Our waiter was awesome. We ordered wings and 3 of them were not cooked all the way. I told our waiter that he needs to let his cook know to check the temperature to make sure they are done. He came back and said he told his manager and she said it's probably a vein. Definitely was not a vein.

Amazing! Came here from out of town for work and stumbled upon this establishment. Myself and coworkers were greeted promptly, and were sat by a the hostess. Our server was great. Very attentive to our needs. I opted for the teriyaki bowl with steak. It was great! Especially for the price. I will come back here to try their other dishes soon!

Where do I start?? Hardly fish in Fish Tacos(see pic) not blackened like I asked. Hushpuppies hard & unedible. Tator skins, they deep fry & that made them dry. I called Manager over & even tho all our meals were just horrible he only took off the appetizers, plus $2.00, wow no thanks, which were on happy hour prices! We will never ever be back!

We were with a large group but were still seated and served quickly. Food was good. I wish the company had a dress code for their employees. Feel that many of the staff were dressed inappropriately for a dining establishment. There has been a change in the attire of the wait staff. A great improvement, staff still dresses comfortably but much more appropriate.

This use to be one of my favorite places until today after eating half my salad I find A dead fly at the bottom of my bowl . This I think at least deserves a manger coming to talk to me . But they didn't the waitress apologizes and takes my 5 dollar salad off my check clearly I didn't want to eat anything else so we got the check and left

Food was much better this visit vs. a couple of years ago, imo. Burgers were very good, fish and shrimp was also good. Pizza was still mediocre at best. Still like the atmosphere with lots of televisions to watch sports. Our server was very kind and attentive. May 30, 23 update ... Sat at bar, had excellent service and food was good.

We are frequent visitors of the Johnnys Tavern in Blue Springs, and I have to say we are so disappointed by the Lee’s Summit Location. Bless our server she tried hard, but she was assigned too many tables, while other employees (three) sat at a table setting up silverware, our normal order of pizza came out undercooked and couldn’t even be picked up without falling apart. We had to wait a minimum of five minutes after we received our pizza to be given plates. We arrived expecting the service and quality of Blue Springs, but sadly ended up greatly disappointed…

Had fish and chips and it was really good. This is a place I will definitely come back and try other food.

Ordering Togo is frustrating because you can’t modify anything or pay for extra. Noticeably lately, usually comes with something missing, like again today! No blue cheese crumbles. I get togo food often and I felt it was time to post with my frustration. Salad was 10.99!!

Staff was horrible, we were standing at the front for a good 10 minutes (it was completely empty in the restaurant as well) while the bar staff stood around on their phones or looked at us then proceeded to go back to talking. Finally our server came over (after standing there on her phone) asked if we were helped right as we were getting ready to walk out. Ordered two drinks, that were horribly thrown together and weren’t offered refills on our water until we asked. Normally don’t complain but this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and it’s been the same experience every time. I know they can do better.

Been here several times since opened. Food has always been consistent and good. Johnys Sweet potato are some of the best! Drinks are always mixed well

Came in with a party of 13 and had no problem getting sat in a timely manner. We had a new server who was honest with us with what she knew and didn't know which was nice. Service was good and most of our food was good. However, I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, jalapenos and onion. Unfortunalty my pizza had hardly any cheese at all on it and the portion 1" from the crust had no cheese on it. The pepperoni was hard to find on it and the onion was put on in huge chunks with one slice having almost an entire slice of onion clumped up. Not sure why a person who makes pizza for a living would not know to distribute the toppings better than this. Also, when a person askes for extra cheese that is not the time to skimp. Just frustrating for a place to charge $21 for a pizza and you get a big swing and a miss. Once again...if restaurants are going to be charging prices that are absolutely insanely priced compared to 3 years ago, they should be making sure their quality is equal to their crazy prices. Below is a picture of what is supposed to be a 3 topping pizza with extra cheese. Pretty needy looking if you ask me.

Food was typical bar food but low end in quality. Had burgers prepared quickly but taste was so so. Frozen patty. Fries were cold. All young girl servers. Polite but not very experienced yet. Atmosphere was ok. Would not recommend. Price to high for the value of the food.

We came pretty late and the food still tasted good and fresh. My fries were a little dark and crispy when they first came out and the waitress noticed and asked them to make me new ones without even being asked. (They were good either way but it was nice that she cared) the boneless wings were good and my friend loved the pizza. And that spinach queso dip is amazing. Staff was nice regardless of the late hour and the place had a nice feel to it. Overall we were happy and will return in the future

Love this place that has a wonderful menu that also includes food for vegetarians and the gluten free. Also menu for kids. The hot Wilson Sauce is a classic and must be tried. The staff is always pleasant and accomodating. What I don't like about it is all the massive number of television screens. It makes me foggy-minded while I'm in there. Their electric bill must be outrageous and unnecessary!

Great service and great atmosphere. The food was fair, maybe a bit above average. I had the Johnny Wilson and it was not great……not bad mind you but nothing special. No real flavor to it. Daughter got bone in wings, a “specialty”. Under cooked. Flavor was good but the slimy, not crispy at all skin was not good.

In town after Thanksgiving and came with family (4 total) for Sunday night football (Chiefs won!). We all had an incredible time. Tate - our server - was absolutely stellar. We grabbed 3 different appetizers and each had an entree. Tate was attentive without hovering and communicated well; managing the balance of drinks, apps, and entrees. 11/10 service! FYI, this is very much a sports bar vibe - volume is up while the games are on, so be aware. My family really enjoyed the experience.

Food was decent, but got skimped on fries for my online order. Has happened multiple times. Picture shows fries when I pulled them out. About 1/3 full probably less.

The food is consistently mediocre to garbage. The drinks are good but kinda pointless if you can't even enjoy appetizers with it. I've tried them a few times since they are close by and have a patio but it's definitely not worth it.

The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is good and easy to get a table. It can be a little loud during sporting events it's difficult to conversate. Excellent chicken sandwich.

A great place to watch your favorite sports game and team. TV's surround you no matter where you sit and personal TV's if you sit in a booth table. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall great time was had. We had a group of six there to watch football and it was awesome.

The food was great. The servers were all friendly. It was a busy night due to the chiefs game but we were satisfied with everything. There is a TV in every booth, on the ceiling, at the bar. They are everywhere. You couldn't miss a game if you tried

Went here last minute not expecting much and sure enough their computer was down and they were on cash only. After that start I knew it was going to be a terrible evening. I was dead wrong. The staff was excellent and unhurried even though the place was packed. Our cheese curds were fresh puffs of yummiest. Firecracker fish tacos hit the spot and our teriyaki stir fry was fantastic. Great job Johnny's! You made a believer out of us and we'll be back soon.

We went for dinner on a Friday night. There was a sizable crowd, however we were seated quickly and our server arrived within a couple of minutes to take our order, she's checked back in with us just often enough. We had our food in about 15-20 minutes--generous portions with nice presentation and very good flavor! The sweet potato fries were wonderful! All in all, a good experience and I'm sure we'll return!

We were expecting bar food - not much really, but we were wrong. The food and service were both very good. We had a burger with sweet potato fries; a side salad and a personal size pizza. Surprisingly delicious. First time there for dinner; briefly, we had been there before to see a hockey game. We'll return for the food next time.

Food & service has been great. We ate lunch in here a month ago. I made it a point to speak directly to the manager to inform him that at least in the women's restrooms, whoever installed the new toilet paper dispensers - used screws that were too long. Points of 4 screws are sticking out of the stalls behind the dispenser. I let him know that they should be ground off so that legs, thighs or clothes don't get sliced open or torn. Even a small child can enter & rub against the stall wall and be seriously injured. He assured me it would be taken care of. So here it is at least a month later - nothing has been done. Very sad & irresponsible. I told a server today to reiterate that it needs to be addressed. Guess we will have to wait & see.

This was a nice place to enjoy our lunch. Atmosphere was very pleasant, the server was wonderful, the waitress was excellent and checked on us a perfect amount of times, the food had great flavor and I noticed the manager was on site overseeing and made sure things was running smoothly. Very nice place to visit! I love the fact that they have a bunch of TVs in there so I will be visiting here in the future when it's game time!

The service here was great and always is. The food.... Not so much. I have eaten here several times but recently the food has been disappointing. The wings are consistently bad, no matter which sauce/seasoning you pick. The entree I ordered was a Cajun Philly they were having as a special. I informed the waitress they should not make it a permanent resident on the menu.
