I don’t know about their other food, but their pizza is an absolute ripoff. 12 inch thin crust nothing special plain pepperoni pizza is $19 plus tax. It tastes like a burnt, cheap, frozen pizza. Huge mistake on our part ordering pizza. Edit to add: photo added to prove your pizza is no more than 12 inches. The box you put it in is 12 inches. There is NO WAY your pizza is 14 inches. I appreciate you take pride in your toppings. I could tell the pineapple and Canadian bacon were good quality. Can you tell me where your crust comes from? I really want to know how you make your crust or where you get it from, because it’s garbage. Your pizza is deeply lacking and I stand by my review. I’ve had pizza across the country and around the world from all price points and yours is the worst I have had for the price. I’m being honest. I had 7 other people sample the pizza and they all agreed. It’s terrible.

I had Philly cheese, steak and fries. I thought it was great. Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend the Philly cheese steak

Lakewood Local is a popular spot in Lees Summit to enjoy after work beverages and appetizers during happy hour! $3 domestic beer, $4 wells, $5 wine and half off select appetizers. They have flavored mojitos if beer, wine, or simple wells don’t float your boat. Make sure to try their chicken nachos…yum! The service was great and the environment is fun and inviting. There is even a backdrop to take pictures in front of!

My friends had arrived 10 minutes before me and already ordered water and 2 alcoholic drinks. They were told they would have to wait on water due to the kitchen had no clean glasses. I arrived at 10:43 AM and we didn't get water until 11:30 AM. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my Iced Chai Latte. My drink came in a plastic cup, so it shouldn't have taken so long to receive it. I had the breakfast pizza and it came out slightly warm. I didn't have to wait for it to cool before eating nor blow on it. It was slightly above room temperature. I opted to not return it to have them reheat simply because we had already been waiting long enough. My friend asked for pepper and didn't receive until he was long done eating. I know a lot of places are short staffed and waitress really did try, however I am deducting 2 stars due to the dropping of the ball several times. I still gave the waitress a great tip since I knew she was trying her best. I'll try the place again in the future and hope to be able to give more stars.

I had the shrimp tacos they were quite good. My husband got the fish and chips. The French fries and hushpuppies were super yummy.

This is my favorite place to get sweet Potato fries. Look at the size ! And they are cooked just right not too salty. My husband was a little 😞they were out of egg rolls (his favorite) but when they are so good..$**y happens. He still enjoyed the cheese pizza. Anything they cook here is super good. The place is nice atmosphere. Pretty Hostesses! Fast and friendly service. It's one of my most favorite places.

Got the supreme wrap with a side of sausage gravy, per Mickey’s recommendation. Was awesome and she was lovely and provided great service, everyone was super nice. Especially being a bengals fan in from out of town for the AFC championship. . . Who Dey!

This place is GOLD. The food was excellent and the drinks were strong. Our server, Faith, was amazing and super friendly. Will definitely be going back 😊

Food was very tasty and plentiful. Wait staff pleasant and patient. We shared 1/2 caprese appetizer and I had mushroom swiss burger with pub chips. Hubby had giant tenderloin with fries. Took home leftovers. Yummo. Will try again when in the area. 💖

They are charging $9.59 for onion straws on doordash but they are only $4.59 on their menu. There was less than a quarter of the container worth of onion straws provided. These prices are absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great food! Stopped in for breakfast and had the Works Omelette and a Supreme Breakfast wrap. Really good! I’d give 5 stars if only they offered wheat as an option for the bread. Kendra was our waitress; such a delightful person!

Always great for a drink but their food is great too! Tried their breakfast and was really pleased.

Seems like half the chairs in this place wobble. Prices were more on the expensive side. The shrimp tacos were literally like three popcorn shrimp on a tortilla. One bowl of chips and salsa was $5. They did have some live music outside. Doubt I will be going back anytime soon.

Great place. Go see Jordan on the patio Friday and Saturday nights. You won't be sorry. She's attentive, attractive, and knows her drinks. Not sure what to get, just ask her for a recommendation! Food is served in a timely manner and I havent found anything I don't like. Pizza is a specialty! 10/10 recommend.

The owner was amazing! I took 3 kids in there for dinner and his staff was super busy. He jumped in to serve us himself. He was great with the girls and had them all laughing. He even took the time to help the girls decide on what they wanted.. you know how teenage girls are! He made our experience fun, something I didn't expect. As a business owner, I love to see other business owners jumping in and helping instead of sitting back and just delegating. Great experience! It's my new "go to all the time now" place!

It is a small place and the music was really loud (at lunchtime). I ended up moving to a slightly more open space so that the bass wasn't resonating in my head quite so much. The food was delicious and the server was very friendly. Not super attentive, but quick when I asked for something. I would go back.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall. It's not a large place so it fills up fast. Because the parking lot is small, it can be challenging to find a place to park. The inside is full of TVs so this will be a great option to watch any game. Inside is industrial style with concrete floors and exposed metal trusses in the ceiling. This makes for a very loud atmosphere. I came away feeling a little horse from constantly yelling in conversation. What I will rave about is the food. The chicken fingers were plump hand battered and tossed in buffalo sauce as an option. And a good quantity of tater tots. A friend ordered the chicken sandwich and it was huge. My wife ordered the margarita pizza and was not wild about the taste of the dough. She said it was thin and tasteless. Another friend ordered another style pizza and felt the same. Looking around at other tables and what people ordered, I will definitely be back to try other items. There is also a very large bar. As with most restaurants today, they are finding it hard to hire staff but the few that were there did a nice job of taking care of the tables.

We visited this place on a sunday early afternoon and very happy with the selection of breakfast foods and brunch specials. They have a great bloody Mary and offer endless mimosas with a variety of juices. It's a fun laid back atmosphere with friendly staff. They also have a small patio. Their patio is dog friendly. Good place to watch sports with there many large screen flat televisions.

Ordered burgers. They were the best burgers we have had from a restaurant in a while. The patties they use melt in your mouth and the burgers won't leave you feeling heavy after. The quality of the condiments were superb/fresh as well!
