I just left your place not to long ago I had it was not up to my expectations and what I mean by that is it was dirty my table was sticky it had some random things on seat and I found a brown hair under the salt shaker then the food came out and it looked like it would be delicious but it turned out to be nasty my pizza had so much cheese that one got stuck in my throat and it wouldn’t go down so I had to pull it out myself all of my toppings on my pizza fell off the only thing that stayed on my pizza was the little bit of Pizza sauce on it my little brother didn’t even want to eat the pizza he took one little bite and never touched it again, I had really high expectations for you guys but what I had and saw today was not it. And my wings tasted funny and my ranch was soupy. Look at these pictures this is unacceptable!!!

Easy to find right off of 291 and I70 in Independence Missouri. The pizza is excellent and served hot and fast. Lots of vegetarian options for my vegetarian lunch buddy. Plenty of parking. Fun atmosphere and bright and clean dining room. Our waitress Michaela, was really helpful without hovering. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Food was good. Had a calzone and Cesar salad. Service was excellent. Atmosphere, typical restaurant bar.

Venue is large and roomy, trendy and modern interior and a huge plus for me....also neat and clean. Service was excellent. Our waitress was so patient:) My guy got the boneless wings and I got a cauliflower base small pizza. It was delicious! This is place is open until late on weekends, so it was very convenient for us as we weren't sure if any place would still be doing food at that time (past 10pm) We're happy we chose Old Chicago!

Where is the ten star rating? This place has consistently given me the best food I have ever eaten in or taken out in a restaurant. The chicken walnut salad the trio appetizer chicken, Parmesan oh so so so good I highly recommend eating here. Over and over and over again.

This was our 3rd time coming in and the food and service was great, as it has been every time. We all ordered something different and it was all cooked perfectly! My daughter even had the cheesecake which was delicious! Our waitress Avery was the best!! She never let our drinks run out and was very friendly and attentive to our needs! She even remembered us from our first time coming in. We will be back soon!

Been in twice now bc the food is good but after tonight we sadly won’t be coming in. You walk in no one seats you, server takes about 10 minute to greet you then another 10 to get those drinks to the table. Took forever to get refills. Just bad service all over, finally food is out and they brought the wrong dish but before server even noticed he didn’t check in till 20 minutes after our food was brought out. Wasn’t even busy for our server to not be able to make sure we were fine.

Stopped in for lunch. Bacon Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken was fantastic! Kids loved their Spaghetti and Pizza. My wife loved her meal. Batavian Pretzel with Beer Cheese was great! I kept the cheese to dip french fries in off my kids plates! Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and great with the kids!

My main concern is why it was acceptable to have a non-service dog in the restaurant on 8/20/21 during the second half of the Chiefs game. This man put his dog on a stool and none of the workers seemed to have a problem with it. The dog is not in a service dog vest. This is completely unhygienic. In addition the service was incredibly slow and our waitress forgot multiple things for our table. Totally unimpressed by our experience. Old Chicago put a link to contact them. I had contacted them on the link 5 days ago and I have heard nothing.

I used to order my Togo lunch at work before this incident, and don't get me wrong, I enjoy their food. Long story short, I ordered a lazana and a side of meat balls about a week ago, but half of the lazana was burned. I didn't call right away, so I called today only to report even though I wasn't hungry. I was expecting an apology from the manager. I am a professional, therefore I make enough money to eat at any restaurant I want during my lunch break. I'm not seeking for a free meal; I can simply provide one for myself. They did not apologize when I called to inform them that my last meal had been burned. They claimed it was too late and that they couldn't do anything about it. They mocked me as if I wasn't telling the truth. The worst thing is they hung up on me. Blue, and the other staff person who spoke with me, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You were both quite unprofessional and disrespectful. Not everyone is looking for a free lunch. That is why I post a picture of it, so that everyone can see it.

Ok wasn't expecting this app to be presented so fashionably. The food was five stars, the drink selection was aces and the cocktail I had (a Christmas mule) was made superbly. Only issue was the bartender wasn't super quick to see to people, but it's not like anybody was ignored. Just a very minor critique that I wasn't checked on much. Would definitely recommend this place and I'm already wanting to go back to try other food items.

Day Vist for a quick lunch. Long wait for food, and my burger was poorly cooked. Beer was great. Atmosphere is as why continue to return. It's just chill in there!

The food here was pretty good. But I would have liked to see a few more options on the menu. And the pepperoni rolls were unexpectedly spicy! I personally couldn't eat more than one. Our waitress was polite, but it took a while for us to get our food, however, this may have been a reflection on the kitchen and not the service. I would recommend to try at least once.

First time ever eating here. My boys (9,10) and I went there for dinner this past weekend. They loved it!!! Ate every bit of their food, and as we walked out they asked if we can eat there again sometime. My pizza was also delicious. We were there around the dinner rush and cannot complain. We were seated in a timely manner and waited on appropriately. 10/10 review.

This burger was awesome! But plan on eating it with a fork by the end. Little soggy

Wednesday is BOGO Calzone day. For 3 with water, the bill was $30.08. Fun atmosphere and great for our group of 8.

We stopped in mid afternoon for a late lunch. The waitress was taking care of everyone on her own, bar and waiting tables. She did an excellent job and was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have paid attention to her name but she was great! Our food was outstanding, my son said we have to go to OC the next time we are in town for Royals baseball. You've created another Old Chicago fan!!!

Hard to bill yourself as a "taproom" when the bar staff seems minimally knowledgeable about or interested in beer and the listed selections are frequently unavailable. The food I've had here is quite tasty, especially the nachos. The atmosphere is also nice. I've been disappointed on several occasions when beers that are on their menu aren't there though. A taproom should strive to keep their tap list current each day.

Had a take out order. Pizza, tall order of boneless wings and cookie. The pizza was delicious but the boneless wings were not done, they were rubbery. The cookie was burnt.

Had lunch here today and our waitress Katie was amazing. This was our first time here and will definitely return. In times where business is so tough and so many choices service like this makes it easy to choose

Professionalism doesn't even start here. Hair in drinks and nothings done about it like it didn't happen. Thanks managers for not pulling your own weight. Unfortunately, I have to leave a star to leave a review.

Hadn't been in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety on the menu with some healthy choices available. The place was clean. The food was good, as was the service. I look forward to going back again.

Avery our server gave us dirty plates and silverware and never brought clean ones. Brought our appetizer and pizza at the same time. We got the meat me which includes olives but this pizza didn't have them. No apologies, just blame on the cooks. She kept referring to that instead of realizing the poor service she was doing. After seeing her standing around talking twice, we had to get our own refills. And the two people I asked for help was not very pleasant. She brought us a box and a check without asking if we needed anything else because she was in a hurry to go home. Then grabbed an empty folder because she was worried about her tip. But the best part was watching her hold 2 separate conversations with other employees about us.

This location DOES NOT serve Chicago style pizza. When the waitress finally came, we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be noticed after being seated, she was very confused by our order and asking for and describing what Chicago style pizza is. She offered to ask the kitchen but we were not trying to have them re-invent the wheel back there and make special requests, so we headed out. Maybe the food is good but definitely not what the sign advertised.

It was my first time here after a comedy show. The food was really good and fulfilling. We had just ordered appetizers. The Italian Nachos, Buffalo chicken rolls and garlic cheese bread was Fire! We will be back. Not to mention it was only two waitresses and they were busting their butts to serve everyone.

Huge shoutout to the staff at Old Chicago!!!! Had a great meal last night and unfortunately I forgot my Debit Card on the table after I paid for it. What can I say, had a good time...nonetheless, called back this morning and they had it. Checked my bank account and no purchases were made with it, the staff just put it in lost and found and continued on....ya'll rock. Thanks so much...we will be back.

Detroit style pizza was good, service was great, it's not true Detroit Pizza they don't put cheese to the edges and they really skimp on the toppings I shouldn't have any bald spots on my pizza which there were several I added toppings mushrooms, beef, Italian sausage, and onion seems like all I got was a lot of onions didn't taste any beef... Won't buy it again not worth the $40 I paid.... My dates order was made wrong the waitress took it went back to the kitchen and made my dates order her self and took it off the bill she was great....

Came in with high expectations after a good experience at another location. This was terrible. Waited forever to even be talked to by our server. Then sat for an hour waiting for food even though the restaurant was not very busy. Our appetizer was completely forgotten and my daughters macaroni was cold. My husbands pizza was drowned in grease and slightly burnt and my pizza was nearly cold as well. My husbands drink sat empty for a long time. I was disappointed with the food and the service. We will not return.

Service was fine. Pizza was okay. The flavor was good, but only a 1/4 or so of the pizza's surface was covered by toppings and sauce. We got 2 large deep dish pizzas. Again, the taste of the pizza was good, and maybe it was just the style of pizza we got. I would go back and give it one more shot and try some different things off the menu.

I've driven by this restaurant for a little over a year and finally stopped in on Friday evening. It was a great experience and the staff was top notch! Thanks for everything. If you are looking for a cold beer, great food with excellent service, stop in here.

When I entered Old Chicago I had in mind a deep dish pizza. I was surprised to find the only deep dish was more of a pan pizza called the Detroit Pan. The service was good and the server was quick to explain the difference in their crusts. I think that the prices are terribly high for their pizzas. If you call yourself old Chicago and serve pizzas you should have a deep dish.
