Found a new top pizza place! Make it your way, quick service, and it was freaking delicious! The personal size is definitely enough for two especially as a combo with a salad or bread sticks. But just get the large because you’ll want to eat more and have some for later.

An update from my original review: since posting, I was contacted by the manager and was given a free pizza to make up for my order. When I went, the new staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean (even the tables I had complained about were wiped down and not sticky), and my pizza was done on time and delicious. I have gone back twice since and once again everything was excellent. I’m still not willing to give 5-stars yet due to past poor experiences but I can at least give a hearty recommendation for anyone looking for a good place to pick up some quality (while also lower calorie) pizza.

Used to be my favorite pizza place. Not anymore! Waited in line 25 min behind 1 customer before I even got to the counter. Tried to make the crust 3 times before it ever made it to the pan. Ordered my pizza and waited at the register while she made 2 more pizzas for the people behind me so I could pay. Wait was horrible! Never again!

The food and staff were great, but their A/C was broken so the restaurant was brutally hot. Despite the heat the staff was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to ensure we were having a good visit. Apparently the A/C has been at least partially broken for over a month. I find this to be completely unacceptable. A few days, I get it you're waiting on a service person to come out or waiting on a part, but 5 weeks??? How can any business owner ask their employees to work in the dead of summer in a pizza restaurant with that hot oven without A/C??? This is absolutely ridiculous and only shows that this franchise owner does not care about their employees. I will not be returning until this situation is remedied, and I encourage others to do the same. The service was five star but I left four stars hoping to get the attention of the restaurant management. Do something about this or you're going to lose your great staff and more customers.

Always good food and made just the way you ask for it. They even check with you to make sure that it looks the way you are expecting or to look. The magic dust is delicious don’t forget to get it. The staff is super friendly and came by several times to make sure that we didn’t need anything else.

Our tummy hurts.. the place was dead. No one behind us. We had no idea what we wanted... So, the girl working there tonight (1/19/23) she was just impatient and making the order for us was kinda rude. We stopped her from choosing for us after she picked the sauce and parmesan, she was heading for garlic and spinach. I figured that would give me heartburn. The pizza wasn't cooked all the way. Still soft and doughy. Yet here we are. Not doing so good. But I like the tall kid with the short twist dreads. Unfortunately he didn't serve us like he normally does. He's always friendly and nice and always helpful and never rushing. He was busy with others so we had some girl, Never seen her before.

I’d give a 4.5 if I could. I really enjoy their pizzas. They have a very good rewards program… discounts on Monday and generous points. Occasionally I get a pizza where the crust isn’t as good as usual. But overall we really enjoy them.

Great pizza and staff. They have their own unique pizzas or you can build your own, all at the same price. Would definitely recommend!

Decently priced, extra toppings don't add cost. Mine had lots of cheese and a pesto drizzle. It was very tasty. Gotta go back and try the Jack Stack pizza that was hiding at the bottom of the menu. Kids eat free on Sundays!

Pizza was good. Need to learn how to drink water. Seems like all the restaurants are charging 3 dollars for drinks now. When it only cost a few penny's to make. Good food

I love this location the workers are so nice and they give out great portions on the toppings! The store closest to me was closed down so I was sad but this location is way better than that one lol always clean and everyone is so nice!

Hands down the best personal pizza spot I've ever been to. The quality is amazing, and they give you alot of options. The food is cheap too. Also, the workers are super nice and patient. The tandoori chicken is delicious if you like that Indian style chicken!

The place was clean. It was awesome to have my pizza made in front of me. This place has friendly service and great pizza.

Found out they only serve personal pizzas when we got there. Ordered 1 pizza and cheesy sticks but apparently they forgot those because it was a very long wait after we got the pizza. Had to go back to the counter so they would actually make the cheesy sticks and pizza became cold waiting. Not a good experience. There was 3 people working and no line while this happened.

I can not recommend this place. We ordered a couple of small pizzas and salads online, paid for them online, and then waited for Doordash to deliver them. He said he arrived, but he didn't. Finally we called Pie Five and was told that the Doordasher's car had broken down. No one told us. The food was brought back to Pie Five, but they didn't bother to try another Door Dash. The girl who was "helping" us said she didn't have the authority. There was no manager present and no manager was expected until Saturday (this happened on a Thursday night). This is a poorly run outfit that has employees who lack the brains and initiative to solve problems and no manager to oversee them. Save yourself the hassle we went through and avoid them like the plague.

First time visit from out of town. Loved the food and atmosphere. Great pizza! Excellent service! Will stop again.

I would love to be able to give a review on the actual food or share about the actual visit but the problem is that they're just never open. We have tried to go up there several times for dinner, they're always closed. They look great, but in order to know, they actually have to open up. Hours show they are open till 10, but they aren't.

Just ordered pie five through DoorDash and it came packaged badly and it was undercooked. Couldn’t even pick up a slice without it falling apart. Terrible.

We were here a few weekends ago after a cheer competition looking for a 15 - 20 minute experience. Unfortunately it was a dumpster fire- after waiting 20 minutes we found out they gave our pizza to someone else. Then to make it up the we’re going to make us a new one and give us a second free one. The pizza was soggy and greasy and to put insult on injury they forgot to make the second free one….. really? That’s awesome- thanks :( Honestly mistakes happen but this happened to 5 different groups all there that Hour. Had they been honest with a compensatory pizza or anything to show they were apologetic we would have been happy but to bait and “forget” was just poor service X10

My new favorite pizza! Good customer service, clean and spacious dining area. I recommend the Five Star personal pizza with panzano crust.

I brought my assisted living client for lunch. She ordered herself and although she did exceptionally well on her own she still needed some assistance. The staff member ( I don't remember his name unfortunately ) was SOO patient and treated her with such compassion and made her feel heard. From start to finish all the staff members were great! I truly appreciated the experience my client had. Thank you VERY much, she talked about wanting to go back soon!! *We were there Saturday June 11th around 5 or so

WOW! GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION! This was our first time trying this pizza place and we have tried many others. This one so far tops our charts! I don't know that I'll order pizza from anyone else again! 😂. We ordered about an hour before they closed (which we didn't know it closed at that time an hour later). Surprised it arrived early and it was amazing! Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I love the sauce and italian crust! Thank you for being amazing and the making the best pizza!❤️

Great pizza. It's cafeteria style pizza line. Did not wait long. We got it within minutes.
