We visited on a Friday evening between 6 and 8pm, with a relatively large group. The evening was busy, but not rambunctiously so. The facility was clean and well lit, the equipment was plentiful and in excellent shape, and the scoring system seemed newer, really modern and efficient. The only thing seemingly out of place was that the service at the food counter was disproportionately bad. There if us stood around for a few minutes waiting to be noticed at a completely deserted counter. Finally, a girl wandered over, stood in front of the register, made no eye contact, and definitely seemed like she would rather be doing just about anything else. I ordered 2 popcorns and 2 large drinks, got my drinks immediately and was told they needed to make more popcorn. No problem! Hot fresh popcorn? Yes please! ...Except it then took almost 30 minutes for the popcorn to make it to us. And that was AFTER we flagged someone down and asked about it. 🙄 The final straw that made this review a solid three stars for me was that the plastic cup of cheap Cabernet, poured from a single serve plastic bottle cost $7 +tip. SEVEN DOLLARS??? Maybe that was my bad for ordering wine at a bowling alley... Well guys, don't worry. It won't happen again.

Great clean bowling alley. You can tell the staff cares about the building and equipment. Very appropriate for all ages. I think this is the best bowling alley in the area.

Great places! Very family friendly! Clean and updated unlike a few other bowling alleys we've been to. Also my daughter bowls here with Special Olympics. She's always been treated with the utmost respect by the employees there. They are so kind and patient and let her take her time while learning to pay with cash. I just love this place and can't say enough good about it.

I got charged $136.98 for cosmic bowling which we never bowled. When I called to straighten it out the manager lied & said I tipped them $50. Then they said they had paid me back in cash. When I caught them in the lie they then said well sir you have to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Avoid this place at all cost. Very deceptive people running the place. Your better off going to Main Event.

Prices are overpriced and the arcade is terrible…and the way they treat their employees is disgusting Courtney Should really be ashamed of how she treats them!! To the investors you really should be looking into the women you let run your business!

It was a bit expensive. Something fun to do though. Next to an awesome movie theater, so if waiting for a movie, then go and play 1 or 2 games before your movie. A good arm workout while having fun. 😆

Good family atmosphere. Not a huge fan of the music they play for the COSMIC BOWLING session - I think they would do better to play a mix of music/videos instead of all music that only the 13-17 year olds have heard. We went on a Saturday from 10pm to midnight. Reservations are recommended, but for some reason they ONLY take walk-in reservations, not helpful if you live an hour away!! I can only hope they update their website for accurate information regarding reservations. Like everywhere else, they are short staffed, but they're giving it their all to provide a good experience to their customers.

Funnest place ever, people I didn't know were so kind to my family and me, we had a blast. 5 Stars to your staff, I wish I could give them the raises, vacations. Thank you for an excellent experience with my children and grandchildren 😊

Amazing full service bowling center with pro-shop, bar, grill and arcade. Something for everyone in the family. Great lanes and scoring system, clean facilities and a very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely visit this center again.

Absolutely love this bowling alley. Every time I get the itch I come here. Great space between lanes and you can have 6 people comfortably bowling next to another party of 6. Cheap booze at the bar which is a big bonus. The food is also really good!!! We will sometimes come here just for dinner and bowling.

Good service, and I spent time in the Pro Shop and had some work done as well.. Very good service in there too..

We walk-in and bought 1 hr to bowl for 3 people for my birthday. we went to our lane there were people sitting at the table where we were to bowl .. we asked if we could be moved they said NO.. then we asked for our money back they said NO REFUNDS .. we looked at the website it said if you reserve in advance and cancel you wont get your money back but we had just walked in we hadn’t even started the game… how can there be NO REFUND WHEN WE CHANGED OUR MIND.. also they didn’t give us a receipt or offer us to use our money for a later date .. We are out $50 plus we gave a tip when buying shoes before we knew about the lane and wanting to leave .. I felt there was no resolution to the problem.. we left upset and got screwed out of our money and bowling … horrible customer service.

I have loved this place since I was a kid. Now in my 30s with kids, we love it just as much as I did then. I used to come with my grandpa who raised me, and its a great spot for memories for me. Love this place, the deals, cosmic bowling, the staff, the food, it's all good. Most alleys cannot say the same.

Went bowling with My Son and we had a great time. The staff was very kind and made us good food and poured me a good drink. The equipment worked as you would expect and everyone there seemed to be having a good time. I’m not local to the area, but if I were I’d go back there all the time. They even have karaoke.

Maybe it was just that night, but the staff were wonderful, the clientele, not so much! The staff told me when to come, even though they don’t have reservations; the food was incredible for a bowling alley! They have a cute cheap arcade and all the stuff for kids to bowl! Thanks for a great visit during my vacation in Blue Sorings!

Had fun Great staff accommodating friendly altho prices for drinks and food pretty pricey $$$$$ But bowling was decent $$ if playing with a group of 4 or more if playing by the hour

Absolutely won't be going back. $30 to bowl 2 games on a weekday with my daughter is ridiculous and then charging $13.50 for a large drink and a handful of stale nachos with cheese. Make it affordable and not try to gouge customers and it'll be a more enjoyable experience.

Had a great time. The pizza we ordered wasn't my cup of tea. Really didn't eat hardly any of it. Thew most of it away. As for the bowling 🎳 we paid for two hours which was all well in good but when the lane breaks down I think the timer should stop. They were busy and it took them some time to fix it. Our play clock still continued to count down so you really don't get the whole time paid.

NOT very happy with the experience. Ordered food at 7:30 and at 9:15 still no food. Oopsies, they did not place the order with the kitchen. Had 3 hungry teenagers and was celebrating my grandsons birthday. Got a refund for the food but was not the evening I was hoping for. Don’t think we will ever go back. Very disappointed.

The food is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, the alley is clean and the lanes are kept in good repair. The pro shop is knowledgeable and helpful. All you can ask for really.

First time going to lunar bowl. We had a small get together for my daughter bday. All the staff was nice. Place was clean. And food was great.

My 50th reunion group went to Blue Moon to watch the Chiefs/Bills football game. The servers were fantastic, really cordial and made sure everyone had food and drinks!! Food was delicious!!!!

Nice spot to kill some time. Good pizza cold beer and clean shoes.

Very nice, well maintained and clean bowling alley (a lot are not, so this is a big deal). The bowling ramp for adult size wheelchair users was kind of wobbly so it affected my accuracy and I scored lower than my average. The ramp wasn’t the worst I’ve ever used but it would be nice if bowling alley’s would keep they’re bowling ramps in good working order. Still I appreciated not have to roll myself up a long, steep ramp to get to the lanes and then have the tables arranged to where it is so tight I can barely fit my wheelchair through. My wheelchair had plenty of room to get around.

The lanes and everything are fine, but I'm frustrated by the reservation policy. I was completely willing to make a reservation, however, I wasn't warned that it would be non-refundable, even when your reservation is more than a week out. I guess it's good that it can be rescheduled, but I'm going to have to find a different group willing to go (and pay the rate). Please let people know that they can't get their money back.

I mean, it's a bowling alley, you aren't going for a fine dining experience. That being said, I enjoyed the food, was pleasantly surprised by the quesadilla. The bowling alley is clean, the staff attentive. Can't really say it was anything other than what I expected or wanted.

Such a friendly atmosphere. Loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful as we needed one of those bowling assistance dinosaurs for our toddler as well as a lighter/small bowling ball. They got us checked in and set up quickly. The arcade after bowling is always a bonus.
