πŸ‘πŸ‘ The beer here is excellent. I really enjoyed the variety of options to choose from. The food menu is not expansive, but it's good. The beer cheese with the pretzel was very good. I enjoyed my tacos, which were good. Not great, but good. However... The environment and the beer is fantastic here. Whic... People often mention good, beer, beers, great, selection,

The beer here is excellent. I really enjoyed the variety of options to choose from. The food menu is not expansive, but it's good. The beer cheese with the pretzel was very good. I enjoyed my tacos, which were good. Not great, but good. However... The environment and the beer is fantastic here. Which, I think is the point of East Forty Brewing. It's a great experience. You should stop by.

Being a non-IPA drinker it is always a welcome surprise to find a brewery that is lacking in IPA's. Everyone has their own tastes, so not putting down IPA's but it is nice to see a good range of flavors instead of 6-8 different IPA, NEIPA, PA, etc. We tried eight different (2 flights) beers they had on tap and were very happy with four of them and happy with the other four. This was definitely a win-win! My favs were Fools Rush In (an Imperial Stout) and Farmers Milkshake - Almond Bark (a Golden Ale with almond notes). The establishment is well set up with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also had a nice selection of bottled sodas for the non-beer drinkers. Glad we stopped in.

3 of us visited on a friday. We all had beer tasting flights. The spaces are warm and welcoming. We sat on the patio, as they had a musician on the inside that too loud for is to have a conversation. They have a good selection of beers that were all very good to excellent. Some of the best in the KC area imho. They also bad a nice selection of cocktails using local spirits and wine as well as plenty of non-alcoholic choices. (Coffee, kombucha, etc) The pizzas looked really good, but we weren't hungry at the time. Bottom line, we really enjoyed our trip here and will return. The only negative is that they are too far away from my home. :-)

I would have liked to give this place a better rating but 3 stars is pretty generous considering the lack luster guy tending the bar. The drinks were overpriced, especially for the middle of the day. The craft beer is excellent πŸ˜—!! The sangria meh, could have used a little fruit just to make a person feel like it was the establishments own recipe. It’s clean, bright and in a good location but not very friendly and that’s too bad.

Excellent visit at East Forty. I unfortunately did not get to try any food. We tried five beers and I really enjoyed them all. The beers are robust in flavor which I think a lot of microbreweries aren't able to do well. We took a growler to go! The service was excellent. They were very eager to chat with us about their beers. I liked that the selection had beers, seltzer, cocktails....That way if you have non-beer-drinking friends, you all can get along there. They had all of the tables separated for COVID protocols and also had partitions added to the bar that I thought actually looked good. There is outdoor seating as well. There is street parking all around the building and the entrance is accessible. Restrooms are gender specific and are also accessible.

Be cautious of the bar tenders. I was there for happy hour and ordered drinks and instead of the bar tender giving me the happy hour 1oz price $3 he gave me 1.5 Oz price $5. I was told it's the customers responsibility to specify the order. Food is not good either. First time here and we won't be back.

The pretzels were amazing! The horseradish sauce, yum! Sunrise saision and the seltzer were my top picks, delicious! Evidently Thursday is trivia night, great crowd. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!

Nice brewery. Beer much more reasonably priced than others in the metro. Staff were pleasant.

East Forty Brewing was a great place for my family's dinner. We got to play skeeball, darts, and golf all while listening to live music. The food was amazing and can't rave enough about the Beer. Even got some to take home. It has been some time since I was last in Blue Springs, but will say, I will be back on my next visit through. Great work East Forty... keep it up...

Hosted a reunion here and management was great for work with. Welcoming atmosphere, plenty of room, great outside area. Beer selection is impressive and drinks for non-beer drinkers are plentiful. Love the Oktoberfest beer. Highly recommend.

Would love to give a good review as the beer is good. Service on the other hand is not... The lady with the curly hair was too busy strutting around talking to one group of people while we sat there for 10 minutes waiting to get another beer and order food. The only reason she came back is someone was tabbing out and brought her a drink... Drive out to grains and taps in lee summit or wind shift if you want decent service

One of our favorite places! Great food & drinks. Husband & I love their beer. Our kids love the non-alcoholic drinks--kombucha & root beer made in house! Pretzels & dip are a family favorite. I love that E40 supports small family farm meats. Chicken sandwich, sausage nachos & beer cheese soup are my favorite. Trivia nights & live music are a bonus. Great people & atmosphere.

Went here for some live music on a Friday. The live music was awesome. Super unimpressed with the food…. The pizza tasted and looked like frozen pizza. Like same texture and everything. The spin dip was not good and the chips were stale. Definitely won’t be back for the food but maybe the beer. Our bartender was very friendly.
