Family atmosphere! This place is yummy, clean, friendly and fun. My family visited this location and loved it. The staff was great and so were the snowballs. They even have board games on the patio for customers to play while enjoying frozen treats.

Great customer service and they offer a military discount. I would have to agree with the first review that this shaved ice is more like a creamy slushy. This reminds me of when I was a kid and we would go outside and get real snow and use flavoring ;) really good! they have connect four at the Shaded tables and books for kids to read. my girls loved it! I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Snow Cones!!!!!! I love snow cones and wanted to check out Snoball Cove with my kids and it was way above my expectations. The price was great once you get the product and realize it is much thicker and more filling than a normal shaved ice (which is what I was expecting). I got my kids some of the cute bears so we can save a quarter off future cones. The place was clean, service was polite and quick. I can't wait to go back and try a Cherry Limeade!!!!

Awesome place. Came here and got the tiger blood with dreamsicle flavoring. I love the flavors and the little boardwalk/ outdoor seating. Fun games to play while you eat and the people are really nice. Overall, really good atmosphere.

Honestly love the shaved ice, even bragged to my family of it. Didn't have the best experience most recently. I recommended going and everything went great until we got the chocolate flavored shaved ice (do not recommend). Went to the counter after the first bite in hopes of getting something different. As a person with lots of customer service i expected good customer service from such a fantastic business, this wasnt the case as one of the owner's refused to take it back and stated, "we cant just get you something else..we would be losing out on money" i stated calmly how i understood, and that i also work in the food service industry and was just seeing what they could do as a fellow customer. They refused and said i could pay half price. The money wasnt the issue, it was just the principle. If this business has this type of service to their customer's then they will go downhill pretty fast. Not even a sorry or understanding of the dislike was shown by either owner. Felt like it was more about the money than anything. Its a shame, because the shaved ice was good. Most likely i will not be coming back and will no longer recommend this location for a tasty treat.

The texture is like actual snow! There are so many flavors, even dill pickle. My son got that and I tried it thinking it would be gross, but it was really good. I got white chocolate with vanilla chips. It had real, ground vanilla beans. It was so good!

This place is amazing! I have a gluten-allergy and the woman who helped me (the owner I presume), was so awesome. She offered me a list that gave allergen information for the syrups. She was so kind and helpful. She didn't seem put out at all answering my questions. Besides that, they have a ton of flavor and topping options. The snocones themselves are DELICIOUS. The ice is soft, not crunchy like some kinds. The flavors we tried were on point. I got bubblegum, cream soda, and cotton candy. My daughter got Hawaiian and banana with sour gummy worms! We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend! Oh they also have a 'pup cup'! It's a heat wave this week, go get you some!

We had five little kids with us and really needed access to a restroom. I know it's a snowball place and unlikely but it's kind of a must when you have several tiny kids. We had to walk to the zarda and it was closed. Could have been a fun night if not for that. We like the shaved ice. The people are nice.

I really loved Snoball Cove! The staff was very nice and welcoming! Their menu has a lot of wonderful combinations they offer! Oh my goodness! My frozen treat was so good! Great place! Loved it!😍👍
