First visit to a Raising Canes, and I enjoyed the stop. The chicken tenders/fingers are breaded to perfection with a light coating that gives them an excellent "bite" and fine flavor. The dipping sauce is good, moderately spiced, and enhances the flavor nicely. The beans were very good, and they had the only coleslaw I've ever actually been able to enjoy. The cashiers were pleasant and efficient, it was obvious they conform to a high standard for service. They were well-staffed, which is a huge deal in today's service world. Kudos goes to the crew of Raising Canes, y'all did a fine job, and I hope that anyone reviewing this post gives y'all the recognition you richly deserve. There were team members cleaning the eating area with regularity while I ate, and everyone seemed to do their jobs with gusto, and pleasantly. The drive-thru was going gangbusters, and I'm glad they finally opened up again, as I enjoy the civility of sitting down and actually enjoying my meal vs sitting in a vehicle, scarfing. Great job!

Excellent superb employees all the way, fresh food and clean. My first eating at Raising Cane's Chicken 🐔 restaurant was in Baton Rouge Louisiana I was there for business years ago. The food hasn't changed one bit still as I remember it.

Until the one in Columbia, Missouri is finished being built, I will stop in the Blue Springs Raising Cane's Chicken for my fix! Always good stuff. Still drive thru only but I'm good with that too! Tender chicken and great fries!

Nice service and friendly staff. The drive through was fast and didn't mess my order but most importantly the food was delicious.

Man they have excellent chicken but their fries are only good for about 3 minutes I've never gotten them hot which is a bit sad. Recommendation eat fries first they only have a 3 minute window. Canes maybe heat up your fries or something they are good make them fresh compete with McDonald's don't serve them lukewarm yuck.

This guy was so cute like it made the experience even better considering I had some eye candy as dessert along with my food. Your food hits every time and you should keep hiring hot people to work there as well

I have been here three times and have been served with great customer service every time. I recently went for a curbside order but no one came out after 15-20 minutes. I went through the drive thru, they explained why it never came out and even gave me a free box combo, great customer service!!

The last few times of coming here the freshness quality of the food has been terrible and tonight was the last straw. My girl is pregnant so she is very particular about what she eats. I go to raising canes for her tonight and requested that the food be made fresh. Get all the way back home and come to find out none of the food was made fresh. 1. Chicken fingers were redipped in the grease and just made hot for satisfaction 2. Fries were cold and rubbery. I am really getting sick and tired of paying hard earned money to these restaurants and not receiving the proper customer service respectfully. If this happens again we'll just put raising canes in the category of "whack restaurants in blue springs" along with the rest of them already on the list.

Tyler is a great manager! The employees work great for him. There fast and I've never even had to wait even 5 min for my food. Also when I'm door dashing the food is out quick hot fresh no matter how busy you are in blue springs, everything is all under smooth control. All workers are very polite big happy smile very nice and respectful. Makes you wanna come back each week over and over. Had nothing but best customer service I've ever had and I'm in my 40s. Never went to a fast food restaurant had to park a little ways away that busy and just faster service with food perfect then any fast food restaurant in Missouri or Kansas. Love the fries plus best chicken ever! When I decide I want chicken I don't go anywhere else anymore. I can go on and on but don't wanna write a book about how great your staff and manager named Tyler are. They all work hard and all deserve more money but ya must take care of them or else they wouldn't be so Great. Best staff at any restaurant I've ever been too.

It's not bad chicken strips. Without the sauce, they would taste boring. The staff was very friendly.

What is the point in slowing the whole operation down to have a chic-fil-a style drive through?? it’s Impractical people, there’s only one line, give it some thought. While i’m at it i request you guys to stop putting that cold sauce in the box with my HOT food… Make it make sense people.

Excellent very hot food, and delicious! We went on a Sunday after church and it was super busy but they get your order in fast and your food hot and ready fast! Couldn’t have conversation cause it was so loud with the full room, loud music and attendants shouting when orders were ready! But that was worth it for a good reasonably priced fast food meal. I’m sure it’s not as loud when they are less busy.

Great light breading on the chicken, good fries, the chicken comes out juicy as can be. Be sure to get your toast buttered on both sides 👍 highly recommend going to a Raising Canes if the opportunity presents itself.

Fast and friendly service. Went through the drive-thru so can't say anything about atmosphere. Food is great with decent size portions. I always ask for extra sauce and ketchup. They gave the juiciest chicken strips around.

Service was quick. Food was so so. The restaurant was busy and very noisy. The soda machine had ice dumped out on tray/drain and I realized it was people dumping their old drinks out and refilling, which is gross.

got a meal last night around 10:30 PM got home to eat it and found a bone in my food. by the time i was home and eating, Canes had already closed. i opted to call this morning to figure out this issue. so i called when they opened and my call was rejected about a ring or two in. very displeased with overall experience!

Im a door dasher , had 2 orders , one for over $40 the other for over $60. I was told at the drive Thur they were out of all products on Super Bowl Sunday before 6pm.I was stuck in line with 5 cars ahead of me . When I got to the window ask to talk to the manager, I put my cell on video. I wanted him to repeat what he told me in the most disrespectful mannwe. When he realized I had my phone he ran away. Then he came back later on to tell me to leave and not come back and he was calling the police. Not only that one of his friends or girlfriends came around and started video taping me. I called the next day to talk to the general manager he only was just bout the same disrespectful and smart mouth at me and said they really don’t care. I will never be back. I already heard a handful of other dasher s they avoid that place at all cost including other family and friends. Good luck to going down hill.

Good, not great. There's always one strip in my order that tastes funky. If you want the best chicken strips...find a Zaxby's!

The food is very tasty and the sauce is the chefs kiss. Now the question is, are you willing to wait in those God-awful 30minute lines to get your food? *UPDATE: They have downsized their chicken fingers. $16 for the big meal and it won't feed me and my 4 year old anymore because the fingers are now the actual size of your finger. You're lucky if you get a strip sized piece. The other sizes of meals are pointless now because they're just an appetizer. I also wish they had more selections for sides.

Great just a little noisy and crowded at the time we went. It's a great place to eat. Their food and sauce is amazing. Just not much room to get around with a walker, cain or a wheelchair to be honest. Unless you want to be right upfront and center of everyone. Other than that I give them 5 stars across the board...

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The guy that rang my fiancé and I up was extremely rude and not friendly at all and then they all kept coming and looking to see if we left yet in the lobby, it’s 8:25pm btw even if the lobby closes at 9 like that’s still a whole thirty minutes. The guy who rung us up and the manager it looked like kept coming over to the side we and another couple were sitting at. Not impressed at ALL. Usually we have a great experience here.

My soft drink was mostly filled with ice. I felt like I only had a few sips in before I ran out. Their portions are a lot smaller that what I was used to. The flavor is there, the serving didn’t match the price.

Just went through the drive-thru and the food was TRASH. Fries were old and cold, chicken was skimpy, tasteless, and batter falling off not fully cooked. Only thing good was the bread and root beer. Quality has really declined.

I love Canes and have been to tons of locations, the best way to sum this one up is: average. Order has been wrong here before, and the wait times are bordering on ridiculous. And there seems to be a lapse in training, cashiers always have issues with my gift cards like they have never seen one before (adds to that unreal wait time). It's unfortunate since I recently moved to Blue Springs and this is the closest location to me now.

So you charge extra to get lemonade with your meal (which is no problem) but it was mostly filled with ice to begin with. I ask for one refill and they want to charge another dollar. Then my son asks for one honey mustard to go with his chicken tender meal and they tell him it will cost 50 cents lol After we spent 50 dollars here, they are still trying to ask for 50 cents for a sauce.

The best chicken strips and sweet tea. We like to get the tailgate pack to eat on a few days. Only gripe is that they don’t carry ranch.. well also the line in drive though can be long but that is out of their control

Great food and service. The food is like something you can't get anywhere else... otherwise I might go elsewhere because of the wait times. Going through the drive-through is fast and easy, but getting pick-up, eating inside, or doing curb-side takes a very long time. It's very clear they prioritize the drive-through over all other patrons.

I've had Raising Cane's Chicken before from other locations but it was my first time for this one but let me tell you they did not disapoint. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and answered all our questions, the food was fresh, hot and delicious as always. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend!!

Hey hey hey, I wanted Chicken Today. And that is what I got. Chicken strips are the best, the secret sauce is amazing. Ordered my bread BOB (butter on both sides) and it was great. More than enough food to satisfy me "one love". Also the Tea is great and fresh.

Given the extensive lines I always see at Raising Cane's, I expected much more. Bread was gooey, as were the fries. The coleslaw had no distinguishable taste, whatsoever. It's great if you like the taste of cabbage. It's okay, but certainly nothing to write home about. And the chicken fingers tasted pretty much like chicken fingers I would get anywhere... Again, nothing with waiting in line for. Young man in the drive-through was incredibly pleasant, which is the only reason I gave three stars!
