ate 3 subs they were amazing and the packaging is very convenient and the sub box is so Jersey jersey mikes is truly a sub above! Yum!!

    We came in this evening. Ordered a Jersey Mike’s cheesesteak on gluten-free bread& my husband got a Club. I watched the young man clean the grill and change his gloves before making my sandwich from grill to finish. I applaud your Commitment (I have Celiacs). His cold sandwich was made exactly how he wanted it. They were super busy, and they’re training a new person. There were people getting frustrated (they had ordered online and were waiting) And there seemed to be a missing sandwich for some other people. But those of us in line watched the 3 on the front line churn out sandwiches at a fast pace. And a lot of online/Doordash went out while we were there. Thank you for your consideration of my needs. And sorry tonight was stressful. We’ll be back

    A lot of credit to the staff and management at this location. They were extremely busy and still moved fast. Friendly crew, quick service, and great food. Also...probably the cleanest Jersey Mike's we've been to.

    Food: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich —Bread 7/10 —Chicken 5/10 —Presentation 1/10 Bread and Chicken were fine normal sub shop type Presentation….awful….I get my sandwich and open it….just to find all of the chicken was dumping out…I basically had a Buffalo chicken soup on my wrapper with a cheesy bread stick in the side… If I wanted soup and bread I would have gone to Panera… Very disappointing… Overall experience 4/10 I felt very rushed by the staff to decide on a sandwich Wait time would have been alright if the chicken was cooked fresh…but it was not and thus so the wait time was unacceptable Do I recommend? No, just go to Mr.Goodcents or Subway Will I return? No

    We enjoyed this a lot! There is plenty of variety of food to choose from. We got in fairly quickly, and the waitor was pleasant and friendly. Food came out in a timely manner. Everything was priced at a normal price that you would expect.

    The best sub sandwich around! You will love this better than any other sub in KC. Not only is the food delicious but the company does a lot for charity. Please support them during their events, and get a great sub at the same time
