Cold, old, soggy chicken and cold fries. Took over 15 minutes to get our food after ordering and it wasn't fresh. Disappointing to say the least. Truly the worst piece of chicken I have ever had here.

I have no clue why Chik Fil A always insists on doing this. How BRAIN DEAD can you be to put ONE pickle on a sandwich? If I want pickles on the sandwich, that means I’d like to get a bite of pickle in every bite. My 9 yr old even started laughing because it was so ridiculous. Even a 9 year old recognizes the absurdity of this but the employees at Chik Fil A think this is sensible. This has happened at Chik Fil A specifically numerous times over the years. And a matter of fact, I just incredulously told a friend weeks ago about how they do this. And here we are again.

Ordered waffle fries. Didn't know they came from ikea. This was a large as well. Got like 6 whole waffle fries outta the entire thing. I'm not mad just a Tad more disappointed than my parents are of me.

Super upset about ChickfilA's kids meal. This is what you get for $6. Six tiny pieces of chicken, milk/juice, and applesauce. I am pissed. We haven't been here in a very long time and now I have one more reason to never come here again. Between the requests for refills, instead of a self serve station and how little they serve this is unacceptable. I apologize I should have taken a picture that had something to compare how little food there was. My six-year-old could fit all 6 pieces into one hand or if you look at a baseball you could put all six pieces into that and still have some room, if it were container. Furthermore, my daughter didn't even like the food. The chicken we paid so much for tasted terrible. I ended up having to take her to McDonald's where we paid $3. 90 for a Happy Meal. Not only was it way more food but during that visit they also gave us a free milkshake and two toys. I am super thankful for @McDonald's right now even though I don't go myself very often but I really appreciate you saving the day tonight.

I'd like to start by saying the amount of people they move through here is overly impressive. That being said, nuggets were more breading than chicken and the large fry was questionablly "large". Customer service has always been on point. Didn't have time to bring it to their attention for the problem to be resolved. That would defeat the "fast" in fast-food.

This is my new favroite fast food place. Today I was having a rough day and I was crying in the drive through. The employee asked me why I was upset and then I told him. Then I got to the window and I got a free ice cream cone! This was the nicest thing sombody did for me in a while and I really appreciated that. Also the ice cream was really good. Lmao

One of the best Chick-fil-As around! I would have given it 5 stars but the parking and accessibility from the road is terrible. Other than that it was amazing!

Wow, I really have to tip my hat to this location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was taken care of and even offered to refill my drink and take my tray after finishing my meal. I had two separate employees stop by my table, use my name and ask me if I needed anything. I came around 12:15pm (lunch rush) and was through the line in just a couple of minutes and my food shortly after. The manager came by and asked my if I needed anything. The restrooms were clean and stocked! I am VERY impressed with the way this ship is ran!! Good job Blue Springs Chick Fil A, keep up the good work!!!

I never tried the hot sauce which was heat on the strips...

I had a good experience at Chick-fil-A, I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was very tasty. The fries were crisp and adequately salted. Service was good, my friend and I both got our orders quickly and someone came by to pick up our trash for us. The store was clean and even though it was busy it didn't seem crowded.

Picked up my meal, opened at home. Very disappointed that I paid extra for a Large fry but got instead a Large fry box half filled with fries. :/

Food is good, service is good. They have a toddler play area (sign says 3 and under) that isn't enforced. There were 8 years old playing in there today. I would definitely go more often if they enforced the age/ height restriction

Amazing experience altogether! Ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich, and as amazing as always!! Came out hot and delicious! I tried the Mac and Cheese for the first time and it was also delicious! Had my order taken by Gab or Gabby I think it was, and she was super nice and sweet, and made the whole experience better! I will definitely be coming to this location in the future. Thank you guys!

I would give this restaurant a 10 star rating if I could! Attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even asked about my day and wished us well! Food on the menu chart right in front of you made it very easy to see everything at a snap! Asked about a second drink at the window and they had it right away! Great food service and atmosphere!

WE LOVE SAM AND NOAH!! GREAT SERVICE! Sam was kind and helpful when taking our order along with being extra patient 😄! Noah was very sweet when handing our food out and went above and beyond when asked specific things. We love this Chick-Fil-A extra kind and helpful, never a bad experience😊.

The food was delicious as always. The only issue I had was I ordered ordered my food online for pickup inside, when I got inside I didn't know where to go because it says go to pick up area but I didn't see any signs saying where the pickup area was so I was confused and just got into back of line of people ordering. The employees were extremely nice. Best chicken sandwich I have ever ate!!!!

Generally a good experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't apply my Rewards to the order and just didn't have the time to figure it out. I had a Spicy chicken sandwich and the Tortilla soup, both were tasty, fresh and hot. Am I the only person who has a reaction to these items? I'm a sucker for punishment because this is the second time I've had these and my stomach revolted. Not sure what about the ingredients makes that happen.

I don't eat here because they don't respect people's beliefs other than their own cut and paste "Christian" creed. Jesus would puke. I was picking up a requested meal for a shut in. The sandwich was good, not as good as Popeye's. The woman who took my order was delightful & from her manner and tattoos a lot more open minded than the owners

Went for a little girl's Birthday celebration! The Service was Wonderful. Food was Great! It was a Good Experience for Everyone! Nice, clean play area for the kiddos and bathrooms too. Customer Service went above and beyond. Very Enjoyable! Thank You

My first time dining in Chick fil A in years. The grilled chicken breast sandwich was so moist and tender. The waffle fries were dry and nit hot. Positive note: The staff was so friendly and efficient.

20 minutes ago my boyfriend, his friend, and I came here to enjoy what what we hoped would be a good bite out. My boyfriend ordered a 12Ct nugget meal and so did his friend, while I got a salad. Clearly printed on our receipt it says 12Ct nuggets large fri/ drink. We receive our food, when my boyfriend takes one nugget from the 8 piece nugget he had received instead of the 12 piece. He hadn’t realized it until he went to grab another that it definitely was not a 12 piece. We’re dining in so he goes up there to let them know. An employee then brings the now 7 piece nugget back setting it on the table and says “ I’m sorry but this is above my pay grade” (you make $18 an hour) so then we’re like okay what does that mean? Boyfriend opens the box and still 7 nuggets in the darn box. So I stand up and i said something about it. I’m sorry but I’m not going to get charged for a 12 ct when y’all gave us an 8 ct for what? Anyhow long story short it took me to raise my voice, tell them to check the cameras, and start getting upset. It’s not the point of missing those couple nuggets, it’s the point of their making decent money to make chicken and fries also not open on Sunday. Once the “manager” came over she had a very big attitude, and obviously did not like me calling out the employee who only said your welcome both times he brought our food to us ( we’re at the same table). We could care less if they say it or not, just a heated moment.

Ive been going here a lot over the last several years per my children’s request haha. (once or twice a month) I wish more people in the world were as nice as the staff is at this particular location! They know me by name and even noticed when I change things up about myself (like coloring my hair) and give me compliments. It makes for a great start to my days when we come here. Thank you!

Was a little slower than most chick-fil-a's but the staff was friendly as usual. I ordered a number 1 deluxe with no tomato. The sandwich was good but not the best I've had... it had a funny texture. Chick-fil-A has the best Dt. Coke. I think it might be better than McDonald's!

Very fast and friendly service at this location. We may have been waited on by the working owner/manager (?) during our visit but it was obvious they do it right. Several of the employees we encountered during our dine-in lunch break were clearly focused on customer satisfaction!!!

Let me start off by saying I love eating here…normally….I have a lot of respect for this restaurant (especially the fact that they’re closed on Sunday’s), with that being said today at the Blue Springs location was a disappointment. Our food did arrive quickly but we couldn’t find one clean table to sit at, it wasn’t busy and many employees were either on break or standing around to include I presume the manager of the establishment who is still currently sitting right across from me at a booth chatting. We were asked by the same employee if we needed anything about 6 times. We did appreciate that she seemed to be the only one working in the dining area to include emptying the trash and vacuuming all right beside us as we ate…that part wasn’t great but she was sweet. I’m just saddened by the lack of work ethic I increasingly see on a daily basis…people just need to do better 🫤

Cannot say enough great things about this location. I have always received great food and excellent service at every Location I have been, but this location was the best! What really made the experience was the young guy working that took care of us. Tripp was awesome, I went in with my daughter after we went to a Halloween festival near by in Blue Springs, he was super friendly and genuinely nice, he interacted with my daughter while she ordered and remembered my name during our time in the restaurant. We had our meal in the dining room and relaxed from the busy evening. He made a point to check on us and again spoke to us on our way out. You rarely get this kind of service at High end fine dining so I was just all around impressed. On our way out my daughter asked if I knew the guy that worked there, I said not until now but he is just nice and good at his job. Thank you Tripp for a great experience and Chick Fil A in Blue Springs.

First time went with grandkids. Food was excellent. I like the way they do the order taking and bringing the order to your table.

The food here is always fresh and everyone is very nice and helpful, it is also delicious!

A car broke down in the drive through which caused a backup in orders for the inside and outside team. All the employees did a great job pushing through and getting everyone's orders out. Thank you!

Food was good but those kids don’t listen i ordered a medium shake when they were taking my order then had to order is again at the window but they gave me a small when i said medium twice

While the service was really fast, and we got our order quickly, there were multiple problems with it. They forgot too put in a whole sandwich as well as forgot bacon on the other sandwich. Usually I am not too picky with this, but Chick-fil-a is kind of expensive. They did refund us our money, but it is frustrating. After a long day of travel we just wanted to eat. We were not close enough to drive back. Instead of being so fast, just slow down a little too make sure everything is accounted for!
