    The counter service was okay on a slow night as they were not busy. I ordered the cheesesteak. At least I know why it took so long. It takes a while to spread the meat around to try and make it look like it's a real sandwich. After great sandwiches before, this was a deal breaker for me. And the prices are okay, not great. But after getting pressed for a donation and then a tip I ended up spending way too much for bad food. And I never did really find the cheese.

    I placed an order through the catering service online to provide lunch for my daughter's teachers for Field Day. I had called the day before to double check that pick up time was correct. Field day came and a parent volunteer went to go pick up our sandwiches. They were not ready on time. When they were ready the employee at the store had inquired about a tip directly to my volunteer. When they got the sandwiches back to the school nothing was labeled at all. This store can not handle meeting time commitments on large catering type of orders, not labeling your order, but will still ask for a tip.

    Went into this restaurant today. No one greeted me when I came in. I stood there for five minutes and still no help or nothing. No other customers were in there. I'm a african american woman. Not sure if it was a customer service issue or race issue. Never will I step foot in this restaurant was the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

    So don’t get me wrong I love Firehouse but over the last year every time I’ve ordered the same sandwich I always do and emphasize what not to put on it they still smother what I’ve asked not to have on it, on it. How hard is it to leave off what isn’t wanted

    I ordered 3 sandwiches; 1 had bacon that was RAW, 1 was ok but no pickle, and 1 didn't have all the ingredients I requested. We have not had issues before, but this was BAD. My daughter didn't even eat hers.

    I really like this place, so this review was tough. My sandwich was missing half the toppings which was unfortunate. They gave me the toppings so I could add them myself, which was fine, but I wish they'd been on there initially. The soda machine (one of those new machine with a ton of flavors) was broken, none of the drinks were carbonated. But! The manager allowed us to get drinks from the fridge instead (20 oz bottles) Sadly my wife's drink was expired. Service wise I do feel like the person who helped us tried to solve our problems... but I wish the problems hadn't existed in the first place.

    There's a few people here that are always wonderful and make amazing subs. You can tell they care and I really appreciate them. Wish I knew their names so I could mention them. Honestly though, never experienced a real *bad* sub at this location even if there was someone else. Everything is correct 98% of the time, which is very impressive for a food place, and my boyfriend is obsessed with the Spicy Cajun Chicken so we've ordered for pickup many, many times since moving nearby.

    First visit to Firehouse Subs and the sandwich was fantastic! Ordered the 'medium' Meatball sub on wheat, now that's a good sandwich! Messy to eat, meatballs kept popping out the top when trying to take a bite but well worth the effort. Everyone inside was prompt, friendly and organized, sandwiches made fresh and hot. Yes we'll return!

    Amazing!!!! After eating here for the first time today I wonder why do I ever go to subway or mr. Goodcents. Nice, friendly staff, clean environment, good price, and amazing food!

    You can't find a better sub in Bluesprings... If you're gonna pay for someone to make you a sandwich I'd recommend this place over Subway and Mr. Goodcents for sure. The food is quality, it's not tossed together haphazardly and it's a clean establishment with good lighting. I hate going into a restaurant with off lightning, dim lighting or iridescent lighting akin to a 1970's exploitation horror film. So for that, and the taste of the food itself I will give this place a 4 out of 5. It's a little expensive, but what isn't in the current economic climate we live in?

    Ordered on the app as I usually do and they called to inform me they were out of the gluten free bread (not a big deal I understand completely) but was informed I had to use the app for a refund or drive to the store with my card. I tried calling the number on the app and it just flat out didn't work so I was forced to drive to the store. The 5 stars here comes from how professionally I was treated by the employees and the manager working. They were more than understanding of the situation and on top of getting me a refund they also comped my next meal. I'm never disappointed with the food here and the way this was handled by them will ensure I continue to frequent this location. Thank you!

    Paid $1.20 for extra mushrooms and this is what I got look at picture. I'm so disappointed I've never had anything bad from them before. The sub was good just not what I paid for. Don't think I'll visit this one again.

    It was our first visit. We were the only customers yet every table was dirty and the floor unswept. The 2 girls were very nice but just standing around talking instead of working.

    Literally love this place so much. Even when they mess up (which is VERY rare) it's still delicious. firehouse is always my first choice for sandwiches.

    This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and it was fantastic. The bread is so fresh, it melts in your mouth. Compared to other Sub establishments, Firehouse is my new number one!

    Would have loved to have my pickle. You asked if I wanted it I said yes. Didn’t ask for receipt to see if I was charged but was really disappointed seems silly but I it compliments the sandwich and it was just wasn’t the same. Employees were too busy talking they probably just for got.
