We really like papa Murphy's pizza in general and order it quite often however we've repeatedly had a negative experience at this particular location. From ordering red sauce instead of white sauce but then getting ZERO sauce, from ordering a speciality pizza in store and waiting close to 25 mins for it to be made just to be told they are out of the toppings??, to ordering pizza online and showing up at the designated time and them saying they never received the order, to ordering a pizza without a specific topping online and them adding an abundance of that topping to the pizza. There is often a long line of unhappy people waiting in line during the week. Unfortunately because it's so close to home we have given it too many opportunities to get things right. I called to ask to speak to a manager today after another bad experience just to be told there wasn't one there. The girl was nice and apologetic, said they get numerous complaints about their online ordering not being correct but it's not on their end???? And that was it. She instructed me to not order pizzas online anymore...is this their fix to the problem? Just a I'm sorry, I will tell the owner. Interesting how we haven't had this happen at other locations. So beware.

Amazing service. Manager went out of her way to make sure my order is correct. I really appreciate her patience and investigation to find my order thru door dash. With everything going on lately I want her to be recognized. I work in a restaurant and everyone mostly put out complaints. Thank you so much for your help today.

Excellent take and bake pizza at very reasonable prices. I have been bringing home QT pizzas for months but today my family wanted to change it up a little. I hadn't been to a Papa Murphy's in a while because of the convenience of getting a fresh pizza and filling up at the same time was too good to pass up. I'm glad I swung by here tonight, though! Great service, great quality food and some killer specials made this trip a great break from my usual routine. I will definitely be back again soon.

Would have gave a zero. Maybe if the employees would stop walking around and helping one person pizza’s could be made. Wasn’t greeted. Girl with purple hair could have been helping her team more. Young kids need help. Slow, unorganized, poor customer service.

I like the low prices and the stuffed pizza is awesome. After we took it out of the oven, it was about 2 inches thick. It was so good. If you have never tried papa murphy's, you must try it. You won't be disappointed.

Haven't tasted it yet but never have got a bad pizza from them. Young lady that waited on me tonight was very pleasant. I just wish the online option gave you the option of paying with cash.

Excellent customer service! The staff at this location made my pizzas exactly the way I wanted them, even though it was a little out of the ordinary for them, they were still willing to please the customer, and made a happy customer!
