Great burger joint. I haven't been in years, but decided to stop when I was in the area. I wasn't disappointed! Seasoned fries are great....and they also offered a tasty salad as a healthier option.

Stopped in and got a bacon double cheeseburger and onion rings for lunch and also picked up a Strawberry walnut chicken salad to take home for dinner, the food was tremendous, the salad was great even after 5 hours in the fridge. And all of that for under 20 dollars. Great food, great price and nice people.

10/25/23 Stopped in for lunch. Had the south west BBQ burger. I didn't taste any south west or BBQ. Was still good. They have TVs at this location.

Best burger I've had in a while...& the onion rings were the closest I've been able to find closest to Texas Tom's onion rings other than Sonic's. I highly recommend.

It Went Down hill. For a burger that price??? last review that 5 stars and the burger was delicious and recommending people to go there ...(( DON'T !!! )) The last 2 Times i went there the burger was room temperature like they made a hall bunch of them and so they dont need to keep working on the grill after they sat them on a side so when ever they get an order they just rap it up. It DID NOT tasted at all it's fresh grilled DID NOT smell like it. The last TWO time's it was: [[[ 100% bad microwave cold burger ]]]. Never ever going there any more.

I enjoy my own backyard burger experience in my own acute meal selection... the blackened chicken meal with Waffle Fries & Soda... I love it! usually prefer a beefy burger at a fast food joint but I find their burgers a bit dry... they're shakes are good...nothing ta-da, mind you 4 the price now that I think on it fairly..

We've used the drive-through and had a wonderful experience compared with some of the other fast food restaurants in Blue Springs. The service was quick and the price was right. Fam loved the burgers and fries, too.

Customer service is above and beyond. My drive through order was just a tad bit off, and they literally delivered a new order to my house!! Seriously! Their food is fabulous and their customer service is second to none! Please give this location your business, if you're in the market for a great burger!! They have earned it.

My bacon cheddar burger was good but it didn't taste like bacon or cheddar. 🤔

Today was my first time and I was disappointed. It smelled so good when I drove by earlier in the day so I went for a burger for supper. It was supposed to have pickles on it and the ketchup and mustard were pretty lean. The worst part was the dryness of the burger. Holy Cow, if you're cooking to order, they should NEVER be this dry!!! Not impressed.

We really like Backyard Burgers. They have some of the best burgers in town. I prefer them over every other burger place. Their burgers are easily on part with burgers from any sit-down type restaurant in the area.

Wish there more of these around still. Love the burgess fries and hospitality. Clean store and knowledgeable staff 💯

Burger was cold thier regular meals are the same size as the kids meals thier tea dispenser looks very dirty you be better off getting Mc Donald's with these prices.

This is another case of Google saying "You visited here, why don't you review it?!" even though I actually visited the Custard's Last Stand next door. Still, I've been to other Back Yard Burgers and they were good. Excellent onion rings. I'm sure this place is good too and I KNOW all their hard working staff need a raise.

I come here often bc the food is good. However, 👏🏽I just drove through today & got the worst service. I normally don’t get a drink here but today I was feelin extra so I ask this girl a question about the lemonade, & this girl taking my order(ol chick with the choker)ignores my question to ask about what fry I want. I say waffle & ask my original question again. This girl ignores me again like I’m supposed to know this menu be heart. So i gotta go through hoops to get the info I’m lookin for. I proceed to pull up to the window & get more attitude from this choker chick like yo! What did I do to get all this spice from you?? Ask about lemonade 💁🏽‍♂️ after giving me my food, she then closes the window while giving me one of those purge movie grins sayin “have a good day”. Mann….these ppl be testing your patience so only come here if you got patience. If you with the smoke, stay away cuz they try you

Staff was friendly. The burger was just ok. Meat did not seem fresh. Fries were good. Lemonade was great!!

The burgers were good and we collectively would go back as a family dinner option. Drive thru service was a normal wait and order was correct. Love the waffle fries as an option.

We eat here a lot and food is normally Great, though last evening nov 8 the food was only passable and there was no drive up traffic at 5pm. My burger was fine but The wife’s chicken salad had brown lettuce and both our baked potatoes were not fresh potatoes and brown inside. Usually the baked potatoes are white inside and steamy hot but these were not their best. Cooks need to screen the produce better

Very tasty burgers. With a very quick turn around time. Not many places where you order and when you show up 10 minutes later it is ready.

Had a double cheese burger with waffle fries. Taste was good but the meat was pretty dry. Waffle fries tasted ok, typical frozen fries. Nothing bad to say but nothing to really praise either.

It's been awhile since we were here. The burger tasted like a thawed out patty. It was dry and no seasonings. The waffle fries were good. But probably won't be back

Backyard Burger can be counted on for a great experience every time. Their food quality compared to most in the fast food business is always fresh and cooked to perfection. They've earned my business and will always be one of my go to spots for an amazing meal.
